After resting a moment, Lari retrieves any arrows that he can find, mending the broken ones. (I haven't been tracking my ammo...)
He also picks up a small piece of the destroyed golem and gauges the magic flowing through it. (Can Lari use a bit of broken golem as an arcane focus?)
Lari of the pieces of the golem that you can pick up, you find a small gemstone, almost a little smaller then your palm. Taking a closer look you discover that it is not a true gem but instead pieces of amber that have been smooth down into a fine opal shape. Within the amber is an after image of the golem you just defeated. As you turn it over, admiring it you feel as though the magic you have flows smoother through you and you become more aware of the rock beneath your feet.
For Lari:
Malikar's Might- a piece of Amber that was once inside the head of one of the Sandmen turned Corrupted Golem. A soft voice whispers from the piece, one racked with sorrow and guilt, it thanks you for finally putting an end to the monster it had become.
Lari, only while in possession of this arcane focus, you can choose to replace one or more of your cantrips with either Mold Earth and Toll the Dead at the end of a short rest. Should you discard it the cantrips change back to what they were before.
In addition you also learn the Earth Tremor spell and can cast it once a day(resets after long rest) without using one of your spell slots.
The rest of you:Yes go ahead and rest and heal up after leveling. The danger is gone, and everything, even the blades beneath you, is quiet for once. There is no response from the smaller sandman you met earlier. You are free to explore this room to your hearts content or move on to the next. The choices are your and yours alone.

Ivellios doesn't like to mess with the order in this realm but seeing how he got hurt during this in counter has got him thinking he need more power to better serve. He will move to the giant pile of yellow dream sand and
pray to Lady Aurora "Lady Aurora ruler of this realm please give me the strength to vanquish your enemies and the will to stay alive till all your enemies are dead!" As he's praying he will stick his hands into the pile trying to focus on the sand and shape it.
Ivellios hears what sounds like a woman chuckling in amusement behind him. "A prayer? For me? I haven't heard one of those in a long time. Be careful, sweet one. I may just want to keep you when this is all said and done." He feels a being lean over his shoulder and it whispers in his ear, the voice going from playful to grim.
"I don't have much right now,but I think I can help you. It will come at a price. A favor for a favor. Will you accept?"
The rest of you hear nothing and see nothing happening as Ivellios sticks his hands into the sand.
Byg’wigg would like to locate the stalactite creature
Okay, you find it easily enough after searching the room for a few minutes. It sits a few feet past the mouth of the cave, just quietly staring at the place the bigger Sandman had fallen into it.
Byg’wigg places a claw on the creature’s shoulder, “Byg’wigg... Sorry it had to come to this. Byg’wigg did try to cure it, but it too far gone. You know, Byg’wigg could be you friend. Byg’wigg have lots friends.”

Lari sits cross legged on the ground. Scamp curls up in his lap. Still but still very much aware.
Lari closes his eyes and meditates. He commits to memory new spells. He clutches his piece of Amber close to his chest, probing it with his mind. He searches for the mind of the golem, curious if it is still there or if it was only a fleeting memory. If he can't find it, he will say aloud but in a whisper, "Hello, Sandman. Are you still there?"

The little sandman says nothing, but it pulls Byg'wygg's hand down and hugs it, curling around it for a few moments.

There is no reply from the Amber. You get the feeling it was likely only a simple goodbye from a passing spirit, but it radiates a comforting warmth.
Ivellios hears what sounds like a woman chuckling in amusement behind him. "A prayer? For me? I haven't heard one of those in a long time. Be careful, sweet one. Ivellios hesitates for a second he's never made deals with a god before but he will do whatever it is to see his wife again. "I will do whatever I must to get back to my wife. Whatever you need from me consider it yours!"

"Become one of my champions. Swear an oath to me and I will give you the means you need to survive this place."
OOC:(In accepting this Oath Ivellios, you exchange one of your level's in fighter for a level of Paladin. You will be granted your choice of either a special set of armor gifted to the Lady's servants or a special weapon. Ivellios will be expected to carry devotion to Lady Aurora into his waking life and build her a shine in his home when his journey here is over.)
Quintoc manages to recover his arrows. The cave doesn't seem to have anything other then what it had before, a few gems, piles of sand, torn bags, and some mining tools.
"I will be your champion my Lady, I will serve in your name for the many years to come. I Ivellios Claywood swear to serve as your champion for the rest of my life."
As Ivellios is praying the sand begins to animate around him and attack his armor. Ivellios doesn't react at all as he is praying and the armor he is wearing begin to change in front everyone's eyes. Once was a rough looking plate armor now changes into a gold and white plate armor. It looks like the chainmail he once wore. The sand then stops and Ivellios stands looking at the sand and returns to the others. Once he does there a symbol of Crescent Moon with stars on the chest portion of the armor.
"Lady Aurora sends her best and wishes us well on our journey. I am ready to continue when you all are."
OOC: Are we fully healed and rested by a level up?
