Zenga will use the dodge action, and his movement to start moving across the room to the other door... In other words, regular movement while trying to be on guard against anything. 45 feet of movement...
The ghost ignores Zenga's greeting. It also, mostly anyway, ignores the ghostly hand that grips it, feeling none of the necrotic energy that the hand possesses.
Instead it turns to the room-at-large and gives a blood-curtling show as it twists its appearance.
Horrifying Visage. Each non-undead creature within 60 feet of the ghost that can see it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. If the save fails by 5 or more, the target also ages 1d4 × 10 years. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the frightened condition on itself on a success. If a target's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to this ghost's Horrifying Visage for the next 24 hours. The aging effect can be reversed with a greater restoration spell, but only within 24 hours of it occurring.
Tayret Magnus, karen, Ravocrath, Cora, and Xap are all up now...

Xap is freaking out and his legs turn to jello. He shouts out his Hexblade’s Curse at the lone ghost with his bonus action and then releases two beams of Eldritch Blast with disadvantage to make it go away.

Short Sword Attack: 12 Damage: 7
Short Sword Attack: 15 Damage: 5
Those are made with disadvantage due to Frightened condition. BUT if the same ghost does appear, within range, for Zenga to attack, and another party member is within 5 ft of the creature, then his Pact Tactics feature would give him advantage, nullifying the disadvantage, so straight roll... Would just use the first roll from above.
karen Stands there unmoving. (No action posted, not likely smart enough to dodge on its own.)
Ravocrath Readies an attack.
Cora Dodges (No action posted, nor have they posted a save.)

ghost3 Comes out and recieves a flurry of attacks... Tayret's fire blasts hit, but do not seem to do as much damage as normal. (Resistant to Fire. Also, scorching ray requires 3 attacks not one. Please roll them separately next time.) Ravocrath's readied missiles strike the ghost, doing good damage and making it waver a bit. Xap's two eldritch blasts hit home as well, and the ghost flickers, ,barely there, but it is still there, though looking quite faint now. (down to 3 HP now.)

Zenga Moves to the far door, but finds it unable to be opened. Like all the doors so far, there is no lock, no handle, nothing that would allow the door to be opened. It does not budge when pushed on.
Larry is now up. No ghosts are currently visible. Need saves from everyone, 2 saves each for the last 2 ghosts.
... Never did put in a starting age for Zenga. Let's say 12, that's twice the age of Kobolds becoming adults. He aged 30 years last save, 42. Now two more fails so he ages:
1 times 10 plus 2 times 10 so he is now: 92... Though Kobolds can live up to 120 years. He's fine. Fine....
Oops, only failed one by more than 5... I'll drop the second save since it wasn't needed... 82 it is.

Larry moves to B2 and prepares to cast Chill Touch at the first target he sees.
Tay (Finally) steps through the door, grinning as he lays his sights on the next set of challenges.

Zenga moves towards the closed door at the far end of the chamber.
Larry moves to the corner of the room, ready to blast anything that comes a calling...
A ghostly figure comes through the wall...
Larry, go ahead and roll an attack and damage for the chill touch. I'll be able to resolve the enemy action once that has been posted.
“Hi!” Zenga says in a chipper voice. “We’re just passing through and wondering if you could point us to the breakfast bar?”
Larry's Attack: 25 Damage: 13 NOTE: necrotic damage...

10 is Zenga the Wise’s roll…

Though most kobolds die by 20, they CAN live up to 120… So Zenga is fine…
He’s fine… (age wise, anyway. definitely frightened.)
