Qidira grins at Durnham, "Got it right here." Holding up the dagger to show him. "Its the others I'd kind of like to get back as I'm not planning on throwing this one."
@DM is the dead frog still visible? Hopefully the daggers are still in it.

Brandon takes his share of the coin and slips it into his money pouch (6gp, 5sp, 5cp) “Thank you, I agree with the division of coin and you can all take what weapons you like, I have no need of them.”
He turns to Qidira and then looks back at the pool, the surface stained with blood and gore “ I don’t like your chances of finding your daggers. Here take mine, it is only one and will not replace your set, but I can tell you are more skilled with them than I and will make better use of it. Maybe we can find more replacements deeper in the cave” He hands Qidira his dagger and looks at the dead bandits “I tend to be much less..subtle”
“Kotar, please help me pull the plank back to this side, since we have five bandits in Palebank it will prevent them from surprising us from behind if they should return before we are finished here”
Brandon will pull the plank back to the south bank with Kotar’s assistance. (If Qidira searches the pool for her daggers, he will wait until the party is ready to move on before pulling the plank)
He nods to Qidira, “Good, I thought you were a clever one, glad to see I wasn’t mistaken.” He stows his coins in his pouch and puts the bolts into his pack, fishes around, and then pulls out his dagger and hands it to her. “Here, you’re good with these and I have my staff if I’m forced to swing a weapon at something.”
He eyes Brandon surreptitiously when the man is busy with other things. Unsure of the strange powers and Magic he witnessed.
The dead frog is bobbing on the surface of the pool, four daggers protruding from it. Brandon can easily pull the plank across whenever he is ready, and the cave around you remains quiet save for the occasional distant croak.
(Just to confirm, your routes are south where the passage splits into a fork, or east through the bat cave)
Noticing the frog floating in the water, Durnham pulls back the dagger he offered Qidira and sheaths it on his belt. “Looks like your daggers are coming back.” He twists his hand in front of his chest and mutters the arcane word again, summoning the spectral hand which quickly flies to the frog body and pulls out a dagger then returns to drop it next to Qidira. The hand darts back and forth several times until all 4 daggers lie next to the gnome. “There you go.”
The gnome thanks Brandon for the dagger, then glimpses them poking out of the frog floating in the water, "It looks like I was lucky." She says pointing at them. "Can you work with that Durnham?" She watches at the Mage hand reaches and plucks each from the frog laying them next to her. "I won't be needing this after all," she says offering the dagger back to Brandon.
Qidira reaches down to retrieve her daggers, sheathing them in various parts of her gear. "Thank you Durnham, and no, I'd never throw this one." She says stopping to pat the ornate dagger at her belt. She stops a moment and looks thoughtful, "I haven't felt any ill effects so far, I think its ok. Can I hold onto it for now? Its a fine one."
"Durnham, let's check out that cave." She offers to scout it out with him.
The Dwarf nods in response to Qidira ””I think we can assume the dagger is safe. It sounds like Hulil is sick and she was never near it. As far as I’m concerned you can use the dagger as long as we travel together, until you get something better I suppose. I don’t use a dagger much but I can use one in an emergency so will take it back when you don’t need it.”
”Before we go into that cave though, we should get the others to go with us. You’re wounded a bit and I am more of a liability without some armored friends between me and any threats.”
Brandon takes the dagger back from Qidira with a slight nod and places it back on his belt. “I think we should all stay together, but either direction leads further into the cave and works for me. The bat passage is less traveled, but could be worth exploring” He turns to Qidira “Lead on where you will and I will follow close behind.”

Ressys wrinkles his nose at the smell of the bat cave. "What of worth could be found besides the rest of those bats I cannot imagine. Let us see where these bandits came from to the south. There I think we will find more information. It is bandits and their ill-gotten treasures we seek, not the excrement of bats."
To emphasis his desire the Firbolg moves to the south about 10 feet holding the torch aloft trying to see what may be down that way.
Durnham gives Resys a questioning look. ”Aren’t you close to nature? Surely you know that natural products and by products from animals can be useful for healing or other practical purposes. I am curious about the guano and any alchemical uses it may have as well as if the bandits used those caves for any purpose. We already know they trained the frogs somehow. Are you trying to avoid hurting the bats?”
Ressys looks to Durnham. "Yes, I am. You have already harmed the bats within the cave. Yet you had the right to defend yourself when they attacked you when they were disturbed. But I cannot, and will not, now go willingly in and disturb them again and thus cause us to need to slay more of them. Let them be, we are not here for such things. We came to fulfill a duty we made to Elro Aldatau. Let us not lose sight of that."
The Firbolg stood tall, his ears pressed back and he did not look he would yield this position.
"If you choose to go that way, I will not follow." he says again, firm resolve in his voice.
While the party discuss their next steps, Ressys heads south about 10ft to scout that route. In the flickering yellow light of his torch, he sees that the ‘fork’ is actually a large stalagmite and that he’s looking at a single pathway split by the ancient pillar of mineral deposits.
At the very edges of his torchlight, in the south west, is a small pool similar to the one crossed earlier. To the south east the chamber seems to curve away into a corridor.
Durnham and Qidira can see the pool now, just at the edge of their dark vision, but are at the wrong angle to see the exit that Ressys has spotted to the south east.

Qidira looks at the division of direction in the group. "Perhaps we should check the bats out later. Those others won't be in town long, and if these three were included on the list, only a couple will be left here. Hulil's illness may yield more information. I'll get you a quick sample of the guano for study and we can search it later if that's acceptable?" With any affirmative, Qidira moves back around to the north entrance of the bat cavern area and extends out a utensil from her mess kit to scoops up a small amount, glancing carefully to her left to keep an eye out for the frog.
stealth23 to avoid stirring up the bats or get noticed if the frog is still alive. Mess kit utensil as least porous item that she has expecting this to be unusable as intends to pass to Durnham upon return.
He then turns towards Ressys and says, “I respect your views and feelings on the matter Winterwalker, however, there may be a time and place where we must use the tools and knowledge available to us despite the risk to the natural creatures. I have no wish to wantonly kill anything, but sometimes we have to push the boundaries of what we would not normally do and go to places we would not normally go In order to gain new knowledge or skills.”
Qidira manages to scrape a sample of the guano - there is a plentiful supply on the cave's floor in the area where the bats attacked Durnham. So much so that she feels confident it would be tricky to traverse the cave without losing one's footing.
Qidira returns. "Its really slick in there." She says handing the hefty spoonful of guano to Durnham shrugging a little at her method of delivery. "I didn't have anything else that wouldn't absorb some of it. The spoon's all yours." She says with a grin hoping wherever he keeps spell components has a compartment that will contain it.
Ressys grunts and again his ear are pressed back against his head. "Harm to the innocent creatures that live in the world is not the price to be paid for your new knowledge and skills young dwarf." Seeing Qidira collect her samples and return he nods to her. "Do you have what you wanted from the bats little one? If so I see a pool ahead. Let us see where these bandits came from."
Ressys motions the torch to the south passage.
"Qidira, will you scout in front again, followed by Brandon and Kotar or has our marching order changed?"
Durnham shakes his head. “I’m speaking of the greater good here, not some personal bid for power or glory. It’s easy to say that harm to innocent creatures isn’t a price to pay, it’s much harder to put that into practice. I hope you never end up in a position where an innocent creature is balanced against some other horrendous choice and you have to decide.”
He then puts the spoonful of guano into a pouch for later examination.”The path East is not necessarily going to the same point. We don’t know anything about where it’s going. The road south is split by the cave formation. What does the group wish to do? I will abide by the majority.”

Qidira listens to the discussion, happy to be in a strong-minded group. On the streets, the ones that backed down too easily got hurt. Ressys laying his ears down like the wild dogs did when they were fierce was a definite tell that he wasn't backing down.
Bringing herself back from the intensity of the discussion, she realizes that she never responded to Kotar's request to scout, and now Ressys making the same request. She replies, "I'm sorry Kotar. There was much discussion. I didn't mean to ignore your request. I would be happy to scout ahead." Looking directly at him a little apologetically and then to Ressys at the question.
The way seemingly decided, she proceeds south to investigate further the passageway that is split by the pillar, passing the others. Conscious of the continued croaking, she strains her ears to confirm direction, hoping none of it comes from behind them. She stays along the west cavern wall looking all about and above as she proceeds quiet and crouching making as small a target as possible, knowing her injuries.
Once they are within 60' of the pool, she scans the water for additional frogs certain there will be some and on the pillar in case these are able to climb.
(You were already within 60ft of the pool so I have taken some liberties, please see map below)
Qidira sees that there are in fact two large stalagmites and they merge into the ceiling above, forming pillars in the cave. From what Durnham saw when he stepped north in the entrance of the bat cave, there is a passageway heading south (although the angle stopped him from seeing what was at the end).
The pool, as Qidira can now see, only goes about 15-20ft back to the cave wall. A large wooden bucket with a lid sits at the edge of the pool. Qidira can see no sign of another exit except that to the east.
Map (the light area is the limit of Durnham's dark vision, the shadier area is the limit of Qidira's dark vision. The smaller clear area (hard to see in this pic I think) is Ressys' torch range):
