Gunnar uses his reaction to cast Counterspell on FL3 (if spell is 3rd level it automatically fails, if it his higher I am using an ability check against the spell. DC 10+ spell level, I believe this is a straight ability check with modifiers, no proficiency bonus correct? )
18
Two beams of dark, shadow energy fly from Gunnar, targeting FL3, as he casts Eldritch Blast
Attack: 18 Damage: 2 force damage
Attack: 22 Damage: 6 force damage
Fireball was just 3rd level so no ability check needed. FL3's fireball never goes off.
Keye slams FL3 with another bash of their quarterstaff.
T.A.N.K. Feeling still a bit frustrated by the fact he was unable to aid the others in the previous chamber, T.A.N.K. unleashes this frustration in a series of strikes against one of the flaming skulls. In defense, the skull casts shield This only manages to deflect one of the powerful blows, and the skull is wavering as it manages to stay hovering. (3 HP left. AC is 13, so, even with shield, that 2nd attack nearly hit, but just missed.)
Aruzhal Strikes out at FL2, but misses.
Gunnar Uses their magic to cancel FL3's fireball before it can even be cast. Then sends two blasts of eldritch power at the skull. The skull tries to deflect with a shield but both still hit.
Olivier Olivier ends the threat of FL2 with a single arrow. He then sends 3 arrows at FL3, one misses, but two hit. They seem to do less damage than would be expected though.
((Which shot missed? My lowest attack roll was a 19 with the makeshift advantage.))
Must have missed the makeshift advantage... If the lowest was 19, then that also hits. That would take out FL2 and Olivier's first shot would then go to FL3, and he would hit that skull 3 out of 4 times. it is still up, just with a few less HP.
If Buni makes a High Jump as he runs. Per rules, he can jump to 6' high. He can also extend his arms and reach to 1/2 his height, which we can assume is 6' (rounding out any inches for simplicity's sake, but he isn't short). This gives him 6+6+3 reach, +5 for weapon reach. He should be able to reach anything within 20'.
And, in case he can't hit all 3 attacks with a single jump, a second (standing) jump would allow him to reach up to 17' high. After reaching D-2 he has 20' movement left. Three such jumps would cost him 6+3+3 movement, so 12, even leaving him with an additional 8, if he wanted to.
Tell me if you rule any of this differently, but this is how I understand the ruling.
Fine... These DH games are really testing my knowledge of rules! Lol. Very well, I have researched using jumping to hit a creature above you. The rules do not cover doing that, and it is left up to the DM to decide how to make it work or not. As I am not wishing to add more difficulty to these than they already will have, we'll allow jumping to attack them. Your Attack Action will need one jump, your Bonus Action a second. I believe you have that covered. Keye, you are also fine then, as you can definitely swing your staff as you jump.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Buni pummels FL1 and then bites into it, the bite seemingly doing less damage than the weapon strike. The skull calls up a magical shield though it only manages to block one of the attacks.
Keye finishes off FL3 with a single staff strike, then moves to aid against FL1, missing their attacks.
The last flameskull sends two fire rays at Buni...
Attack: 18 Damage: 11
Attack: 21 Damage: 13
Everyone is up. Only the single skull left, so not updating the map.
Aruzhal DEX save: 4
He casts hunter's mark, then booming blade and makes an attack on FL2 with his warhammer.
Attack: 9 Damage: 16 bludgeoning + 3 thunder, plus another 4 thunder if it moves before end of next turn.
Dex Save FL1: 18
Dex Save FL3 (if still needed): 7
Olivier focuses himself to the task at hand (fighting spirit) and then attacks with his bow. Attack priority FL2 > FL3 > FL1:
Attack: 17 Damage: 11
Attack: 17 Damage: 10
Action Surge, then attacking again:
Attack: 15 Damage: 6
Attack: 19 Damage: 13
Not wanting to stand in any more fireballs, Olivier moves across the room to the far corner, I2.
Edit: Forgot to roll with advantage, of course...
Second rolls for all attacks:
Attack 1: 20
Attack 2: 25
Attack 3: 30
Attack 4: 18
With the crit on attack 4, that should be 9 damage instead of 7 (of course I crit on the low damage roll...)
Fireball was just 3rd level so no ability check needed. FL3's fireball never goes off.
DEX saves for Keye: 15 and 10
(Keye is reduced to 0 hit points)
Buni's Dex save: 14.

It seems Keye will have an opportunity attack because the fireball from FL3 did not occur, and, therefore, Keye lives!
Quarterstaff attack vs FL3: 8 for 5 bludgeoning damage
T.A.N.K. Dex Save, FL1: 6
T.A.N.K. charges forward, swinging at FL2
Attack: 15 Damage: 5
Attack: 17 Damage: 8
They summon reserves of energy and attack twice more.
Attack: 25 Damage: 6
Attack: 14 Damage: 9

Updated Map
Keye can also post their action now as well.
Keye continues to swing at the nearest flaming skull...

Buni runs toward the northern enemy and then recklessly strikes at it twice with his maul, following with a bite attack.

Buni and Keye... Need you both to revise actions. Unless you can fly, or have a ten-foot reach, you cannot attack the skulls with melee attacks.

Olivier makes two attacks at the remaining skull with the bow:
Attack: 21 Damage: 8
Attack: 24 Damage: 13
T.A.N.K. throws a javelin at it.
Attack: 15 Damage: 7
