A spiritual weapon then appears and strikes at #4, dealing a solid wack to the dog-sized brain creature. Both of the injured creatures are still standing.
Hoghead
Hoghead swings and misses the intellect devourer in front of him, but then slams it with his warhammer for the second strike. The thing does not appear to take as much damage as would be expected from the blow though.
