This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?

Tellior scans the scene for any possible accomplices to this dryad, but doesn’t see any suspects. There are people walking further along the road in each direction, but they seem to be minding their own business or noticing the altercation with some concern. He does notice that the shop door behind the dryad says Al’madath’s Animals and there is a smaller sign that says Closed. That makes it seem more odd that this dryad spoke of a sale on candles.
Meanwhile, as Celesta suspects that the dryad was trying to plant something on her, he cries out, “Unhand me, you ruffian! How dare you!” He tries to pull away once more. (Acrobatics 13 )

Celesta will help ember with apprehending the culprit. She says” we are honored guests on a mission for Lady Dannielon. What you trying to sneak into my pack? And more importantly- why?” She says, loud enough for others to hear. “what is it with the dryads around here?” She asks the group as an aside..
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As Ember and Celeste struggle with the Dryad, Kellen steps forward and attempts to take the leather wrapped object out of the Dryad’s hand to investigate it to try to determine what it is. He attempts to be very careful with the item and will not unwrap it until he can determine if it is safe.
"I'm sure it's not dryads in particular," Tellior says in response to Celesta's comment. He gives a quick smile toward Aspen. He remains a few steps back, still not sure what this particular dryad is up to with this scheme.
Kellen smiles apologetically to Aspen “We did run into a Dryad yesterday who tried to charm us with music, then feed us to a tree. This looks to be bit different, though” He glances around nervously, looking for any unnatural trees or other threatening vegetation.

Kellen manages to snatch the object from the dryad’s hand as Ember keeps a strong grip on him. He studies it without unwrapping the leather: it seems to hold an object about a foot long that seems to be thinner on one half and thicker on the other. It feels like a dagger.
Aspen backs Celesta up when she brings up the name of Lady Daneliean, saying to the other dryad, “Indeed, you have made a very poor choice in accosting these guests and agents of the Lady.” Hearing the comments about dryads, he smiles a little and says to the group, “Well, it is true that I am the only good dryad. Even Larix is a bit shifty. Perhaps we need to bring this one back to the palace.”

Tellior looks at Ember. "Do you think you can hold him to get him back to the palace?" He then asks, "Aspen, should we take him? Or is there perhaps a constable nearby?"
As you all discuss what to do with the dryad, he stops struggling, looks into Ember’s eyes, and says, “This has really been a big misunderstanding. I’ll cooperate. You can let me go now.” Ember feels a strong impulse to listen to what the dryad is saying.
(Ember, roll a Wisdom save. Also, Kellen, are you going to unwrap the leather?)

"This feels like a dagger” Kellen shares with the rest of the group, then turns to the dryad in Ember’s grasp “But why are you trying to place it in Celesta’s pack? A plant, are you trying to frame us for something?”
Kellen considers unwrapping the package to get a better look, but then memories of cursed slippers and an endless dance cause him to think again “Can anyone determine if this package is cursed or enchanted before I unwrap it?”
He smiles as a thought comes into his mind and he places the leather wrapped item on the ground, backs away a few feet, then conjures a spectral hand to unwrap the item. “Let’s see what we have here.”

Celesta doesn’t pick up anything magical about the dagger. Kellen studies it more closely and determines the same: it seems to be a mundane dagger, although a rather nice one.
For Ember:
Ember suddenly feels that this whole thing has been a misunderstanding. He’s quite sure that this dryad is a fine, upstanding chap. It’s really rather rude of Ember to manhandle him in this way. The fellow says he will cooperate and you are sure he will. (You are charmed by the dryad.)

lol. Guess she doesn’t know what it is :)
Kellen studies the dagger closely, trying to determine if there is anything special or unique about it.
