This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?

Struggling to break free of the branches, Kellen is relieved when Ember reaches in and pulls him free easily. “Thank you once again, Ember”he pulls loose twigs and leaves from his beard and moves south of Celesta, grabbing one of the still sleeping hawks and placing it in a burlap sack. (bagging hawk 7)
He then moves to hide next to one of the berry bushes. Stealth: 14.
Having freed Kellen and given Tellior magical protection, Ember runs 30 feet toward Tellior to bring him the aid of his sword and shield as well. Glad to be free of the surprisingly entangling hedge wall, Kellen bags one of the sleeping hawks and then hides next to one of the berry bushes (perhaps assuming it is less likely to ensnare him).
Celesta scans the berry field in the direction of the voice she heard, calling out a warning. Her owl joins in the search and notices another hawk near Tellior being shaken awake by something unseen. Immediately after, it looks like something is pushing through the bushes to the next row north, perhaps heading toward the last sleeping hawk on the west side of the field. A sweet, plaintive woman’s voice calls out now from that area, saying, “Oh, please, you must free my beauties! They are the only friends I have!”
Aspen pauses for a moment, wondering if this hidden person is being genuine. (Insight 5 ). Uncertain, he shrugs and answers, “Beautiful and dangerous. We will contain them until we can come to an understanding with you about removing them from this field.” He moves south to bag the last hawk on the east side of the field (#9).
Tellior casts Faerie Fire so that Hawk 5 is in the lower right corner and the upper right corner is the square to the left of Hawk 3. He then raises his shield and prepares from the onslaught from the awakened hawks.

(What color is your Faerie Fire? Also, since you are in the area of the spell effect, you also get to roll a Dex save. It looks like your spell save DC is 12?)

Tellior mutters an incantation and sparkling blue light fills the space around him. The rows of berry bushes all around seem to glow. The nearby hawks dodge and twirl, some avoiding the magic. But the bright blue light seems to cling to one (#2) that is awake and the one that is still sleeping (#3). Although it seems clear now that there is an invisible presence in the area, whoever it is remains unseen for the moment.
The three conscious blood hawks seek to live up to their name: they swirl around Tellior, all trying to slash him with their sharp beaks:
Hawk 2 Attack: 23 Damage: 5
Hawk 4 Attack: 9 Damage: 4
Hawk 5 Attack: 16 Damage: 3
With the advantage of working as a pack, two of the hawks are able to cut into Tellior's face and arm. One is blocked by the fiery shield that Ember placed upon his friend.
(Ember is up, followed by Kellen and Celesta. Attacks against Hawks 2 & 3 have advantage due to the Faerie Fire.)

From his hidden perch in the berry bushes, Kellen pulls back his bow and releases an arrow at the cluster of blood hawks swirling around Tellior, trying to even up the odds.
Attack: 25 Damage: 9 plus 6 sneak attack damage
After releasing his arrow, he moves to the south and attempts to hide in the berry bushes in the next row. Stealth:22
(Attacking Hawk 5 - if unable to get a clear shot from his position, he will move to the south before attacking. If advantage no longer applies, use the first attack roll)
With Ember blocking his shot, Kellen sighs and moves out of his hiding spot before releasing his arrow. It pierces straight through one of the hawks harrying Tellior, and the bird falls dead to the ground. Kellen nods in satisfaction and hides in the next row of bushes.
(Celesta is up. Again, Ember may post his turn when he is ready.)

Celesta says “call your hawks off or we will kill them.” To accentuate her point, she shoots a fire bolt at hawk 4: 21 to hit w advantage from faerie fire.
Ember steps up next to Tellior and slashes at one of the hawks, wounding it badly. Celesta calls out a second warning to whoever cares for these birds and punctuates her point with a fire bolt that brings the same hawk to a fiery death.
A sweet voice from the row north of Tellior and Ember calls out, “No, no! Please do not kill my beauties! Do not steal them away from me! I will send them on their way!” You notice that the last sleeping hawk is jostled awake.
Aspen mutters an incantation causing his club to glow briefly. He calls out, “If they do not attack us, we will leave them be. But they must leave this field to the farmer.” He then begins to head down the row toward the hawk that just woke up, readying an attack should anything attack him.
(Tellior is up, followed by the hawks and then Ember)

"I make the same offer. I will cease my attacks if you do not attack me or my friends. And the hawks must leave this field. You can have them all back." He unsheathes his sword and prepares to attack Hawk 2 should anyone be attacked.
(Availability is limited due to school so posting turn now in case i dont get the chance)
Ember rests his blade on his shoulder still holding his shield between him and the hawks
"Call them off then"
(Preparing attack on nearest hawk.)

Tellior and Ember ready attacks if necessary, but the two active hawks fly up about 15 feet overhead and begin to circle further east in the field. They still sparkle with Tellior’s faerie fire, an odd dance of blue lighting their blood-red feathers.
(We’re still in initiative order. What would Kellen and Celesta like to do?)

Kellen steps out from the bushes and moves to guard the bagged hawks, just in case the mysterious stranger moves to free them. “Yes, it’s not polite to skulk about in the shadows, show yourself and we can clear up this misunderstanding. Tell us why you are in this field. We will return the hawks as long as your intentions are good and you leave the field."
(OOC: Kellen says this with no sense of irony whatsoever as he steps from his own hiding place. He takes the ready action to attack anyone who is trying to free a trapped hawk.)
