Isa follows in step behind giving a slight chuckle at Mav's latest comment to Orvok.

M12 - PLANETARIUM

The door opens into a dark, open space offering a view of the starry firmament of the night sky. Five telescopes mounted on bronze plates point toward the constellations above. In the middle of the space, a one-foot-diameter sphere of clear crystal sits in a circular brass stand.

The room is a detailed and convincing magical illusion of a grassy knoll on a moonless night. Springy turf compresses underfoot, and when the doors to the room are closed, the starry night sky is visible in all directions. Terrain more than 20 feet away at ground level, however, is shadowy and indistinct; only the sky above seems sharp and clear. In fact, the stars shine down with an almost fierce light.

Emporious, I will stay close by you. The first sign of danger, and youll have the blessings of Moradin that i can offer. (shield of faith)

After he speaks, Barbär will check out the stars to see if they align to the normal constellations, or if they are any different from those over candlekeep. Perception? 6

You can't tell shit.

"That is greatly appreciated Barbär. I'll do my best to stay out of your way. This must be the planetarium the homunculi spoke of. Ooooo... What's this?" Says Emporious as he approaches the crystal sphere. 

Investigation: 21

"Yes, this does appear to be a planetarium" Isa says with a bit of excitement... "I do love the stars!"  She gazes up to see if she can recognize any of the constellations above.

Perception: 17

She then goes to the nearest telescope seeing if it's pointed towards one of the constellations and takes a look through it.

As you peer through the telescopes, you see closer images of star systems, and, the crystal sphere seems to be ordinary in every way.

Exasperated, Hino exclaims "Greeeeeaaaat, more nerd stuff.  Focus, my dudes!  Are there any books in here?  If not, let's skedaddle.  The clock is ticking on Altus!"

Orvok looks around the room for anything out of place...

Investigation: 2

Not finding anything, he shrugs to the group. ‘Next room then...’ he says, opening the next door ready for trouble...

Nothing really out of place. Just a bad ass planetarium. Which room?

M11...

M11 - LABORATORY

Most of this room is taken up by long wooden tables that are covered with glass vessels and books. Cabinets with glass doors line the walls, and they contain all manner of specimens. Just below the ceiling in the middle of the room, colorful globes circle each other in an intricate dance. The far wall is almost completely covered by a map of the night sky, with a golden sunburst in the center above a closed door.

The cabinets are crowded with skulls, bones, mounted animals, rocks and minerals, dried plants, and jars with creatures floating in liquid. Measuring devices, glassware, and other scientific apparatus sit on the tables between books on the natural sciences, astronomy, astrology, physiology, and natural philosophy. Complex charts and mathematical formulas are drawn on a mobile blackboard.

A book with the letter T on its spine is among the books on the middle table.

Well theres another, and you may be able to find some spell components here as well. 

Investigation to see if theres any rare oddities the library would like to have: 18

Hino recognizes that the book has a letter on its spine, but being illiterate, has no clue what the cryptic scribbling says or means.  Instead, similar to Barbär, she chooses to rifle through the cabinets looking for anything of value that might fetch her a pretty coin on the open market (Investigation: 19).

"A T you say?" Comments Emporious in a quisical tone. "Hmmmm...." He once again produces a quill with a flourish of his hand and starts scribbling in his book. He stops every few seconds to tap his lips with his finger. After a couple of minutes he looks up from his writing and says, "By my rough calculation, there are about a hand full of words that use those letters. Words like, Bristle, or Bristly. Liberate or Liberty. But there can't be many more rooms in this house. We should just find at least one more letter to be sure." 

As always Emporious will look for spells.

Isa walks over to the wall with the night sky on it to have a closer look.

As she walks that way, she literally walks right into one of the benches in the middle of the room knocking a few of the vials on it to the floor  - "Oof, god that hurts."

Mav carefully moves away from the bumbling party members and the explosive chemicals

There isn't any spells in the books, or really, any other items of value or important here. It's all just for flair and show lol.

However, when Emporious says the word Liberty, you can hear the thrum and feel a wave of arcane energy wash over you, as if something has happened.

"What the.... what's that, it feels like a portal opening..."
