Aurelius will verify the dragon's demise by poking it a few times. He douses his sword and sheathes it. He will check on his teammates and offer healing to them if desired. Afterwards he will stride towards his cheering, adoring fans, and sign autographs. He will also inquire if any of them have heard of "Stormraider keep". He looks around for the Deputy. And the barmaids. But mostly the Deputy. Sort-of.
"Good people of Drakeriver, rejoice! The scourge of the skies known as "Snowball" has been vanquished! I proclaim a feast in our honor!"
He then inspects the dragon's armor and carcass for any valuable items that might be sold, traded or prove to be good trophies, like a claw or a tail-spine.
As Aurelius is carried away by the barmaids Elyria turns to the rest of the team with a sigh. "Any idea where we could find this Stormraider keep? I would not be surprised if this keep is a link between Snowball and those raiders." At this Thunder and Lightning swoops down and lands on either side of her. "Perhaps we should regain our strength before investigating Neadle´s Peak tomorrow morning?" She suggests to the others.

Rahkshi immediately moves towards the dragon once it falls, seeming oblivious to the wave of water. For a moment she maintains concentration on her Heat Metal spell, but drops it once she feels confident the creature is not going to recover. After briefly investigating the strange collar and charm, she turns to her other companions.
"Lilianna, are you ok? Looked like that dragon's cold really got you. Elyria?" She glances around to try to locate the rabbitfolk and elf. "Anyone else hurt?"She would offer to heal anyone that needed it before turning her attention back to the dragon. She is more than happy to let Aurelius engage the crowd and amuse himself.
Curious about the dragon's armor, she takes a look to see if there might be some way to remove it. She believes maybe Sinver indicated something about it being giantish in origin. "Did I hear that this is some giantish metal this is made out of?" she asks, as she runs her hands over the armor. "Strange we have all these giantish artifacts being taken and then a dragon just shows up wearing giantish armor."

"I´m ok." Elyria says. "If I had to guess giants call the Stormraider keep their home and are also responsible for the raids. What can you tell of that armor Rahkeshi?"
(OOC: To be clear, Elyria left the bush before addressing the others :-)
Shaking her head with a sigh, Rahkeshi replies to Elyria, "Nothing. But I really don't know anything about armor. Not even sure if this is something M.E.T.A.L. would be interested in." She then shrugs. "I think Aurelius was hinting at harvesting items from the carcass. I think that might be wise. All of the parts are likely to be useful - to someone."

"I am ok, I could use a little healing, but I will survive." Lilianna twitches her nose and looks around the group slightly stunned. "That was really amazing everyone, wow, you are all proper field agents, I mean, I have never had to fight anything on a job before, it is usually unwise to be involved in any sort of altercation, but you were all impressive, wow..." She up in awe at the rest of the party.
After a short pause, she will take out a notebook and quill and begin investigating the dragon, taking Rahkeshi's hint at harvesting parts.

As Lilianna mentions she could use healing, Rahkeshi steps over and gently places her hand on her shoulder. She whispers, "Cure your wounds," in Druidic as she casts Cure Wounds. (Heals 11 hp.) Keeping her hand on the rabitfolk's shoulder, she asks (in Common), "Did that help?"
She then watches as the notebook comes out once again. "We are probably going to need a sturdy cleaver. And knives - I don't really have one on me."
As the dragon falls Bryant releases his will from the sword and ethereal blade slowly turns to a blue dust and is carried off by the wind. Placing the empty hilt at his side he looks toward the chaos surrounding Aurelius, He fights well but uses his blade for his own glory... a disgrace to the sword.. he thinks quietly to himself.
Kneeling down on next to beast he places his hand on its neck and says a quiet prayer he learned in the Feywild. To no one in particular he says, "We have slain someone's pet. When they come looking for those responsible they will look for vengeance. I would fear anything mighty enough to tama this beast... we acted rashly we should think before desecration it's corpse..."

Rahkeshi gives Bryant an odd look. "Desecrate? The beast is dead. Nothing would be more fitting than to make use of what is now before us. Any owner is going to be upset just that this monster has been defeated." She pauses a moment in her investigation of the dragon's body to step towards the man. "The time to step up and advise other action was BEFORE our group flew into the fray. From that point we defended ourselves. What is done is done."
She seems content that the issue is closed and turns back to appraising the dragon.
"I agree with Rahkeshi. The white dragons are inherently evil, and to no surprise it attacked us without provocation. Let´s hope the giants who kept it as a pet come looking for us so that we can deal with them too Bryant." Elyria says confidently, looking down at the great white beast. "Thunder, Lightning make a sweep and see if there are any other threats above Drakeriver this night." She then says to the giant eagles beside her. Perception Thunder:11 Lightning:18
Bryant sighs, he knows they are right... what is done is done... They will deal with the consequences whatever those might be. If the owners are giants and they are responsible for the raids then conflict was inevitable.
With that he will go to the dragon and remove the collar and place it in his pack. Afterwards he will cast Goodberry and sit quietly eating the ten berries while he waits for the other to finish their tasks and celebrations. As he does so he will keep watch for anything suspicious or anything advance on the area
Sinver looks upon the corpse of the dragon and kneels down and says, "We might be justified in our actions but I do believe all life should be respected. I'll say a small prayer first before we continue to do what we need to do."
He prays to Segojan Earthcaller and asks that he guides the dragon's soul to its rightful place and Guidance on what to do next.
After spending a moment in prayer he gets up and lightly touches the dragon corpse and attempts to see if the armor is still pliable
(OOC: If it is still hot enough from Heat Metal would I be allowed to use my smith's tools to take it off? Or if we use fire to to heat it hot enough?)
Aurelius makes his way back to the others, after encouraging the locals to make this date an official holiday commemorating the dragon's defeat. ("Aureliday" was his suggestion for the name of the holiday.)
(Was he able to find out anything about Stormraider Keep from the townspeople?)
"What have you learned?" he asks. "Any ideas about this 'Stormraider' place? Perhaps we should query the Deputy to see if he has heard anything. I'm not entirely convinced that this dragon was the source of the attacks on the local towns. There may be larger quarry still afoot."
Rahkeshi looks nearly ready to head over to Sinver but halts as she sees him saying a prayer. She shakes her head, coming over near Elyria and speaking in a quiet voice to her. "Now the gnome with the strange words. Is everyone with M.E.T.A.L. like this with battle? Recriminations over killing an evil beast that tried to kill us? How do we not respect life? Death follows life - it is always so. How do we not respect life?" She seems a little annoyed at the implication she took from his comment.
When Aurelius returns, Rahkeshi greets him. "Ah, how fare the maidens of Drakeriver? That is, if any may still be called maidens after their time with you." She gives him a grin. "You are back awfully quickly though... Anyhow, to no surprise, the dragon has not been forthcoming on any secrets while you were away. But I do not disagree with you that this dragon may not be the source of the so-called air-ship attacks."

The crowd lifts you up on their shoulders chanting your name. You never did find the deputy, the barmaids found you first.
