Demetrios promptly stows away his shield and sword and assists in clearing out the entryway, though, upon noting Onu's "lack of participation" (at least physically) he happily puts a rock in the monks hands and gives him a charming smile. "Here. I'll pass some to you to put elsewhere. Don't want to crowd this place up more than it already is! Thank you, friend!"

5Onu smiles and gladly accepts the rock from the paladin 'Yes, yes of course my friend, let's get these out of the way.'
The monk takes the rock and moves it far back away from the passage entrance, checking that no one is approaching them from behind (perception 6)).
He lingers there, looking busy and making sure the party is safe before making his way back to the crew to check on progress and grab another armful of rocks to move back.
KD quickly and easily solves the equation for the quickest way to dismantle the hallway cave in. Without skipping much of a beat, she’s able to direct Lilly and the others on where to grab the next rock and where to take it for most efficiency. With her direction, the group was well on their way to revealing the hidden pathway. Demetrios was even able to coax Onu into a little hands on labour. As the pair of men exchange words and turn away from each other to their various tasks, Demetrios retrieving another rock and Onu watching their tail.
“CAW!” The raven screeches and flutters.
A jelly squishes its way between the ceiling and the top of the northern door. It reaches out for their feathery friend!
Demetrios immediately turns himself to let Rasmus have a better chance of flying away unharmed (since I believe he was perched up on his shoulder). Even if the jelly manages to get a hit on him, he would be fine, as long as the bird was okay! He unsheathes his blade and readies his shield!

Rasmus stubbornly remained on Demetrios, crowing and fluttering like he was before. It’s as if the raven had been trying to warn them of incoming danger since it’s first signs of distress when KD was investigating. Good news, the jellies weren’t fast buggers.
Onu on the other hand was more than prepared.

Onu's blade pierces deeply into the ooze, but even the monks leg couldn't reach that high for a stomp.
Demetrios is careful to keep Rasmus safe behind him as he thrusts his longsword towards the gurgling goo. The man slashes the Ooze, splitting it in half! The hunk shudders and shakes. Instead of falling to a puddle on the ground, it firms up to hold it's own!

Then in measured succession, KD fires a bolt and Lilly follows up with three force darts, all piercing holes into the original threat.

Although barely clinging to the ceiling at this point, the original ooze is still determined to take Demetrios' friend. Figuring it'd have to get through the man to get to the bird, it lashes out trying to grab hold of the paladin!

Original oozes mini-me bubbles. It drops from it's place from the ceiling in a deliberate attempt to try to land on Demetrios!
On Demetrios Grapple: 8 (Vs Athletics or Acrobatics)
While the paladin gets focused by the first threat and it's double, another threat begins to peek its head from beneath the door. It'd begin reaching for the monks boot with its pseudopod!

(The woman was not a manticore and had a lovely name - Adabra - but there are some ways to memorize names and faces, that are kind of useful if one's occupation is in hospitality service, and... never mind)
She found the small vial and darted to the monk, carefully drop by drop administering the precious solution.
Action: giving Onu the last healing potion for 6 HP
Lilly comes to their brave monks aid, pressing Adabra's healing potion to his lips while KD cocks her crossbow and fires at the main Ooze in her way. It shudders, shakes and finally falls away. Onu can inhales a generous breath.
