This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC - @Loord - your bless would be counted as your action in that surprise round, but as no one used bless, I'm happy if you wish to change your surprise round to the attack instead? - @Murfle - the neogi are 100ft away, so it would take you a couple of turns to run to them, did you want to change your action(s) for this round?)
Nolla's arrow pierces the armour of the neogi as she shoots from your unnoticed position. She then ducks back and hugs the wall to try and remain out of the creatures' gaze. Seeing this, Samael (I'm guessing that's who you meant when you wrote Lukas, or do we have another personality running through? :P ) fires off a bolt at the same creature, narrowly hitting his mark but injuring it nonetheless. The creature screeches something indistinguishable to the others, and all four neogi and the humans turn to face your general direction.

The neogi all fan out. The injured one and one other neogi disappearing over the side of the ledge and just out of sight, while the other two climb up the wall and move towards the group. They stop about 10ft off the ground and 20ft closer to the group.

"Watch for the other two...they might strike from the sides or even come up behind us," the half-elf paladin calls to his companions. Then he raises his bow and fires at the neogi closest to Perigord.

ooc: Don't forget to add 1d4 to your attack and saving throws.
Seeing the neogi scurry up the walls and towards him, Perigord readies an attack. At that point, all the humans dash forward, stopping just in front of Perigord and blocking the path forwards. Up close, Perigord can see that these four all look ragged and dirty, obviously used to work, but tired nonetheless.Their eyes glassy and distant, yet look at you with anger and frustration.
Lukas fires his crossbow, then reloads on the move behind perigord.
target the neogi closest to peri:
Attack: 11 Damage: 6
edit: forgot initiative: 4
After he casts the bless, Thavriol draws his bow and fires at the same neogi as Nolla.
Attack: 22 Damage: 8
ooc: I had originally added +42 to the damage. The 'manipulation' was correcting that to just +4 LOL

a. crap, my bad, have another character in separate campaign named Lukas
b. used bless for my attack roll. needed it too.
ooc: I was thinking the bless would go pre-combat. If that doesn’t work then, yep, that’ll be his surprise round action.
Tandor the White, Human Life Cleric
(OOC - ah true, yeah, I'm happy for that then.)
Oh I see, I misunderstood. Perigord dashes 50 ft. down the path then.

So quick recap and adjustment:
Thavriol blesses the party in preparation before Nolla looses an arrow. Nolla's arrow pierces the armour of the neogi as she shoots from your unnoticed position. Sorry, nolla's initiative: 4

OK...forget that roll. Let's try it again.
Attack: 18 Damage: 10
Tandor the White, Human Life Cleric
Ok, if bless didn't take last round, reloading and firing again 4 bless added to Attack: 7 Damage: 11; target: advancing neogi.
(OOC - @Spark - Bless was cast before you all attacked.)
Thavriol's arrow strikes one of the neogi climbing along the wall towards Perigord. It hisses in pain, but continues nonetheless.
Initiative Order: Perigord > Commoners > Nolla > Samael > Neogi > Thavriol
(ok, so disregard previous post, then.....)
samael uses eldritch blast on neogi instead of crossbow. (realized the distance is too close for heavy crossbow)
Attack: 23 Damage: 12
bless added to attack roll 4
(like this?)
(OOC - yeah, that's cool. As long as it's easy enough to see bless etc. I'll hold off on playing out your move in the initiative order though.)
Perigord holds his action (attack) till a neogi gets close enough, whereupon he stabs it with his rapier. Assuming one does, here are my rolls:
14 plus bless 3 damage: 7
Seeing the neogi scurry up the walls and towards him, Perigord readies an attack. At that point, all the humans dash forward, stopping just in front of Perigord and blocking the path forwards. Up close, Perigord can see that these four all look ragged and dirty, obviously used to work, but tired nonetheless.Their eyes glassy and distant, yet look at you with anger and frustration.
Initiative Order: Nolla > Samael > Neogi > Thavriol > Perigord > Commoners
(OI! NOLLA, POST!)
(OOC - I'll give it a little longer, but if Dragon doesn't post, I'll play out Nolla's turn.)
(sorry, it's just aggro, what with the geomagnetic storm coming and all.)
