Zyllith remained down below, hidden from everyone (especially Xolkin and Kella). While the battle continues she's going to scan the walls for any potential weaknesses the orcs might exploit.
Perception - 6+3 = 9 (at least I'm not hogging all the good rolls anymore)
Arisa blasts the orc chief once again with a fire bolt. He roars in frustration and anger, and you can see that between the elf arrows and the damage you all have done, he's definitely looking worse for the wear. Osmords horrid necrotic damage does him even worse. Belkas is not quite as precise as his companions, but he does recognize the one eye as some kind of shaman.
Two of the guards hold their attacks, since they only have one spear left, but the two that took javelins pull them out and hurl them back down at the orcs, although neither of them are able to hit a target. Xolkin and Kella, who have climbed up into the north tower, nock arrows to the short bows that they found and release at one of the injured orcs. Xolkin's shot is dead on and he kills the creature, hitting it right in the chest. Their two companions, also in the north tower, fire bows as well, and one of them kills another orc.
Out in the field, Xolkin's men continue their distant sniping and manage to kill another orc with their crossbows.
Down below, the orcs continue with another javelin volley, although their numbers have been reduced by three. Most of them slam against the walls, but as with last time, Osmord finds himself on the wrong end of two javelin points, and he takes 6 HP Damage. The orcs across the moat keep trying to climb the wall, but they don't seem to be having much luck, and appear to be grasping futilely with no upward movement. Still, they keep trying.
One of Xolkin's men also takes a javelin in the torso. He doubles over, wincing in pain, but manages to keep standing.
The one eyed orc begins chanting and moving his arms around, and suddenly, a spear appears of thin air at the top of the north watchtower. It stabs wildly at Xolkin, but he proves to quick for the orc shaman's magical attack.
Shouting commands and screaming at the top of his lungs, the orc chief moves behind the one eye, obviously using the shaman as cover from future attacks.
Arisa, still focused on the Chieftain, in hopes that his death will crush the morale of the others, stands and casts magic missile at him for 2+5+3 damage 10
she will again drop prone. She yells”take out the chief and the shaman first, maybe the others will give up!”
Zyllith remains hidden from view, keeping an eye on Xolkin and Kella, along with their friends on the north tower. They seem to be doing a well enough job so far. She also remains ready to act should any orcs breach their defenses, but for now the best course of action remains to stay hidden and prepare for anything.
Both Arisa and Belkas deliver another devastating attack on the chief. Even though he's hiding behind the shaman, they're able to direct their spells at him and blast him with fire and Eldritch energy. Belkas's attack slams into him hard enough to push him back about ten feet behind the shaman. He roars and screams and starts yelling commands in orcish, which Belkas understands as desperate orders for some of the other orcs to defend him and fight on with fury.
Osmord plucks the projectiles from his shell grimacing. This will not do. He casts cure wounds on himself 8 followed by shield of faith as a bonus action, raising his AC to 24 in cover. He remains ducked down for all of this and then uses his movement to crawl out of sight and range for a moment to catch his breath.
Seeing as how the orcs at the wall are just flailing and hurling themselves against the palisade and not making any progress trying to climb up, the chief calls them back. The mass of ten orcs plunges back into the water and splashes back over to the other bank. At the same time, the javelin-wielding orcs rush back and form a wall of bodies around their chief to protect him, moving him back about 30 more feet and completely shielding him from your field of view.
The one eyed shaman keeps his position right in front of the orc wall. Waving his arms, he controls the magical spear that's currently floating above the north tower. It suddenly moves and speeds over to the south tower, stabbing right at Belkas. Attack: 16 Damage: 6
Arisa- stands up (behind the cover of a merlon) and is frustrated by not being able to focus on the chief, and not having any spells to deal with that group- she, turns her attention on the shaman. Her frustration got to her aim however and her fire bolt misses with a 9 (I assume). 4 points damage if not.
she yells out to Belkas-“ You speak Orcish- maybe try to get them to leave? They seem to be retreating. We scared the chieftain anyway!?”
Osmord reluctantly makes his way back to the wall and raises toll the dead once more against the Shaman and the closest wounded Orc. DC Wisdom 12 for :
Shaman : 1
Orc : 7
He then drops prone behind cover. (That's a disadvantage on an AC of 24, fingers crossed).
"These Orcs are trouble, more trouble than I care for. Somebody kill them!" he grumbles to himself as he lies there waiting for the next rain of javelins.
Belkas calls out to the Orc Leader in Orcish, "War Chieftain. This village is not for you. It has no treasures worth the trouble. Keep on moving to somewhere else where you can bring glory to your name and grind the bones of your enimies."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The orcs that have made it back across the moat join the rest of the group, and they gather for a few moments, before the "moat crew" starts running south along the edge of the moat. The javelin group keeps in formation, hiding the chief from view, while the one eyed shaman stands a bit closer, about 60 feet away from the gate.
As Osmord's spell inflicts some damage on the shaman and one of the other orcs, the magical spear darts towards the tortle, trying to penetrate his very secure natural defenses. Attack: 20 Damage: 4
Arisa will target the chieftain again with fire bolt and then will drop prone.
Natural 20 for 11 Points of damage (finally) On the chieftain.

Osmord points down at the Leader and One eye and the sound of a dolorous bell fills the air around them. toll the dead

He will then duck back out of sight.

Belkas looks at the one-eyed orc, trying to recall something he dimly recalled from his past.
He then sends out an Eldritch Blast at the Orc Leader.

Belkas slams out another Eldritch Blast at the orc leader and will use his repelling blast invocation to knock it away from cover.
He then shouts out, "The one-eyed orc is their shaman!" while trying to duck down and take some cover himself.

Osmord and Vernon are up.
Vernon is getting worried about some of these hits. He will move between the towers so that he can reach either quickly if someone goes down.

OK, you can all go again.
Belkas screams in pain as the magical spear pierces him.
Furious, he shoots an Eldritch Blast at the Shaman.

Vernon is having an internal debate over whether it is better to be well armed and doing nothing or to be prone next to a hostile worg.

In common- she yells”leave this place. There is nothing for you here but death!”
she then drops back to the roof.
