"They've gone," Sezsu notes as he continues to look around. He walks up the stairs and past the alchemist. Ignoring the contents of the mill for the time being, he continues up as far as he can in 6 second, sweeping the place to be sure the hags weren't hiding.
His intent is to look out every window he passes and once at the top, head back down to the entrance and walk a loop around the building to make absolutely certain they're alone before rejoining the others inside.
(AFAIK we're in combat time still so I'll assume Seszu's cast and movement only gets him to the second floor by the time Zied moves).
Seeing Seszu come up, just looking around. Zied assumes they've finished the one below and continues up the stairwa to the highest floor, maintaining readiness for incursions.
(moving to third floor, w/ dodge action I have enough movement)
Their mother would have to get in the long line of the people wishing to spill the guts of the group. Sweet Granny might have had a head start but right now was not even at the top of the list.
"They are not here." For Alessa it was just a couple of steps up to unnecessary check the room (Zied done it already). She was not sure what Sezsu was trying to pull here. He knew exactly where both hags went, admitting the knowledge too (quite loudly) but acting now as if he had no idea. Alessa tried to play along. "Before we leave, we have to destroy that ichor in the barrel. Would be good to properly bury the bones too but not sure we have time for that."
She remained upstairs, ready to fight back should hags step out of the Etherial plane.
After Offalia too disappears, Ed lets out a frustrated grunt.
He calls upon Lathander once more, using the holy light being shed from his sword to try and permeat the veil that the hags have pulled over their eyes. He tries to find them by the presence of their evil alone, scanning the room. "Sezsu is right, either they heave fled us or even Lathander cannot divine their location." Ed moves to the front door as Sezsu moves upstairs, aware that the easiest point of egress for the women was to the outside of the windmill. He looks out the door, hoping to get some trace of the hags, before following the others upstairs.
The dirt-caked windows allow very little light to enter this eight-foot-high chamber, most of which is taken up by a large millstone connected to a wooden gear shaft that rises through the ceiling in the center of the room. A stone staircase continues up.
(3rd Floor)
The thick wooden gear shaft continues here. In a rotting wooden closet are three crates, stacked one atop another, with small doors set into them. Next to the closet is a heap of discarded clothing. A ladder climbs to a wooden trapdoor in the nine-foot-high ceiling. A moldy bed with a tattered canopy stands nearby.
Each crate is three feet square. The top one is empty, but the middle and lower ones each contain a captive child, who cower into the back of the crate. The outward-facing side of each crate is fitted with a small door that has an iron latch and iron hinges.
Initiative (bold may act): Regmiir, enemy, other PCs
Regmiir blinks as Offalia disappears from view. "Ettin piss," he quietly murmurs to himself as he watches everyone fan out. Though still on edge and alive with vigor from the melee, he quickly glances about the room to see how he can further help. At that moment, he hears Alessa's recommendation and turns his gaze to the barrel of ichor.. "On it m'lady!"he shouts.
Sheathing the warhammer, he proceeds to the barrel and grips it between calloused hands, fortified from years of labor and toil. He musters his strength, feeling the heat from the coin in his pocket, and heaves the barrel out the door in an attempt to shatter it to pieces and spill the contents upon the soil.
Improvised action - Regmiir wants to heave the barrel out the open door of the windmill - Assuming its an athletics check: 27
(Not sure what your ruling would be if this would be okay as an improvised action. If not, Regmiir will instead stand at the ready near the barrel and ready an action to attack any hag that appears next to him).
The barrel groans as Regmiir gives it a mighty toss. It flies out the door as its gooey content launches into the air. The ichor takes on a shape as if it was a doomed man crawling along and grasping for salvation before landing unceremoniously with a loud SLOP!
Grinning at his handiwork, Regmiir's smile fades as he peers off ahead of the pile of sludge. In the distance, he spots an elderly lady emerging from the woods along the road leading to the windmill. Trailing behind her is a shabby wooden cart. As far as he can tell, she has yet to spot him or his recent activity
Regmiir keeps his gaze on the woman and speaks loudly over his right shoulder to the crew, "Oy! Yeh may want to wrap things up! We 'ave company!"
Up on the third floor, Sezsu and Zied suddenly witness the hags materialize from a cloud of silver mist! Offalia appears beside the bed, while Bella materializes at the top of the stair, flanking Sezsu.
"Such tender flesh," whispers Bella, her milky eyes appraising the cleric. "I shall make a fine dress of you."
"And I..." adds Offalia, "...shall make a necklace of your toes. Now hold still..."
The caged children scream.
(Bella is at the top of the stairs on the third level, within reach of Sezsu and flanking him with Offalia)
Zied sees Seszus predicament and the children. Rushing to the side lowering his shoulder and shoving the Hag. Attempting to fling her down the stairs freeing Seszu and hopfully falling on her siblings. Giving a shout "kids and hags up top"
18 athletics to shove her off the stairs onto her rump. Freeing seszu.

Offalia Strength DC 18: 15
Zied grabs Offalia by the shoulders and unceremoniously tosses her into the stairwell! Offalia's scream joins that of the children as she tumbles down the staircase, landing prone.
If Alessa was not there in the top room before, the children's scream and Zied's shout would sure bring her back to the middle room. Just in time to witness Offalia stepping from etherial.
A bit tired of the hag's sturdiness, Alessandra used much more simple but usually effective spell: Magic Missile: 5 + 2 + 2 + 4
Grano, happily flying by the enemy added what little fire he could produce: Dragon's Breath for 9 fire (Dex save 14 for half)
The warning about the company Alessa did not pass to the top, not yet.

With his feet already climbing the stairs, Ed charges upwards, shouting down to the dwarf, "Regmiir, duty calls! Bar that door if you can." He clutches his hoyl symbol, whispering a word of thanks to Lathander, feeling fresh power flow to his call. The paladin steps past Alessa and looks down on Offalia as she recovers from being tossed down the stairs from the floor above. "Welcome back, Lathander stands ready to welcome you!" He plunges the brightly lit sword down towards the prone form, no thought of mercy crossing his mind for the sins of these witches.

Sezsu's eyes narrow as his gaze bores into Bella.
"It's unwise to make threats while you're on fire, witch," he says calmly as he doubles down on holy radiance. The light within the moonbeam intensifies as spells combine into a perfect union.

Moonbeam for their previous turn: Con save DC 14 or take 12 radiant damage or half on a successful save
Regmiir watches Ed rush upstairs gallantly and snorts. He's not recognized the matron in the distance and unsure why Ed bothered to warn him about the door. Even if she was a relative of the two wretched sisters, Reg thought, what blasted good would it do to bar a door against a creature that could slip between planes.
He was about to have a private chuckle to himself when he heard faint childlike screams coming from upstairs. Seriousness overtook him and he bolted upstairs.
Action: Dash
Upon reaching the second floor, he witnesses Ed and Alessa engaged once again in combat with Offalia. "Back again? Let's finish it, yeh ugly wench!"

Bella Con DC 14: 11

Alessa launches a barrage of magic missiles. One would swear that they take the form of tiny skulls, with comet-like tails trailing behind. The missiles crash into Offalia's crumpled form! Grano follows up with a blast of fire!
Offalia Dex DC 14 v. dragon's breath: 12
Ed plunges the brightly lit sword down towards the prone form of Offalia, no thought of mercy crossing his mind for the sins of these witches. Her body emits smoke as the holy blade strikes her! She emits a groan of pain.
Sezsu's spiritual mace floats up the stairs, hefting itself up and likewise clobbering Offalia! Her gnarled fingers claw at the ground...
Sezsu ignites a sacred flame in Bella's face!
Bella Dex DC 14: 13
Meanwhile, Regmiir races up the stairs...
Bella Con DC 14 v. moonbeam: 23
Offalia Con DC 14 v. moonbeam: 16
The light of Sezsu's moonbeam continues to burn the hags. Offalia appears nearly done for...
"Offalia, we fly!" screeches Bella. "For mother draws nigh!" Bella cackles and dissipates in a shroud of mist. Bella groans and likewise disappears into a cloud of smoke!
Sezsu:
You can see them float through the walls of the windmill, heading south east.

Zied (using an action) deftly picks the locks securing the children in the cages. The children scurry out of the cages without hesitation. They grasp each other's hands but step back against the wall, keeping their distance from the adults. The children are a boy (about seven) and a girl (about 5) and are well-fed. Plump, even. You note the presence of crumbs in the bottom of their cages. They are very pale, like other native Barovians, and their features seem especially washed out, with blank, gray eyes. "I'm Freek," whispers the boy. "And this is Myrtle. Our parents gave us to mean ladies for pie." Myrtle sniffs and wipes her nose.
"They've fled. For now. They went out that way." He points to the southeast. "I have a bad feeling they're just regrouping with Granny out on the road and then they'll be back in force. We need to get out of here."
Looking down to the children, his eyes soften and the glow dulls a bit as he smiles warmly.
"Freek. Myrtle. My name is Sezsu. We're going to get you to safety. Are you both ok? Can you run with us?"
If they seem hesitant or unable to run, Sezsu will suggest that Ed & Reggie carry them. Then he dashes down the stairs unless someone gives him a reason not to.
