The vines wrap all around Celesta, but the elf quickly teleports out of it. (Fey Step) Her tiny owl swoops around the tree’s branches as Celesta sends a fire bolt that burns one of the branches badly (16 damage). The dryad shrieks with pain and fear for a moment before she looks at Celesta with fierce anger. (I just realized that by casting Entangle, the dryad lost her Barkskin. Her skin has gone back to normal light green.)
(Ember is up. He still wants to get closer to this beautiful dryad, hopeful she will continue her enchanting music.)
ember continues closer listening to the music "just stop fighting guys. the tree hitting the satyr was an accident."

This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?

As Ember continues closer to the dryad, Parolanta calls out, “You’re not the only one who can call up plants.” She casts Entangle on the area around the dryad and tree. (Strength saves: Dryad 14 , Tree 20 ) Unfortunately, both the dryad and tree are able to pull free from the twisting vines that erupt around them.
(Triss is up. She can make another Wisdom save at the beginning of her turn - DC15.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
WIS Save: 20
Triss keeps moving toward the dryad. But this time, they stop after only a few steps. They give their head a little shake, those last few notes still filling their mind fading away. "What - what in the nine hells is going on?" They look around, see the vines both in front of them and behind them, see the dryad and the... monstrous tree? With a groan, they pull out their longbow. "Why does this always happen?" they mutter as they shoot an arrow at the dryad.
(Turtles a tree again. Bit satyr and satyr kicked it off turning it back into a tree)

The interruptions to the dryad’s music seem to give Triss the chance to shake off her influence. Annoyed to have been affected, she fires an arrow at the dryad, but it goes wide. Meanwhile, now that the tree has returned to it’s dangerous form, it slams down at one of the elves. Attack: 14 Damage: 15
The limb crashes against the elf, causing them to stagger and nearly fall unconscious. Fearing for their lives, the elves disengage and stumble back from the tree. Two gnomes are still trying to drag their friend backward, now with the additional challenge of the restraining vines.
(Tellior is up, followed by Kellen. Tellior is restrained. I haven’t seen a Strength save yet to see if he was restrained in the first place. DC14)
Tellior, legs still entwined with the vines, stays put. This time he directs his Sacred Flame at the tree, which is now back to its normal form. (Damage 5 if fails DC 12 DEX save)
Still held by the grasping vines, Tellior gestures at the tree and a column of light descends on it. The enormous tree attempts to move away (Dex save: 11 ). The radiant light sears the tree’s branches for 5 damage.
Also bound up by the vines, Kellen manages to fire an arrow that pierces deeply into the dryad’s side. She screams with pain and rage. (Satyr’s Wisdom saving throw: 15 ). The dryad’s screams seem to pierce the mind of the satyr, and he finally comes to his senses. “What malicious spell did you weave upon me?” he shouts as he draws out his shortbow and fires at the dryad. Attack: 12 Damage: 5
This last arrow was more than the dryad could take. She falls to the ground and the vines around Kellen, Tellior, and the gnomes fall away to nothing. Now it is the tree that shakes with fury. Celesta sends another fire bolt at its writhing branches and the fire once more spreads through them for 10 damage. She then pushes into the side of the hedge for cover.
(Ember is up, followed by Parolanta and Triss. The enchantment seems to have dropped with the fall of the dryad, so Ember is back to his senses. He is just ten feet from this savage and desperate tree.)
"Bloody waters of the styx!" Ember swore eyes blazing "damn song"
"Shes dead right?" He checked
He rapidly accessed the situation while drawing his sword
"Tree is evil."

As the charm breaks, Ember looks around. He sees the dryad lying still and bleeding from multiple wounds and the enormous tree before him. He makes an attempt at leaping into the tree and takes a swing, but its branches are waving too wildly for him to gain purchase or damage it with his sword. Parolanta flies up next to Triss and calls out, “I don’t have much else I can do, but look! Aim for the opening where the two large trunks meet!” (She uses the Help action to give Triss advantage on her next attack.)

Grimacing a bit at Ember's attack, Triss glances over their shoulder and looks at Parolanta. They give a small nod at the pixie's words, then turn back to the tree. A deep breath in, a slow breath out, and they release their arrow.
Triss fires her arrow and it strikes true, just as Parolanta directed, although it still doesn’t seem to do full damage. By now, the massive tree is looking broken and burned, much worse for wear. It staggers through Parolanta’s tangled vines toward the dryad and scoops her up in its branches before lurching further east.
(Ember may take an attack of opportunity as the tree leaves your range. The tree ends up 30 ft. east of Ember, 55 ft. from Triss, 70 ft. from Kellen, 80 ft. from Tellior, and 85 ft. from Celesta.)
Meanwhile, one of the elves shouts, “I don’t think we should let this evil escape. It will only regroup and cause more damage!” The two elves fire arrows at it. 1) Attack: 9 Damage: 7 2) Attack: 17 Damage: 9 One arrow misses completely, but the other pierces the tree for 4 damage.
The gnomes are happy to make their escape, now that they are all free of the dryad’s charm and vines. They run west, calling, “Best wishes! We’ll look for a guard!”

She then tries to find some cover from any retaliation in the bushes to the side of the path.
