Satisfied with what they were able to glean from the guides, Kel turns their mind towards their surroundings, finding some wonder in it, despite the danger. It was quite unlike anything Kel had seen before, back on the surface in their little temple.
It is another long several hours of stretching, climbing, swaying and gripping your way through the unrelenting darkness before the goblins find another platform, stable enough for everyone to sleep and rest on. As you sit yourselves down and try to find whatever comfort you can on the barren rocks, you are somewhat thankful for the glowing fungi on this rock, that gives some semblance of light and warmth in an otherwise black pit of nothingness. You might also start to notice that your supplies are starting to dwindle (not suspiciously, you've just been going for a couple days now).
"So." Crowfell says after taking a look at the supplies. Taking count of what they have. Doing the math. You can practically see math numbers and symbols running past his head. After a beat. "According to my calculations, we have not very long left in our supplies. One of us needs to go hunting. Whoever does so may borrow my necklace."
"I doubt there's much down here besides spiders and this fungi. Not this deep anyways." Finn says as he turns toward their guides. "I don't suppose you two would care to show us your hunting areas? Maybe some fishing?"
The goblins murmur to themselves. "We scavenge here, not much to hunt unless you like big spiders. Sometimes other things get stuff. Better rest now, still a ways to go."

(What are your checking with each of those?)
(If our guides are leading us into an ambush)
(Insight check away!)
(Is this something I can help with)
(No but you can make your own insight check)
Insight: 9
(They seem pretty legit to you!)
Lol,
Insight: 4
(ha ha, those goblins sure are hard to read!)
Kel has also been wondering if their guides are sincere.
Insight: 20
No Longer Active
(They lead a wild life for sure, reckless at times maybe, but they don't seem to have any sort of ill will toward anyone)

"You get sick of it very quick." Murmurs Crowfell to Kel, upon noticing that look.

"Hunting. Scavenging. Same thing."
The two goblins laugh softly. "Hunt? Fish? Here? Methinks they've been down here too long. Maybe you should try going topside again soon."
"Get food." Crowfell paraphrases.
