Move toward the restrained one...should have range even for F1 with Whip....draw whip and makes melee attack. Attack: 13 Damage: 3 if this hits add 15 necrotic damage to the attack for Channel divinity.

Ravocrath Has another hand reach up and grasp skull #2 before it can lift off of the ground. (#3 is already in the air so cannot be affected by this spell.)
Tayret Magnus Sends a blast of force and fire at one of the skulls. The fire hits, but doesn't seem to do anything. The force bolt goes wide, missing entirely.
Larry Obliterates skull#2.
The remaining skull sends a set of four magical darts at Xap... Force damage: 14
Everyone is up. The skull is 15 feet in the air, so, unless you have 10 foot reach, yu are not likely to hit it with melee attacks. I am not posting an updated map, so just feel free to tell me what you do to take it out.
I'm not sure if relevant - but these heads will come back to life.....unless dispel magic, remove curse...or holy water...Larry doesn't have the spell slots nor any holy water....Anyone else?
Xap is getting used to the routine. After the long rest and when everyone is ready he will cast Armor of Agathys on himself and then time his concentration on Blur to begin as he’s crossing the threshold to the next room.

Xap will move to I7 to not be in line of anyone else's attacks and swipe twice at the skull with his pact halberd

Zenga moves to within 30' of the skull and uses his Radiant Sun Bolt attack - As both actions and spending 1 Ki point to do as a Bonus Action as well.
Attack1 Radiant Sun Bolt Attack: 25 Damage: 5 Plus 4 to Attack Roll due to Bless
Attack2 Radiant Sun Bolt Attack: 11 Damage: 9 Plus 1 to Attack Roll due to Bless
Bonus Action Radiant Sun Bolt Attack: 8 Damage: 10 Plus 2 to Attack Roll due to Bless
spiritual weapon Attack: 23 Damage: 5 add bless to attack roll 4
Cast Chill Touch Attack: 10 Damage: 8 necrotic damage and can't heal. add bless to attack roll 3
I cast Magic missile if my allies attacks are not enough

Blasts at the fire skull 3 times, but the skull pulls up a magical shield, deflecting all but one of the attacks.
Xap
Manages to land one strike through the magical shield, doing damage to the skull.
Ravocrath
sends 3 magical darts in, but all are deflected by the shield.

Takes the dodge action.
Larry
Misses with their spiritual weapon, but the ghostly hand that grabs the skull turns it to dust.
Combat is over. You guys can have a long rest before the next chamber.
