Tygron can take up the rear with the mules in the marching order,
he suggests Melaria go ahead of him in the middle, and the others in front so they can ”scout and be sneaky if ye like”. He leashes the mules together single file and after letting them graze a bit and get some water, he leads them on.
“ we gots some portable arrow blockers at least. don’t be shy to hide behind a mule or a friendly tree if needed” he winks and grins at Melaria.
"The more I'm around Tygron, Melaria, the less likely I am to wish I were a tree. Or a mule, for that matter," the monk adds wryly. That said, he moves up to the front with Ryn, watching the woods as the other keeps the trail. (Passive perception 15)

Melaria would grin at Tygron as he makes the comment of going in front of him. "I'll go ahead, just don't look at my ass." She'll say, as she adjusts her cloak to hide her behind a little better. ((More as a joke than anything.))
Teo falls in behind Indio, and asks Melaria over his shoulder: "So, what do you say to the dead when you talk to them?"
Melaria, taking a moment to think about the question, not so much on HOW to answer, but more so WHAT to offer as far as information goes. "Well, it depends on who I'm talking to, but at the end of the day, we don't all live forever, and some of us have a shorter life expectancy than others. Unfortunately for some, like those Goblins, their lives get cut even shorter by people like us. So I give them some parting words and, ironically, since I'm not religious, pray that Kelemvor looks down on them, wherever they end up."

Teo takes a notebook from a pocket and jots down some notes: "Kel-em-vor, you said? I can't say I've come across that name in my travels. No doubt some extra-planar being tasked with escorting the recently deceased to their final destination. Pantheons love those. In fact, some entire religions have devoted themselves to their version of that particular journey. Amazing what some folks'll believe, eh?"
He stops writing and sheepishly puts his notebook away. "Apologies. I don't mean to lecture you on your own work. I've got an interest in other cultures, that's all. You'll soon learn that I know far less than I sound like I do if I haven't already given that fact away." A pause. "I'll talk less, now."
Teo faces forward and adjusts his rapier, refocusing on the task at hand.
The other elf smiles wistfully. "I knew a paladin of Kelemvor, once," he says quietly. "A delightful companion. She wore the most somber outfits and spoke in a dull monotone, but she had a keen wit. She used to sing the most horr-" he pauses to rephrase. "She had a singular gift for singing off-key while remaining monotone," he says carefully. Satisfied, he continues. "My favorite was a little ditty she insisted was an old sea shanty. It had to do with Sailors who encountered a mermaid. She eventually devoured the crew one by one." He grins at the memory, but quickly comes out of his reverie. "Perhaps when we're not tracking goblins," he chastises himself.
Tygron turns beet red at Melaria’s comment about why he wanted to go behind her and sputters in protest..then laughs. . “me girl, I’m at least six-score too old fer the likes of you! Naw- just tryna keep ye safe from things sneakin from behind, If I can.“
Having caught the first snare - a clumsy trap, really - Indio is even more alert. Perception with advantage: 19
Another mile or so down the trail and you come across another trap, a pit dug into the trail and covered over.
The party, including the mules, carefully make their way around the trap.
After another hour or so the trail ends and opens up into a grassy clearing. There is a cave mouth in the side of a hill 25ft north of you, it is dark enough that you cannot see too far into the cave mouth. Coming from the cave is a small stream (about 5feet across and appears to be shallow and slow moving enough to be crossable) that heads nearly straight south, and you are on the west side of the stream. A narrow dry path is on the other side of the river leading into the cave mouth. The other side of the river seems to be thick impassable briar.
What do you do?
((will upload an image when Imgur stops mucking about - this will do for now https://ibb.co/kKm7skK))
Tygron ties the mules to a tree and quietly says “ shall we check ‘er out? Be lookin like a goblin hideout to me.” He says a word of prayer- giving Guidance to Indio, and checks out the depth of the stream to ensure wading across is possible.
Satisfied that the cave entrance isn't trapped, Indio makes his way back to the party. He opens his mouth to report, but instead narrows his eyes and whispers, "Where's Teo?"
Tygron smiles and says “ sneakin I think- headin into the caves. You sneaky ones go on, I’ll be right behind ye. I make too much noise in me armor to get the jump on anythin.” He crosses the stream, shield and hammer in hands, and will start heading into the cavern entrance behind the group.

The trail is narrow but relatively easy to follow. The most from the morning has burned away and it turning out to be a dry, but cloudy day.
Further off the main trail the noises of the forest are louder and the bugs louder and more irritating.

The party continue down the trail for 20 minutes or so, and the evidence of goblin usage continues to be quite obvious.
You come across a poorly covered snare trap that Indio easily spots and the group is able to avoid.
(( Assuming you continue down the trail could I get another perception check at advantage this time. Also lol at Tygron))
