Citron looks at the last guard and points at them.

"You.....are you prepared to speak to us about your lord?"

And then will launch himself at the guard for non-lethal damage

[Unarmed Strike: 19 Damage: 6 bludgeoning]

and if they are still not cooperating he will burn another ki point and continue to help them succumb

"Are you ready to talk yet?"

Citron successfully drops the last guard! As his punch knocks the man out, a ring on the guard's finger flares, and he stops breathing, dead despite the fairy's nonlethal efforts.

Out of initiative.

"Well campstri shit......"

Citron will begin to search the bodies for um clues...yeah that its and anything else of value, err I mean interest.

Those searching the bodies may roll me an Investigation!

As per usual, there's a threshold of things you find no matter the result, and further items may be discovered with good ones.

Investigation 5

Citron finds the longswords, shortswords, and heavy crossbows the guards all had.

Looking, Serandis discovers a few things. First of all, all three guards also have the green claw-shaped rings that the spy who attacked you yesterday had. Second, the armor itself is ill-fitting, like it wasn't made for these three, and she even finds a small splotch of dried blood on the interior of one greave.

Citron drags the swords and crossbows to the barkeep 

"Sorry for the mess...maybe these will help cover costs."

The barkeep is not happy.

"You just attacked three agents of the Crimson Monastery in my inn! Members of the guard, for Siberys's sake! And your brilliant plan is to now dump their weapons on me? What in Khyber were you thinking?!"

"First off, they attacked us, not the other way around. Second off, if those were guards I'm a bird."

”These rings here say otherwise,” Serandis shows the barkeep one of the rings, twirling it in her fingers. She then turns to the group and says, “There might be a couple more bodies out there. This armor obviously doesn’t fit these guards and look here. There’s dried blood inside this greave.” 

“Is it possible to use this dried blood to commune with whoever it belong to? If they have passed then it might give us valuable information.”

The barkeep stares between the four of you and the bodies. "The-wh-fffpt-I-is that-" After a few moments of spluttering and stammering, he takes a deep breath. "If these aren't really guards, you won't have any problem going to the Crimson Monastery to tell them that. They're the ones who're most likely to be able to...commune with blood anyway." He eyes the rings apprehensively. "And I'm sure they'll want to know how a bunch of Order of the Emerald Claw members ended up with their official armor."

"We will...that was where we were heading before being rudely interrupted this morning."

Citron will take back the swords etc he gave the barkeep "Sorry, these just became evidence in an ongoing investigation, you can file complaints with the magistrate"

and he will float out the doorway.

The barkeep turns deeply unamused eyes on the rest of you. "Please get out of my establishment until you are officially definitely no longer wanted criminals."

"Understood, we will get this straightened out." Serandis will look to the others and say, "Be on your guard, we don't know who else may come after us."

She will follow Citrom outside.

Citron cannot carry all the swords and quickly just drops them outside when he exits the bar

"So, I'm assuming thats the Crimson Monastery...." and he points to the large red building in the distance.

Petra follows Citron and Serandis into the monastery.

The large red and black pyramid in the middle of the city is indeed the Crimson Monastery.

You arrive quickly, and find the Monastery fairly quiet--it appears morning is not a common time for services or moving around in the temple. Just a few priests drift through the public halls, most of them dressed in somber red and black robes.

Petra approaches one of the priests. "Could you lead us to the high priest? There is a rather urgent matter we have to discuss with you. It concerns an assault on our persons."

Serandis nods her head as Petra speaks, leaving her mask in place. "And a possible assault on some of your guards."
