Uragum moves the flaming sphere across the field, avoiding his allies toward the remaining kobold on the ground. Then he reaches his hand up and releases a cold ray if ice at it.
I'm hoping this will work. It's a little iffy going off the descriptions. Not that the descriptions are bad; I'd just like to ask some questions first. But not wanting to hold the game, I'll post and leave it up the wisdom and discretion of the DM. Sylyra can move his 40-foot cylinder moonbeam 60 feet.
If the kobold "30 feet above Uragum" is not directly above Uragum, Sylyra will move his moonbeam onto that kobold. He does not want to hit Uragum. If the kobold is directly above Uragum, Sylyra will move his moonbeam onto the kobold attacking Hex.
Action: move moonbeam, creature hit makes a DC 14 CON save or takes 8 radiant damage (half on save)
OOC: Unless Uragum has learned a new ranged cantrip, I'm assuming he means Frostbite ;)
The flying kobold is directly above Uragum in this case, only because it has to be to use its ranged attack.

The first kobold hisses at Hex as the ranger stows her longbow, giving up on its attack to pull away from Sylyra's moonbeam that rapidly approaches, beating the elf to the fray. Above Uragum, the other kobold lobs a stone half-heartedly downward before twisting away from Ola's oncoming arcane blast.
Round 6 Order: Players <===== Winged Kobolds
Placement: One winged kobold is engaged in melee combat with Hex, 25 feet away from Sylyra, 60 feet away from Ola and 80 feet away from Uragum. The flaming sphere is 50 feet away from Hex. One winged kobold is flying 30 feet above Uragum.

It was good Ola stopped trying to use her crossbow - she was incapable to hit the side of a barn. Unfortunately, shooting was all she could do at the moment.

Kobold CON Save: 8
Ready to angrily toss another stone toward the goliath standing below it, the flying kobold suddenly freezes in place, Uragum's frost locking its arm mid-motion. Its face sticks in a sneer as it plummets to the ground, falling to its death. The remaining kobold wails, recognizing its fate a mere moment before Hex pierces its heart with her sword.
The circle of standing stones falls quiet, save for the labored breathing of the beleaguered party.
Area Description:
Cunningly concealed in the center of the circle of stones, beneath a complex system of shifting stone, is an opening covered by centuries of dust and plant growth. A set of stairs cut into the rock leads down into darkness.
OOC: Removed 2 arrows from Hex's inventory. Each character has gained 75 XP for defeating the kobold ambush.
"Was that the last of them?" Ola looked into the opening suspiciously. Then turned back to the wounded companions. "That could go better... We are alive, at least, but we might need to rest before we can go any further. Those kobolds could not possibly be the main danger of the place and yet, they already were too harmful."
Should others agree, she would keep close to the opening, to watch the exit while the party is resting.
"The little punks were more than expected, and flying? Well that was a surprise. A painful reminder not to to be prepared," he says and then looks up at Ola. "But yes, a rest would be great."

(OOC: For some reason, I already have one dice marked as used in short rest. When did we use it?)
If we do get short rest, Ola uses both dice left (but still asking for clarification about the third one, think it was left unchecked from way before): 4 + 10

As the last kobold falls and things begin to calm down, Hex plops down where she stands and lets out a huff of relief. "Yes. A rest would be great, thanks." She falls back and lays on the ground for a few minutes, gathering her strength before reluctantly getting back up and wobbling over to the group to tend to her wounds with them properly. "Kobold packs are the worst. They swarm you like insects. It's a shame since they can be so cute sometimes."
Uragum also seems to have to used? Did we not refresh them with previous night's rest? Uragum would use all three with this rest anyways. Feel free to roll 1 or all of them for him based on your ruling.

Sylyra's shoulders slump, and the spirit bear made of flotsam deflates into a scattering of bits of nature. Immediately, everyone feels even more tired as the extra energy the spirit had granted then dissipates. "Yes," the elf exhales, "let's rest." He picks a spot, sits, and then lounges. As he rests, he imagines who the Circle of Scale might have been or might even still be. What did they look like? How did they live? What was their goal? How did they enslave dragons?
Druids typically had a reputation for living wildly and eschewing civilization. Sylyra, on the other hand, would happily live in the lap of luxury and never set foot in nature again. Even as this thought was finishing, he knew he was lying to himself. He loved nature, even if it didn't provide access to wine and women. But to choose to live in the wilderness permanently ... he didn't think he could ever do that. He looked around. The longer he stays out here in the country away from his rightful place in Waterdeep, the more it is rubbing off on him. Well, at least he's having fun.
Sylyra yawns. "So, were those the guard dogs, or do you think the place was left empty and so the scavengers moved in?"
Ola's definition of "cute" included less scale but she did not judge. "Can not say I know much about the beasties, but where are dragons - there are kobolds? If anything, to me it looks more like guardians. But even if they simply live here... Can not say I am looking forward meeting the whole nest of them. Let's hope that at least inside they would not be able to fly."
