"Yes, I think we should avoid confrontation with the archfey for now." Elyria says with a nod, then turning to face the Eladrin again in hopes of a response.
Aurelius turns to face Flynt. "What think ye if he will give us his solemn oath that he will not engage in further violence against us? If so, I am of a mind to let him go free. "
Elyria nods in agreement with Aurelius. "I'm sorry it came to this, I only wanted to ask you to stop this senseless war." She turns and says to the Eladrin. "Before you go, can I ask your name?"
Out voted, Flynt acquiesces to the requests and puts the rope away. "Remember this day and to who you owe your life. Now take it and make peace or we will meet again and you will not survive it." he dismisses The Eladrin.
"Yes, I don't believe you to be an evil being. That was your master. That threat is gone. Your orders are now your own. To do good or bad is your choice. Choose correctly and make sure it doesn't include vengeance against the satyrs. Both sides were being manipulated against each other and just as you deserve to be released so to do they deserve your forgiveness. Now leave before I change my mind." replies Flynt.
Elyria smiles weakly at Pansirak. "I suppose you did your duty to your lady and you fought bravely doing so, now go in peace Pansirak and seek peace with the satyrs."
"Whoa whoa.... I did stipulate your oath of honor that you would not take up arms against us in the future. This is a covenant of peace, the condition of your release."
"An oath to never again take up arms against any of you?" Pansirak replies to Aurelius. "That is quite a request. Are you willing to make it a mutual pledge?" He raises a brow, looking at all of you.
Rahkeshi seems unhappy with the request, but does not say anything.
"You're not really in a position of negotiation here. If you want your freedom, you make the oath. Otherwise you remain our prisoner. I have no intention of waging war against your people in the future, unless they begin serving another hag. If the Eladrin learn to govern themselves honorably and let their neighbors live in peace, I will have no quarrel with you or any of your tribe. That is all I can promise for now."
Pansirak nods. "You are right, I am no position to negotiate. I simply asked whether out of honor you might reciprocate this pledge. But I understand." He turns to look at each of you. "I pledge to not take up arms against any of you individuals here before me, provisioned only upon each of you separately not rendering a physical attack against me." He then looks at Aurelius, "Does that satisfy you?"
Pleased with Flynt's response, Pansirak looks to the others. "Fine," Rahkeshi adds in. "Go."
He then looks at Elyria, "I will certainly go and uphold my bargain to not take up arms against you four. But I will not see out peace with those foul people. Frivolous things, you can barely even consider them civilized."
Wasting little time, Pansirak starts to head off northward without another word. He is soon out of sight of the group.
"Well, what an unpleasant elf,"Rahkeshi says. "Although I guess that goes without saying with most elves." She slowly steps over to where the body of the fallen Eladrin lies. "And now we have to take care of this one,' she says with a sigh. She looks over the elf's belongings - longbow, shortsword, armor, a small bag with coins and provisions. The weapons are of good quality but do not seem special in any way. The half-orc lingers looking at the armor. It is very nicely made leather armor, embossed with leaf and vine patterns and reinforced, although it does not seem to be metal. (considered studded leather) "It appears to be magical too."
Rahkeshi catches Elyria's look, immediately regretting her comment. "I did say most elves. Not all elves." She tries to give her a smile, hoping she will look past her remark. "I suppose we should give him a proper burial or something? Not sure why Pansirak didn't make sure he was taken care of." She seems about to make some quip about elves again but stops herself.
Elyria looks up and back at Rahkeshi, sending the half-orc a warm smile, then nodding and getting started to get give the fallen Eladrin a proper farewell, trying to remember what that would be.

"My name?" the Eladrin says, looking at Elyria. "I am Pansirak." He stops looking over everyone in the group. "So... you are just letting me go then?"

Seeing no point in trying to convince the cold-hearted Eladrin otherwise, Elyria simply gives him a sad look and turns to leave.
Aurelius shrugs and says, "I suppose that's the best we could expect. Depart then." The paladin then follows the others.
