Zera says “we must hurry and try to follow the Xanathar guild people and see if we can rescue Floon. First, we should see if there is anything here of use or value to us on this quest. I’m sure he will be well guarded. Then.. I am guessing it’s into the sewers to follow the yellow signs- as these bird people said? Will you be joining us Renaer?.” She smiles.
"I'll do anything in my power to help get Floon back and seeing as it would take to long to get the Harpers on the case I will indeed go with you."
As the others check out the privy, and talk to the the birdmen, Veil will prowl through the place, looking into anything around. She will look for any hidden doors, stairs, or containers.
Satisfied to see that Master Neverember may be shaken but is otherwise well, Friar Xavier sees the wisdom in Zera's train of thought. "If this was indeed a base of operations for the Zhentarim, it stands to believe that there may be items of use around which perhaps we could use to assist in freeing Master Blagmaar. I am happy to continue checking out this room and its perimeter. Would some of our party like to check out some of the other rooms? It seems to be well vacated and safe now. I am also happy to pray for anyone's guidance who feels they may need it in their searches"
((can we get a description of what other exits lead out of this room so that party members can choose where they would like to search?))

In the closet there appears to be a small indent where a hidden door could be....
“The Zhentarim thinks that my father embezzled a large amount of gold while he was Open Lord and that he hid the dragons somewhere in the city. They think they can find it by using an artifact called the Stone of Golorr, which was in the hands of the Xanathar Guild until recently. Apparently, someone stole it. The Zhents thought I knew something about all of this, but I don’t. My father and I haven’t spoken in years.” he says "and I'm afraid the Xanathar guild took over this Zhent outpost they took Floon, the man I was walking home from the tavern a few nights back, mistaking him for me."
Wheeze: "Well met. Glad to see that you are doing ok, looking ok. Remind me, what is the Stone of Golorr?"

Wheeze: as Xaviar inspects the hidden door Wheeze will move to the bottom of the stairs and then start up them very slowly, listening for anything suspicious at the top and peeping round any corners being careful not to show himself.

He will then cross over to the other side of the room and wait.
after you open the secret door there's a small room with 2 chests inside
Friar Xavier opens the chests and searches their contents.
The first, stolen from the docks, contains four wood-framed paintings wrapped in leather. The paintings depict the cities of Luskan, Neverwinter, Silverymoon, and Baldur’s Gate. The second contains fifteen 10-pound silver trade bars, all black from corrosion
The open second level is stacked with crates where it overlooks the main warehouse.
Zera will go up there and look around- seeing if there is anything of particular value among the crates, while keeping an eye out for adversaries. Any other rooms upstairs?
Barely a whisper, Friar Xavier mutters, "Ah Ilmater, how you test me so... but no, these are may yet have a rightful owner..."
He then reports back to the party, "Not much to see back there. A couple crates of likely ill-gotten gains. Not sure if they would be much use to us in our goal of helping to free Master Blagmaar" Then to Sir Darkhall, "Do you think we should report the bodies and the materials found? You seem better connected with the constabulary."
“A nice haul there...” Veil says with a purr in her voice, as she looks over the paintings and gold bars. “Anyone know someone looking to buy some paintings around town? Likely could get some good coin for those.”

There's a door on the northeast on the north wall. Other than a few rats scurrying around there are no living creatures just a bunch of useless junk.

Immediately as you say this as if on queue a there's a loud bang as a dozen men in City Watch uniforms. they notice the bodies on the floor and the kenku and immediately take them into custody. As the other men of the watch search the warehouse a man with an uptight presence and an ere of control and leadership approaches those of you on the bottom floor. giving a brief bow to Renaer as he passes "Captain Staget at your service, now if I may ask.... what exactly are you folk doing here? You don't look like Xanathar's goons or that of the Zhentarim"
Sir Darak Darkhall: Raising his hand in salute, Darak says, "Captain, I am Sir Darak Darkhall of the Grey Hand. I am investigating a string of kidnappings in the area and it has brought me here."
Gesturing to the party, he continues, "This fine band of adventurers are also looking into this matter, and so we have joined forces. They are more suited to these endeavors than I."
Oblivious to the treasure being stowed away as he speaks, he points toward the crates and says, "We're taking anything we believe is important to our investigation. You're free to take these prisoners."
