Marlyth stares at the returning party members blankly while wondering if they have been fighting some kind of fiend or evil undead, but dismisses the impractical idea. Ah...fighting mummies buried inside an infested crypt near an abandoned library, nonsensical!
She will cast Cure Wounds on the slumbering wizard by tracing the surface of his hairless head with her index fingers and moving it in a circular motion while whispering something unintelligible:
ɾɾɾմ ҽմ Տɑղ հҽ օՏҽ ɑղҽӀҽ ʍօղҽ ҽҽ մʍ
A bluish spiral ray of energy surges towards the wizard and settles on his head, then it gets absorbed by the skin to heal him magically, Malivar regaining 5 HP in the process. (Spell Slot Level: 2)
"Does anyone else need some medical attention? I can cure wounds using my druidic abilities."
(@Wile_E_Coyote, Agreed. I read the post and found the somatic movement exaggerated, possibly it's because she hails from the tribal community.)
Calner offers, "I can delve into the depths of his mind again while you all ask questions, try to sort through his disturbed thoughts?"
"Let me know if you decide it's worth a it."
Calner will pick over some of the treasure looking for items that catch his discerning gnomish eye. "After a rest I think we should try to activate those teleportation circles."

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."

"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Angus suggests that the party take a short rest and recoup some of their strength. He can lay hands on the wizard to give him enough strength to answer questions, if the other party members think that is a good idea
Malivar regains consciousness at the healing g hands of Marlyth. Seeing the group of adventurers traipsing about the library, he singles out Weneon and with a word, teleports to the circle where she plays hopscotch, sending Wen to the spot where he previously laid by Marlyth. <Technically this requires the other creature to be willing, but I'm overruling that at the moment>
"Now that there are no longer any distractions I can focus a b it more." Vrah states as once again he activates his inner power using Magic Awareness to see if there are any magical devices left in the library, besides the steles, and see if any of the teleportation circles are still active.
Wen will sprint toward the red wizard and try to leap on his back "You're awake! I'm so happy!" She attempts to push him off the circle with a hug (shove attacks)
<hmm. Trying to determine how a very upset, recently bludgeoned red wizard would react to an aggressive hug from (what he must assume) is a halfling he's never met...>
The circle does nothing. It appears to be damaged, possibly by whatever caused the sinkhole we've mentioned. The cracks that run through the floor where it was created seem to head back to that source.
Malivar responds by vanishing to appear on the other circle. As he reappears, a great peal of thunder rings out. (thunder step)
Weneon (and each creature within 10 feet of the space he left) must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw, taking 18 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The thunder can be heard from up to 300 feet away.
"Rude! What's your problem baldy? Or used to be baldy, is that stubble I see forming? Bad form." Weneon takes up a defensive stance and shakes the ringing from her ears
Hearing the thunder, Angus will come charging toward the wizard, swinging his longsword at him, but using the flat of the blade so as to stun, not kill
Marlyth will explore the Hallway and inspect the Sinkhole overhead that opens up to an alternative entrance, then she will glance at the side of the Crypt but she decides to leave it unexplored. Using her Totem, she draws two vertical lines on the entrance of the crypt, then completes the set of airy gestures with a final horizontal line that forms a symbol of Druidic expression.
In fact, the tiefling woman has decided to cast a special spell called 'Plant Growth' for long-term benefit that can last for a year. Plants, shrubs or bushes centered around the marking within the radius of a half mile area will gradually start to grow and enrich the place in such a way that it can be inhabited by nomadic tribes of fey creatures and their inner circle of Druids. She will excuse the interior of the Barrow from the spell effect so that it remains accessible from the main entrance. After all, she's completed her scouting and surveillance task; and the entire task might be appreciated by her mentors.
Seeing his target disappear, Angus pulls up. He looks around to make sure the wizard hasn't simply blinked behind him. Not seeing any more evidence of enemies present, he wipes the sweat from his brow and says, "Well, we should probably follow him and see what mischief he is getting into. Wizards are always causing mischief."
If nobody feels comfortable enough with arcane magic to activate the circle, not that you're in a library, I'm sure you can figure it out. If you want you can take some books with you (for sale or narrative purposes) the spell scrolls can be used but the books (mechanically) do not contain any spells a PC could copy to a spell book.
"What do you suggest? Do we use the teleportation circle to track him down? I fear that the circle might lead to strange and unknown places. I suggest we prepare ourselves for any inconvenience which we might face in the near future"- Marlyth suggests while inspecting the books and scrolls. She will show the spell scrolls to Calner in case he finds these things interesting.
(ooc: I did say Calner was interested in the teleportation circles and voted for pursuing that adventure thread, so I feel he would of been within 10 feet of the circle.)

Looking through the old tomes, you find a partially charred diary written by one of the former inhabitants (maybe one you just killed). From it, you learn the fillowing:
The leader of the barrow wizards’ sect was a traveler from “a distant world.”
• She came to the Sword Coast “looking for an-swers” and to “study the magic of the Realms.”
Her followers were scholarly wizards.
• She lived in a townhouse in Waterdeep sometimes, but left it walled up when she returned to her homeland. The sect fell apart without her.

You're all getting a long rest in a second

Weneon does knock Malivar off the circle.

Attack: 18 Damage: 12
Attack: 26 Damage: 7
As Angus closes to strike the mage, a bright blue light consumes the scarlet clad wizardand in a flash, he us gone.
The southern teleportation circle is apparently still active.
"Well that was rude... Drinks anyone?" Weneon moves toward the rope watching what the others do
