Celesta and Kellen call out again, encouraging the hidden person to show herself, Kellen preparing an attack if anyone tries to free the bagged hawks. All is quiet for a moment, the two loose hawks flying in small circles over the east half of the field. Suddenly an old woman appears next to Celesta, with long scraggly grey hair, greenish grey skin, and long ragged robes. One thin arm strikes out at Celesta. (Attack: 18 Damage: 13 )
Her sharp nails slash across the wizard’s neck and Celesta falls unconscious. Aspen rushes back to her defense, nudging a bagged hawk under a nearby bush. He swings his club at the hag. (Attack: 16 Damage: 11 ) The old woman is surprisingly strong and bashes away Aspen’s attack with a sturdy forearm. She cries out, "This is my field, you fools! You are the ones who must leave or die!" And she begins to cackle.
(Kellen, I would allow you to use your readied action. And Tellior is up.)
Kellen hears the cackle and looks to the north, seeing Celesta down on the ground “Celesta! Everyone come quick, help!” Leaning around the berry bush, he releases his readied arrow at the woman.
(I'm presuming Tellior does not get to use his readied action? Which would have been to stay with Hawk 2 and attack it once someone else attacked.)
Tellior sheathes his sword and casts Guiding Bolt at the old woman. (Spell Attack: 23, Damage: 10 plus if hits next attack against target is with Advantage) He then moves to catch up to Hawk 2, stopping in the space just below Hawk 2.
"Even if this is your field as you claim, you will not hurt our friends," he calls out.
As the hag appears and cuts Celesta down, Kellen spins and fires his arrow to pierce the withered creature in the shoulder. Tellior, who had been watching the hawks with distrust, also sees the attack and sends a flash of divine light over the berry bushes at her. It burns into her chest and then spreads a glittery glow all around her form, making her an easier target to hit. Tellior runs toward the action, stopping just below one of the wheeling hawks.
The hawk flies down to meet him with its sharp beak. (Attack: 9 Damage: 6 ) The other hawk flies up behind Aspen and attacks with the advantage of Pack Tactices. (Attack: 19 Damage: 6 ) Tellior easily dodges the attack on him, but Aspen takes a sharp wound to the back.
(Ember is up, followed by Kellen and the unconscious Celesta. About Tellior's and Ember's readied actions, they were going to attack one of the hawks if they felt threatened. Since the hawks flew out of reach by the time the threat was apparent, they couldn't use those attacks. By the way, attacks on the two hawks still have advantage because of Faerie Fire. Also, if you want to push through a row of berry bushes, they are difficult terrain. So it costs 10 feet of movement to push through a 5 foot wide row.)

Lowering his bow, but keeping it in his off hand, Kellen draws his rapier and moves diagonally past the downed Celesta to strike at the hag. “You have no claim on this field. You should have left when you had the chance.”
Attack: 16 Damage: 5 plus 10 sneak attack damage
Following his attack, Kellen uses his cunning action to disengage from the hag and moves two spaces south and stands next to one of the bagged hawks.
Edit: Did not roll the attack with advantage - second attack roll 8.

Kellen rushes over, jabs at the hag with his rapier which is rebuffed by her surprisingly tough hide. He then backs away carefully to the south. Celesta’s wound is bleeding badly (a natural 1 is two failures on her death saves - yikes!). The hag now lunges at Aspen. (Attack: 14 Damage: 19 ) Her claw slashes across his shoulder, just getting through his toughened barkskin. He, too, falls to the ground unconscious. (Death save: 18 ) The hag turns to Kellen with a nasty smile, “We shall see about that! Ha!”
(Ember may take his turn whenever he can post. Otherwise, Tellior is up.)
Tellior moves around Hawk 2, keeping his shield in position to protect himself from the bird. (Intent is to be in the space to the right of Hawk 2. He casts Scorching Ray targeting just the hag: (Spell Attack: 23 Damage: 8) (Spell Attack: 16 Damage: 6) (Spell Attack: 9 Damage: 6)
"Kellen, can you do anything to help Celesta? Ember! We've got to get over there to them!"
Tellior darts around the nearby hawk, all his focus on the hag. He sends three fiery rays in her direction, one of which burns into her arm. She hisses in pain and dodges the other two. “Make him pay!” she calls out to her hawks. They both strike at Tellior with their beaks, one flying south to get in range. (Hawk 2 Attack: 16 Damage: 4 ; Hawk 3 Attack: 21 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. )
Tellior easily dodges the first hawk (#2), but this distraction allowed the second (#3) to get past his defenses, piercing his right arm with its beak.
(We’re back around to Ember, Kellen, and then Celesta.)
This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?

While Kellen and Tellior exchanged attacks with the hag in the last round, Ember was dashing over to Celesta’s side. Now he leans over to place his hand over her wound, radiant flames healing it enough to stop the flow of blood and bring her back to consciousness. She blinks and takes in the scene: the hag still stands over her, a wild look in her eyes. Aspen lies unconscious at her side. Ember stands over her and Kellen is nearby. She is surrounded by danger, perhaps more serious than she has ever seen. But her friends are here, too. All is not lost.
(Kellen is up, followed by Celesta. I can't get the map image to load, but Ember is just south of Celesta now.)

Kellen breathes a sigh of relief as he watches Ember come to Celesta’s aid. Determined to help draw the hag’s attention away from the others, Kellen waves his rapier and with a whispered word it radiates with energy.
Darting forward, he slashes across the hag’s torso, then disengages and moves back to his original starting point, taunting the hag to attack him “Ha, you are too slow old crone, you will never get your birds back!”
Attack: 22 Damage: 6.
If the hag moves, it takes an additional 5 thunder damage.
first attack hag makes on celesta has disadvantage
(also assume ember will always use protection on first person attacked unless someone is squishy in which case them)

Kellen brandishes his rapier, darts over to the hag, and slashes just under her outstretched arm before returning to his original location. A strange energy surrounds her. Celesta weakly casts a spell upon herself, sits up, and breathes out a wave of caustic fumes at the hag. (Dex save: 7 ) As the old woman chokes, Celesta attempts to scramble away from her, but the hag strikes out with one vicious claw. (Attack: 19 Damage: 9 ) Despite Ember’s attempt to block her attack, she strikes the elven wizard down once more.
Cackling, she goes after Kellen who has been taunting her. As she moves toward him, the latent power that surrounded her booms thunderously and she gasps with pain. “Oh, you are tricksy, eh? Not for long!” and she swipes at him with her clawed fingers. (Attack: 22 Damage: 15 ) She cuts deeply across his shoulder. Meanwhile, Aspen continues to bleed from his wounds. (Aspen’s death save: 8 )
(Tellior is up. The hag is just starting to look a bit worse for wear. She is a tough old thing!)
Tellior invokes the name of his god Milil and uses Channel Divinity: Radiance of the Dawn to cast a bright light 30 ft around him. (All hostile creatures in range make DC 12 CON Save or take 23 damage, half on successful save. Also, dispels any magical darkness, but I don't think there is any.)
