He huffs a short exhale and turns his attention to both Ed and Alessa. Seeing the fury rise in her eyes and flames in her hand, Reg locks eyes with both individuals and points silently to the awful grindstone with its wooden framework holding it in place. A silent agreement passed, these atrocities will not continue.
He heard Zied and Sezsu upstairs having success with freeing the children. Good, he thought, there's not a chance they'll be left behind. Reg calls upstairs, "Oy! There's a cart down below for them. Get t'younguns down 'ere as soon as yeh can!" as he sheathes his warhammer and bolts back downstairs.
He arrives by cart near the front door and places his back against the wall defensively. Craning his head over his right shoulder, he checks for a line of sight down where the mists of Offalia and Bella flew. They need time, but fortunately he knows a way that just might buy some.
His hand slowly reaches for the crossbow gifted to him earlier...
The children don't protest much at all to the prospect of leaving. Quickly, they are gathered up and the party rushes down the stairs, Alessa launching fire bolts with grim determination.
Outside, the cart appears serviceable.
Across the way, the old woman with the cart can be seen peering toward the windmill intently. As the party emerges from the windmill, children in tow, she leaves her cart and begins striding quickly in your direction.

"We have no horses for the cart; carry the children. Give me that crossbow, I can move faster then any of you. " Zied speaks, as he takes the crossbow back and fires at the ground in front of Granny and gives a shout "We only want the children, Stay where you are-We are leaving."

Trying his best to stay polite, Regmiir speaks, "Listen, I 'ear what yeh both are saying but I think this would be t'faster way." He looks to both Zied and Ed with newfound respect for this crew. Though they were slow to action, he thought, at least their hearts are in the right place. He continues, "If yeh can cover me, then yeh 'ave my promise I'll see these 'uns through t'safety."
Reg gives a nod and prepares to start running with the cart.
As they flee, Sezsu keeps both the moonbeam and spectral mace between the party and the hags for as long as the spells last, hopefully at least slightly decreasing their desire to follow or increasing the distance at which they do so.
Zied's bolt slammes into the ground ahead of where Granny is running. She cackles merrily, the sound as pleasant as a nail being pounded into your eardrum. She lifts her skirts and breaks into a run, her black boots pounding the withered grass.
"Oh yoooung fooolk!" She sing-songs, not the slightest bit out of breath despite racing now at full speed (truly, her speed and physical prowess are remarkable). "Think you to hasten off so, and old Granny just arriving! Oh, I do hope you've enjoyed the pie! Sit and stay for a spell, won't you?!"
Between Zied and Granny, Bella appears in a burst of smoke. "They've taken the children, and burned the mill!" She cries.
"Yes, I have mine eyes!" Granny retorts. "After them!"

Ed finished getting the children onto the cart and gives the cart a push (Athletics: 20) to help Regmiir get the initial inertia to take the kids to safety. "Run the the wind dwarf, we will hold them back as best we are able!" He turns to Alessa, Sezsu, and Zied, "We should focus Offalia, I wounded her grievously when I could get close enough. I fear I can offer little aid at this range." So saying he draws again the blade gifted to him and moves back in a steady withdrawal, ready to cover the others.

@DM - roughly how long is left on Ed's channel divinity? it was 1 minute from the start of the fight, so I'm guessing with all we've done it has expired now? Protection from Evil and Good should still be ok though, correct?

Focusing, Reg whistles to Zied to pass him the crossbow and places it into the back of the cart next to the kids. If I can get a good clip away, he thought, maybe I can give them some covering fire as well. The mere thought of running away almost sickened Regmiir more than the cries from the hags, but he knew that the safety for the kids has to be top priority.
Reg grips the cart with both hands and cracks his neck left, then right. He breathes and, just as Ed gives him a strong shove off, he pulls with all his might as he silently recites his mantra: I've got this...

Ed could have Alessa's crossbow as well (provided, it's not the same one we are talking about). Alessandra could not do much after the fireworks in the mill, but she too, still had some options. Like sending a few bolts of pure energy at Offalia, if she appears: Magic Missile for 2 + 5 + 3.
Other than that, she ran, keeping between the cart and the hags.

The fire sprouting up from the interior of the windmill catches on the decrepit arms. A low rumbling can be heard, and a great heat begins to emanate from the building as the whole structure becomes consumed in a great bonfire.
Granny screams in fury, and both Bella and Granny each seek to close the distance, running 60 feet closer to the mill and after the party (Bella is 30ft from the mill, Granny is 150ft away).

As the effects of his spells wear off one by one, Sezsu takes a deep breath and steels himself. His eyes go dark -- devoid of even their usual luminescence -- as he tries a slightly different approach. Drawing his shortsword, he slaps it against his shield as he did with the werewolves a few days prior. The sharp peel of a bell rings out as he points the tip of his weapon at Bella and mutters "...it tolls for thee, witch," while stifling a grin.

Edlanar continues to fall back, hoping that the ranged assault of his companions will dissuade the chase. Allowing them time to fall back again, Ed will fall back again, this time preparing to strike should one of the hag trio step into reach of his steel.

Regmiir grunts and huffs as he continues his sprint. Behind him, he can hear the din of fighting as the crew takes opportune potshots at the hags. Though the situation is dire, he can feel the heat once again return to the coin in his pocket. This must be it, Regmiir thought, trying to reassure himself of this course of action they were all on.
In between breaths as the crossbow clattered violently against the wooden sides of the cart, he shouts back towards the children, "Eh," *Huff* "I don't" *Puff* "Suppose you" *Huff*"'ave any" *Puff* "Tricks up" *Huff* "Yeh sleeves?" *Wheeze*
