The water begins to churn and splash once more, surging from the pool and splashing those with 5ft: Walks , Tauzen and Hamish make DC14 Dex saves or get poison water in eyes and mouths. But, since they're in the aoe of Darkness, they are blinded and fail automatically, so roll a DC14 Con save for ½ of 11 poison damage.

The gorgon is still in darkness, so nobody starting their turn while that is true needs to save against petrifying gaze. The real key question is 'can you see her eyes?' Her eyes do shed dim light, but it can't pierce Magical darkness. The darkness spell effect is the grey circle mostly over the water. It is fixed to that area and does not move unless the effect ends. If she exits it, I will draw a new circle to represent the gaze effect threat area.

<I can't see rolls in my browser, so I don't know if the attack roll was with DA or not. Tabaqui's attack should be at disadvantage, given that his target is in darkness, so damage dealt pending confirmation.>

Kyrilla summons a second swarm of snakes, this one appearing in Tauzen's space. She then slithers back toward the center of the water, remaining in the darkness (does not provoke opportunity attacks). The new snakes bite at Tauzen's ankles as they slither over his feet and legs.
S2 x T 15 (advantage from blindsight in magical darkness) for 9 piercing plus DC10 Con save for ½ of 11 poison
The snakes that bit at Marlyrh follow her, close at heel, snapping their venom-dripping-fanged jaws.
S1 x M 19 for 10 piercing plus DC10 Con save for ½ of 12 poison.

<Legendary resistance. The gorgon chooses to succeed instead. She will not start her turn in the aoe due to movement from legendary actions>
Hamish is keeping his eyes shut and attacks again with his axe
<one of his attacks is to hurl a boulder, and while I think it would be very fun to have him blindly toss a petrified PC, I don't think the players would like it very much. >

<The square uo the area of Evards Blanck tentacles. I do think anyone would know the area boundary despite the darkness because tentacles are grabbing you, so tactile sensory input would guide one.>
Hamish, with eyes shut tight taps at the ground. Feeling the edge if the water he follows around the edge, listening fir the sounds of splashing. He feels the petrified heads of the pair of adventurers frozen by the gorgon's stare and roars in anger, charging into the fray, he wades through a slithering mass of tiny snakes and swinng his axe wildly. He connects with something solid and chops again.
Marlyth will be surrounded by dense autumn foliage when she casts Misty Step and teleports herself behind the petrified harengon companion leaving behind the foliage burning and crumbling due to hellish flame. Finally, she will apply a dose of blue-tinged salve to Walks in order to restore her to previous condition.

I re-rolled in the post above and got basically the same result.
Angus will cast dispel magic on Tauzen, and use his move to position himself so that he is within 10 ft of as many of his companions as possible. (two squares south of Walks, possibly?)
Marlyth stands now behind Walks as the herengon begins to soften and return to flesh and fur.

<Dispel magic will not end a condition caused by magic. If the library burns down due to a wall of fire spell, dispel magic doesn't restore the books in the library. You can change the preceeding post if you want. Also, her gaze is not actually a 'magic' spell or effect, so I'm double sure of this ruling. >

Hamish: Dex 3 Con 16
Tabaqui is up
(To clarify, the con save is against poison damage, not against being petrified)
Angus is against the southern wall.
If anyone missed it, the outer circle is the wall of an area that had some rooms you explored.
So since Tabaqui does not start his turn in line of sight of the gorgon, no CON save.
He will dart out from behind Hamish, fire another arrow at the gorgon and hide again behind the bulk of the giant.
(Unclear whether gorgon is still in darkness or not)
Shortbow Attack: 24 Damage: 11 + 19 sneak attack all nonmagical piercing
Edit: rerolling attack roll for disadvantage, use lesser of the two rolls: 23
