(Very first hit depletes my temporary hit points and spoils the Armor of Agathys return damage. Sux. Who needs armor anyway?)

(I just re-read the Armor of Agathys and maybe the 15 cold damage should be dealt to the first ooze that hit Xap. @DragonDenn, can you please review and rule on that, please?)

It will definitely hit the first ooze to hit Xap, they will take 15 cold damage when they hit you.

Ooze6 takes 15 cold damage as it hits Xap. Xap falls back to the ground, unable to stay aloft.

ooze4 moves around, seeking flesh, but is unable to find any.

Beldorim is now up. I will skip if not recieved in 24 hours.

Xap rises painfully into the air (19 hp left). He will fly a little holding pattern roughly 15’ over the top of Beldorim (C5). Hopefully this will keep him out of any AoE attacks his party may make. And yet leave him in a position to maneuver and strike down on these slimes in his subsequent turns.

(Was going to suggest Beldorim use his cone breath at 2, 3, 11 and 4 but it looks like he ghosted us.)

The door into this chamber, the very one you came through moments ago, suddenly opens, sending two figures stumbling through into this very chamber. They right themselves and look around, seeing you in combat with several agressive-looking oozes. (We have 2 new players, so we'll wait for them to get their characters ready and everything, prior to moving along here... I will start us at top of initiative for the next round, skipping the other oozes that still had a turn this round. Seems fair as we have had a couple ghosting players now.)

A medium height man steps into the room. He is dressed in clothes that were obviously once expensive, however they are stained with oil and grime. Strapped to his back is a strange, mechanical contraption that looks almost like a tortoise shell. On his head is a metal helmet with a brim, and his face is covered with goggles and a mask. Strapped to his side is a weapon of some fashion consisting of a carved wooden handle and a metal barrel.

Pulling the mask away, and pushing the goggles up over the helmet, you see the man's face. He has a handsome face, and cunning green eyes that are slightly disconcerting as they flit around the room with a spark of madness. His chin is dotted with stubble and it seems that he has not shaved for a few days. As his gaze settles on the group, he grins and speaks loudly as he walks towards them.

"Hello there! I am Tayret Magnus, master craftsmen and purveyor of spectacular inventions, but you can just call me Tay. If you have but a moment, I have some new wares that I wish to show you, all of which have a success rate of over 40%! If you would kindly sign this waver of cons-" Finally Tay notices the Oozes "Ah, I see you have found yourself in a predicament! Not to worry, this is the perfect time to show you some of my marvellous machinations!" 

From a compartment on the side of his backpack, he pulls a small device with a large button. He wastes no time pressing it, but as he does, the machine smokes and falls apart. He looks a little confused, but shrugs and mumbles to himself "I'm sure there's something else that will do" He once again starts to rummage in his backpack.

Almost hiding behind the human is a Halfling woman who's hair seems to be coming out of the plaits it was tied into at one point. "Oh... well that doesn't look very good."

Tayret's search seems fruitless, as he tosses countless small machines onto the ground. They seem to whir and click before breaking against the flagstones. "Blast it, blast it all.....Wait! That's it! My unparalleled genius strikes again, I shall blast the beasts" With a flick, Tay removes the weapon strapped to his side, aims it, and fires off three blasts of flame at GR11. (Scorching ray through Tay's arcane firearm)

Plus 1 if any of them hit.

Cora and Ravocrath are still up.

I fire a careful Fireball over E4 using careful spell to not hot allies with it, all enemies must make a dc16 dex Save or take 23 fire damage. And half as much on a success

(DAMN!! I think that’s going to force all of them to save. Impressive!)

 Yeah pretty much all, except I may or may not have dealt damage to a few allies and killed Karen.yeah more than a few and careful spell only covers five and even then they still take 11 damage.... Not exactly my finest moment

Cora turns to the nearest creature and realizes the severity of their situation. She raises a hand, her holy-symbol gripped in it, and causes a loud tolling of bells at it

I'm pretty sure that everyone took at least 11 damage except for a few Oozes who weren't in the blast

(The grid is 5’ squares not 10’ squares and your blast is 20’ radius or 40’ diameter with E4 at ground zero. Of course it’s DragonDenn’s call, but I think everything/everybody got hit. All oozes will need to roll Dex saves or take the full damage. You’re going to need to specify which two of us are not covered under your “Careful Spell”. I’m assuming it will be karen and one other. Those two will need to roll Dex saves or take full damage. The 5 you select for the “Careful Spell” will auto succeed their Dex save but still take 11 damage. Xap is in the air and will need to make a Con save or fall like a rock taking 1d6 falling damage.)

(Hey Rav, I don’t think DragonDenn is going to resolve the above attacks until you state who is/is not covered by your “Careful Spell”)

 Yes careful spell isn't going to cover Karen and Zenga, so sorry, you just look like having the best shot of succeeding the save
