Belkas casts Minor Illusion and creates the sounds of giant spiders scurrying around above the goblins and spider voices saying, “Tasty gobelinses. Now we sees you, you nasty little creatures. Aye, you’ll make fine eatings, when you’ve hung a bit.”
Belaks then calls into the mill with his own voice (without actually entering), “Goblins. Drop your weapons and come down. We won’t hurt you if you come in peace. You’ll be safe from the spiders down here.”

Peeking inside Osmord will use Prestidigitation to cause loose materials to skitter and rattle up above. As well as conjuring a stench of old death in the area around the goblins.
Vernon was looking at the machinery as he entered, but at Belkas' illusion, he will come back out, saying "Giant Spiders? Way to dangerous for someone my size."
As Zyllith is climbing up towards the upper reaches of the windmill, Bella’s casts his illusion. Both of the goblins begin to freak out, and instead of shooting arrows, they frantically look up and around, trying to discern the location of the spiders. This is magnified by the ominous skittering noises that Osmord has created. They don’t immediately come down, but it appears that they’re distracted for the moment.
Belkas is ducking in, trying to Blast something and then ducking back out again. Although the Hex will be active, apparently the whole hitting something didn't go so well.
On her turn, Arisa will try the sacred flame again- ducking into the mill, blasting, and ducking back out. Targeting the one that is closer to Zyllith.
Vernon will set himself up next to the door and ready an action to attack any goblin or spider that comes out. "If the spiders come where I can reach..." He raises his mace.
Fearful of the creepy noises and imaginary spiders, the two goblins do eventually scamper down from the rafters, and seeing that they're vastly outnumbered, the two creatures surrender to you.
"Aye, 'magine tha', turned out easier then expected." Zillith commented as she watched the goblins surrender before them, "Might we leave 'em tied in thar'? Or toss 'em out past tha' drawbridge?"
Arisa winces in pain from the crossbow bolt in her shoulder. “As much as I might feel like tossing them in the river, we can tie them up here, maybe they can be of use.” To the goblins, she says “ Do you speak the common tongue?”
The goblins look at Arisa with what seems like a begrudging, but fearful look. "Yeh, talk peoples tongue. We's just playing in windmill. No harming peoples."

From the darkness above:
"Curse the gobelins! They're gone! They're gone! All that beautiful meats."
"Come backs little gobelinses. We're so hungry and thirsty. Come backs to us."
Then Belkas will help tie up the goblins and search the mill for a ladder and anything else interesting. "I fine with setting them out of town, Zyllith. That way we get our rope back."
Arisa says “fine- if we are to spare your lives- you will tell us- how many more goblins are here? Where did all you goblins come from? And how did you hear the village was available for you to pillage like this?”
"Some many goblins, few, not know numbers. Come from cave near forest, peoples coming, saying giants attacking village. Big boss say go look at village, get supplies for goblins."
Belkas asks, "Does anyone have any spells to mend or bind, or skills in woodworking? If not, we can look for nails, hammer, and give it a try to join the pieces back together again. It probably won't be pretty, but as long as it gets us across."

"Well, we tried it the nice way. I guess we will have to take the hard way."
(If the goblins don't come down before my next turn, it is back to Hex giving DEX disadvantage and Eldritch Blast.)

Osmord joins the search for a long ladder or timber they may take to form a bridge. Live goblins hold little interest to him.
"If we find nothing, a ladder from the tower may work just as well."

There is a ladder about 25 feet long, although it's too long to remove from the entrance of the windmill in one piece.
“We can cut the ladder in to two pieces perhaps, and get it out that way, and put them back together” Arisa suggests

“I have such a spell- I can mend breaks and tears”. Arisa replies.
