(Assuming everyone is ready. I'll allow for one more chance to adjust 'before' but am continuing on as though all are ready to go! I placed Elyria but she would be further to the south actually. Flynt can let me know where exactly he'd want to be positioned.)
You see a group of 5 approaching - one armored figure in plate, three in heavy robes - probably satyrs but it is hard to tell, then finally Lady Leilatha - looking like an Eladrin in fancy robes but wearing a heavy coat over the top. They are walking slowly along the path of the canyon.
As it looks impossible to separate Lady Leilatha from her escort Elyria will simply attack as soon as Aurelius acts. Elyria initiative: 9 Air elemental initiative: 18
(I would note that at as they go through the more narrow passage, they will need to pass single file. You potentially could bring rock down on all of them, depending on how close they are. You would likely split up their group if timed well.)
(Yes, 2 in front, 1 behind. There is an armored guard alongside. Basically at this point you are watching them. They don't seem to see any of you yet.)
(Dang, I just re-read the weapon description. Flynt and I need to back up to be outside the blast radius)
Aurelius is actually going to position himself around U 13 (Still not 40 feet but not sure what the map looks like south of that. Maybe if he fires at the base of the wall, it will add enough vertical distance to make it 40 feet).
When Leilatha reaches approximately Q8 on the map, Aurelius will fire his Power shot from his Juggernaut armor, aiming at R8 (the opposite wall of the canyon, so as hopefully to not collapse the side he stands on).
Power Shot: - Effective range of 500 ft. and long range of 1 mile. - Select a point within range. All creatures and items within 40 ft. of that point take 1d12 piercing + 10d12 force damage. Structures takes double damage. - Usable 1/day
(I didn't move everyone here - but definitely everyone will be at least 45 ft away to be safe.)
The map below is the situation with Leilatha at Q8. Time for Aurelius to fire! Range will be 45 ft.; I will say you got the full bonus for being in the Ground and Load Power Shot Stance for at least 5 rounds Aurelius needs to roll an attack roll +5 vs. an AC 20. (But if you miss, of course it still hits something!)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Aurelius, a bit excited and a bit nervous, prepares to use his suit weapon for the very first time. Muttering a prayer to Rillifane Rallathil under his breath, he activates the Power Shot, attempting to seal off the passage and separate the hag's party.
Attack roll 15
Damage 2 piercing + 72 force damage, double for structures.

Aurelius initiative 13
When it is his turn to act next, Aurelius will attempt to descend to whichever side of the canyon Leilatha is on. (Let me know if I have any action remaining after that).
The shot misses the mark, but only by a little bit. Given the massive explosion, the 1 ft. or so it is off changes little. Hitting a bit further down the base of the cliff, rocks fly out from the impact spot and the rock at the top starts to crumble and fall down.
The armored man and one of the robed figures is unable to move at all before the impact hits them. They are immediately killed. As a huge cloud of dust arises, the area is heavily obscured and you are not certain of the status of the rest, or their precise location.
(Initiative rolls for everyone, but you also get one free round to do something if you wish - again, not initially knowing where any enemies are at.)
Unable to tell the location of the hag, Aurelius will move towards the western side of the pile of rubble where the blast hit, and draw his flame tongue longsword, ignite it, and begin looking for surviving enemies.
On initiative count 18 in the surprise round Elyria's Air Elemental flies down into the canyon and uses it's Whirlwind attack to disperse the cloud and hopefully catch one or two of the enemies too.
Whirlwind (Recharge 4–6). Each creature in the elemental's space must make a DC 13 Strength saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 15 (3d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage and is flung up 20 feet away from the elemental in a random direction and knocked prone. If a thrown target strikes an object, such as a wall or floor, the target takes 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it was thrown. If the target is thrown at another creature, that creature must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take the same damage and be knocked prone.
If the saving throw is successful, the target takes half the bludgeoning damage and isn't flung away or knocked prone.
If anyone was affected, feel free to roll damage Culuril :-) Will wait for the result for this before posting Elyria's action if that is okay.
OCC: Flynt will remain on the high ground but move along the canyon edge. As he moves about the edge he will reserve his free action as a reaction. As soon as he can identify Leilatha he will use this reaction to cast true strike.
Initiative: 16
On his turn he will fire at her three times. The first being at advantage. The first shot utilizing his sharp shooting skills for damage the other two for accuracy.
Attack: 20 Damage: 16
Attack: 23 Damage: 5
Attack: 18 Damage: 9
If any of the shots hit the hag then he will invoke his fire rune to summon fiery shackles. Leilatha takes an additional 10 in damage and she must suffer fed on a STR saving throw DC12 or be restrained for one minute. If restrained it's an additional 2d6 damage at the start of her turn until she makes the save.
The Air Elemental proceeds to fly into the midst of the obscuring dust and rock debris. It creates a Whirlwind, and the cloud of dust sweeps in both directions along the canyon. You can now see that all of the hooded figures are laid out on the ground - one seemed to have escaped to the west and another to the east. But the blast still appears to have overcome them. Now only a single figure remained standing - her robes tattered, skin cut and bleeding from many spots, her body battered and withered. It's clear the blast took an effect, but she is absolutely no longer in the guise of an Eladrin, but rather that of a hag.
The Whirlwind picks her up and throws her against the cliff wall just to the southwest of her. Fortunate it for it is not too far but she falls prone to the ground.
