Osborn approaches the bandit: "Hey, come on now. You know who we're talking about. The guy you have locked up, where is he and why did you take him? We don't want to spill any more blood, if we wanted you dead it would have happened already. We just all want to take care of business and get home safely"

The halfling sends the bandit packing, pointing to the exit and saying "It's your lucky day buddy, get going"
Then he turns to Herbert and Orin, saying "We might have one more scrap before we can divvy up that loot". He then moves to stand as far behind Gromedark as he can whilst still being able to see the entrance he is trying to open.
"Maybe Aspherer and druid friends need help with Ogre. Gromedark open and see. Get ready for Ogre try fight Gromedark."
Gromedark will keep at the boarded up room with his crowbar until it is opened and we can all see just what is inside there.

Opening the boards, on either side of this room, are iron bars . On the lefts side, is an ogre, who has smashed open the bars. And the right side three druids locked in the makeshift cage. The ogre is currently trying, and failing to break open the bars to get to the Druids, not even noticing you all.
Gromedark will drop his crowbar and draw his bow, take aim, and fire an arrow at the Ogre.

Seeing the ogre trying to get to the druids Orin will shout "Hey ugly! Why dont you pick on someone your own size!"
As Orin shouts his threat/invitaton to the ogre, Osborn yelps "OGRE!" over his shoulder and unleashes an Eldritch Blast at the giant brute.
