This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The tiny brain is skewered, collapsing to the ground in a quivering heap! The thug is not shaken by your attempt at intimidation. "We en't done 'ere yet!"
It is now the enemies' turn!
The injured duergar and thug take swings with their weapons - the thug aims for Renaer while the duergar aims for Bearhug!
Thug Attack: 14 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. 6
Duergar Attack: 21 Damage: 3
Renaer takes a crushing blow, and the duergar does manage to hit the strange goliath!
(Reminding that Ianric also gains 3 THP at the beginning of each of his turns from Heroism and also holds Vyrax' last inspiration die.)
Vyrax already feels rather exhausted from this long day, but at least he's still uninjured. He sees the blow that Ianric took, and tries to dissuade the duergar from attacking again. "Are you joking? Such a weak attack could never defeat Ianric. Throw in a thousand of those and he'll still remain standing!"
Action: Cast Vicious Mockery against the duerger. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 13) or take 3 psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
The duergar barely resists Vyrax's scathing words, gritting their teeth and hanging on to consciousness. (Resolved the roll on campaign page, recorded in the dice log.)
The intellect devourer is down, and the mind flayer is nowhere to be seen; it is now Kassar and Cami's turns!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Cami quickly pulls out a dagger to deal with the duergar right in front of her, but it's a little different than just a normal stab. Something in the arm that's holding the blade is shaking, and whatever it is, it is transferring some booming energy into the dagger, which would be promptly transferred to the duergar if it made contact.
Unfortunately, the dagger misses - but the spell holds.
It is still Kassar's turn!
(Sorry again about the wait - still trying to figure out how to manage my time and found some time to post. Hope you're all still interested in continuing!)
Topaz ducks out of cover, raises his shortbow, and fires at the tiny brain!
Attack: 15 Damage: 13 piercing damage
He then drops his bow, drawing a dagger and moving toward the thug. "Give up! You're lost." Intimidation: 19

(Not sure what was going on there with the manipulated dice rolls, but Bearhug should only have taken 5 damage from a non-critical hit.)
