"Three priests... no wait... the one who saw me on the stairs. Four priests. While I was there, there were maybe another five or six visitors or worshippers there. I didn't know any of them... though maybe I've seen a face or two on a boat or working in a yard somewhere."

His description of the warehouse matches the location given by Shaemus' drinking pal. It is near where the wharfs meet the port and market district.
The warehouse looks active and unassuming on the outside, but inside it is packed full of old junk like wagon parts, sails and ship parts, etc. The shelves are full and covered in cobwebs and material is stacked near to the ceiling. It is almost mazelike. The staircase down to the temple is in an interior room.

He turns to his group, "Well, this certainly sounds like the right place. Does anyone have any other questions?" Once the questioning is over, Grugga plops down 5 gold for Sabbras and another 10g for the rest of the group. "Get yourselves something to drink and then stay inside tonight. Anyone who's thinking about helping this group, don't. They're not going to be around much longer."
Guilim moves to be the first one out of the run down tavern, shaking his head once the rest are outside. "It is good we avoided a fight. I would rather not be chased by the guards for sending those rabble to visit the nearest cleric for healing."
By the end of your questions, Sabbras is much relaxed, though there are a few faces in the room who look as though they won't remember you fondly.
It is nearly dark when you make your way to the address of the warehouse. Its an old building, a combination of brick, stone and wood, dating from the time before the Empire relocated its capital here. The windows are dark and there is no guard posted outside the main entrance. A metal posts shows where a named sign once hung on the wall, but it is long gone now. The streets are not deserted - they never are, in Bardstown - but pedestrian traffic is very light right now, and this area is poorly lit. At the end of this road, is a gate and small fortificate on the shoreline of the lake. This marks where the new bridge leads out to the docks built up around the giant turtle shell.
Based on what you have been told, the inside of this warehouse is a cluttered maze of junk, and somewhere inside is an interior room with a stone staircase leading down to a secret temple.

”Citizen Aubrey… your scout is needed. Find us a quviet vay inside - make sure it goes to the temple. If it is maze, ve don’t vant to lose time or advantage of surprise.”
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Aubrey nods to Rohuzar and tries to find a spot by the warehouse where he can stand reasonably unnoticed, first changing the color of his coat to pitch black. Stealth: 7 He then orders his raven familiar, coming down from a nearby rooftop, to enter the warehouse ethereally and scout it out throroughly, hoping to find a quiet way inside the temple but also looking out for sentries, traps and other threats on their way down there. As long as Furvus is within 100 feet Aubrey will use the ravens sight for himself. Furvus perception: 7 Aubrey perception: 25
Aubreygoes off to stand near the warehouse while the others wait a reasonably safe distance away, so as not to arouse suspicion.
Aubrey:
Furvus enters the near-ethereal and disappears from your view, but you are able to transfer his senses to your own. He passes through the brick facade of the building. The interior is as advertised... Many tightly packed aisles of wooden shelves, holding wagon wheels, ties and bolts, canvas sails, disassembled rocking chairs, unfinished doors, and many other goods. These items are stacked near to the ceiling, and even block some of the aisles. They are covered in dust and cobwebs, and it looks like this place has not operated as a warehouse in years.
The maze-like quality of the place may have been oversold, as you and Furvus are easly able to find paths through the junk, though the darkness and tight conditions are a bit unsettling. Neither of you are able to detect any living souls here in the warehouse... no traps... no guards.
You do locate a central room, with wooden walls and a closed door. Inside are two human men. One is lying on a cot, but not asleep and he appears to be talking to another man, who is sitting in a chair. The man in the chair has an open book on his lap and a mug of wine in his hand. Both men have shortswords but only the man in the chair is wearing leather armor. There is only one other door inside the room, but it is also closed. A sign tacked to the door reads: Staircase Collapsed. Do Not Enter.
Through that door is a stone staircase leading down. Furvus can continue, but you will lose your connection with him. Do you want him to proceed?
The rest of you see Aubreystep just inside an alley next to the warehouse, lean against the building, and close his eyes. At that moment his raven disappears. Aubrey remains in this position without moving for some time.

Grugga waits with anticipation. He chooses a location in the alley near his companion and waits. He speaks softly to his companions while they wait Aubrey's report: "It feels good to finally be taking some real action against this cult. Prove they're not untouchable." He leaves it at that, but looks introspective.
When he finally returns, he describes to you a long staircase down which opens up to a shrine or temple comprised of 6 rooms all connected by stone hallways. Altogether there are 8 humanoids inside. Four wear the trappings of priests and the others wear more mundane attire. There is an entry room, a sitting or greeting room, and a ritual room with a deep stone pool. Down another set of halls there is a dining room and sleeping quarters. And finally, down another hall there is a library or study.
In the study/library, there was something else, an aberration. It was able to see Furvus and alerted one of the priests but there appeared to be a language or communication barrier. The aberration was highly agitated and wanted to pursue Furvus, but did not appear able to leave the library. The priest seemed confused and annoyed.
The rest of you see Aubrey'seyes open but he lingers near the building for nearly a half hour, before his raven finally reappears beside him.

Aubrey sends the raven to perch on a nearby rooftop to keep a lookout for threats before returning to the others. "Yes, I think we have the information we need now."He says and reports on his findings. (Sharing the information in post # 1553 and 1556.) "What do you think, can we handle what's down there?" Furvus describes a vaguely humanoid creature with one massive eye. It engaged in a brief telepathic conversation with Furvus. Check to identify = Arcana DC 14.

Grugga chews his lip in thought. "10 people and a monster..." he ponders how this might unfold. "Say we... 'incapacitate' the two upstairs. Then we could maybe call down the staircase and lure a few more upstairs. That could maybe even the numbers in our favor." He looks to Guilim, "I've seen what you can do to undead. Can you do the same against... what did you call it, Aubrey? An aberration?"
Regardless, Grugga suggests that they have a unique opportunity without the assassin in town, and perhaps with cult members diverted to the trap in Fidelis.
