Although Thunk doesn't intend to kill the goblin, the crack from its spine as he slams Crunch into Gasher again tells you that Gasher is now a Goner.
Before the goblins can do anything else though, the rickety door to this establishment flies open, as a large bugbear steps inside and growls: "What's this then? Cease this violence immediately, in the name of the chieftain!" You see him wearing a yellow armband with some tribal insignia, likely a badge of office of sorts.
Do you comply?

Thunk drops Gasher and looks from the goblin to the bugbear and then back to the goblins before looking at the bugbear again.
"He started it!" Thunk says, pointing at Gasher. Thunk notices he's pointing at the dead goblin. Deader than most. Thunk thinks better of blaming that one and instead points at Crunch. "Cheated at cards! Started fight!"
Thunk shrugged his shoulders and then skunked back to his table. With a pout, Thunk slumps into his chair and grabs his drink. The fun always ends too soon.
Niscesi just leans back on the table right next to her with her arms crossed in front of her chest - almost bored. waiting for whatever was to happen...
The bugbear looks with some dismay at the carnage, and rushes over to the goblins bleeding out on the floor and the other one bludgeoned to a bloody pulp. "Agh, bloody mess...right, come on then, the chieftain will want to hear 'bout this."
The bugbear, an officious sort, issues some orders to the barkeep to leave things untouched, and then leads the four of you off to the central assembly hall, near the top of the hill made by the turtle's shell. Entering the assembly hall, the building here is as ramshackle as most of the other structures within Urzin, but decorated with furs, handknotted carpets and fine drapes dyed with Markhezian blue and Clovis Crimson, showing off the wealth and importance of the chief.
Before you though is not the Sunbreaker himself, but instead his ogre second- in- command, Ogre Lord Bufahl II. The bugbear bows upon entry, and explains: "Some ruckus down at the tavern, goblins again."
The ogre nods, then eyes you all intently and with a voice like breaking rock asks: "Tell me then, what happened, who started it, and why'd it have to go get bloody?"

"The goblins. Umm, sir. The goblins started. The Gasher one cheated the Crunch one. Or the Crunch cheated the Gasher?" Thunk started, trying to explain. "So then's Gasher needs beat Crunch..."
Thunk looked around at the others gathered and gave a shrug. "Goblins bleed easy. Easier than most," Thunk adds, believing that explains everything.
”I believe that I bear the fault here, my lord. The goblins did indeed start fighting amongst themselves after an accusation of cheating was delivered. I offered a wager on who would be the victor to my friend Thunk, and I believe he misinterpreted my intent. He became a bit more personally involved in the wager, if you understand my meaning,” states Bounder humbly to the ogre, looking at Thunk and adding, “More personally than most.”
“That reminds me, I believe Gasher was not victorious here,” adds Bounder, wincing as he recalls the bloody mess. He opens up his coin purse and gives Thunk 5 silver.

Thunk looks left. Thunk looks right. Thunk sees no goblins. Less goblins than at bar. "Where are goblins?" Thunk asks, a bit agitated. "Goblins started. Goblins hit goblins. Goblins bled! Everyone says so. Throw goblins under turtle feet, call it done!"
Thunk is on his feet and loud at the end of it. Agitated but not hostile, though with his size it would be an easy difference to miss.
The ogre sighs:" From what the bugbear patrol told me, the tavern owners says the same thing. Unfortunately, your dwarf friend here is right, goblins are an unruly bunch. Things worked when Bol'Bara, our elder and warlock, was still here, but she's been missing for days now and without her wisdom, the clans are at each other's throats. She went on a trip to gather ingredients, out in the marsh. Something must have happened to her, as she'd be back or have sent word otherwise. Some of our scouts say there's been Empire patrols out in the marsh, coming from Fort Venture, near the Borkenveil Bluffs on the other side of the Marsh. If the Empire's involved..." he shudders. " You'd be doing us a great service, if you could try and look for her. Morgid here" at the mention of his name, a lean and wiry hobgoblin steps through the leather curtain at the side of Bufahl's side, "is a capable scout, who can guide you through the marsh."

Thunk listens to ogre talk. The ogre says things. Thunk thinks he understands. Mostly. Maybe less than most.
“Turtle leader lady needs help?” Thunk asks. He looks from the ogre to Bounder and then around the room to see if he is right or not…
“So this guy,” Thunk points a thick finger at the hobgoblin. “He takes us to turtle leader lady and we help!” Thunk is quite pleased with his understanding of the situation. More than most.
Bounder, the ogre seems stressed, as if he's not used to this level of responsibility falling squarely on his shoulders. Turning to Nalros, Bufahl adds: "There's plenty of goblin traders that rather do business in a peaceful place. Together, they've collected 200 gold pieces for the safe return of Bol'Bara. If the Empire's involved, you're free to keep anything you take from them and the weapon smiths of Urzin will issue you with premium weapons before you head out into the marshes, if you want."

“I’m Thunk. I carry Bounder’s stuff,” he says, putting a hand to his chest to show who Thunk is.
“The rest of you have names and do things? Or just coming with?” He asks, looking at the others in the new group. In the good groups, Thunk knows, people know each other’s names. In other groups it’s just “Hey you!” or “Yo, idiot!” or other name calling. But calling names groups always better than name calling groups. Thunk know this.
