"Calm yourself. Your threats are empty in this place. You all and I have something in common. Stay your weapons and let us discuss....a bargain." She says, smiling. "There is much you don't understand, and we have been watching you. I admire your bravery, but let us not make foolish decisions."
"Was that before or after you died?" she says, unimpressed.
She continues.
"I am going to take a chance and say that you and I have the same...agenda." She says, "While not all of our motives or reasons are the same, I can tell you, by your activities, that one of our motives are. I wish to kill Ras Nsi as well. You want revenge. I want a new yuan-ti order under the rule of The Snake God. I wish to herald this new era."
"There are many yuan-ti, most in fact, who are sympathetic to my cause, I have just been waiting for the right...opportunity....to strike."
"Yes, I would."She says."Join me to kill Ras Nsi, and I will let you leave with the final puzzle cube he holds. I will have what I want, and you will have what you want."
"Ras Nsi's intention is to usher forth a golden era for the yuan-ti by summoning Dendar the Night Serpent. However, Ras Nsi is more concerned with his mortality, for, you see, he is afflicted with this..death curse..and is growing weaker by the day. We have not been able to find a remedy. As his power wanes, we are preparing to strike. That is where you can help us. I wish to take over as leader and rule the yuan-ti and bring Dendar into this world.
"Acererak promised to help us as long as we guarded the Tomb of the Nine Gods - but I do not trust him. I believe he is playing us for a fool. Ras Nsi, however, is obsessed with finding the source of this curse and ending it, as well. I have heard the words of Dendar and have had visions of the Serpent God. Ras Nsi is no longer focused on our goal and I wish to take over."
"It was I who transformed Ras Nsi into what he is today, here, in this very spot. In the Blood Pool. It was I who ruled before Ras Nsi."
“Acerack’s completely playing you. Your leader is afflicted by the death curse, which Acerack is causing, and y’all are helping him guard the thing killing you? Why not just open the Tomb, help us kill Acerack, and then go back to work summoning your snake god. If the reason that you’re staging a coupe is that Ras Nsi is distracted, then why not just fix him? Why waste the troops on a civil war? I’m not objecting, cause I really want to kill him, but I suppose I’m just wondering why you’re still helping Acerack.”
"I believe you plan would be mutually beneficial." As she speaks, Shariel probes out to the others of her true intentions. "Tell us, how did Ras Nsi become affected by this Death Curse? I have heard he was once mortal and is now a yuan-ti. How did that occur?"
"Follow her plan, kill Ras Nsi, then kill her, and escape like Hell's on our heels. Sound good to anyone else?"

"Our primary intention is to bring Dendar into this world. Ras Nsi has lost sight of this. I have heard the whispers of Dendar and I believe Ras Nsi has lost his way. Everything else, to us, is secondary. Not to mention, we do not know HOW to open the tomb.
Long, long ago, Ras Nsi was a paladin sworn to protect the city of Mezro, deep in the jungle. He betrayed his oaths and was banished. Rather than redeem himself, he raised an army of undead to conquer Mezro..but was defeated, and banished once more. Ras Nsi lost his power to create undead shortly after. He withdrew to the city of Omu, and, bitter at the loss of his power, forged an alliance with the yuan-ti of the jungles. I transformed him into a yuan-ti. He imposed his terrible will on us and became our leader. Here, he holds sway, and brings about a plot to end the world by summoning Dendar. That was, until, the curse began and he started withering away."
"He has not been able to find the source of the curse, nor...have we."
"I shall alert the loyalists of the compound. You will not be attacked while you travel throughout. When you are ready, you will find Ras Nsi beyond the double doors on the right, and north through a secret door, which I will open."
"When you begin your attack, we will join you. Remember our deal."

"Does anybody need to take a moment to rest? Might be best to fight this guy in top condition if possible."
“I wouldn’t mind it. I can bind this soul for at least 7 more hours. It’s pretty handy like that.”
