... reducing both of them to zero hit points.
But wait! Being stubborn Orcs, their Relentless Endurance is triggered, preventing them from dropping to 0 and remaining at 1hp for another round!
The water elemental continues to hold them fast, while it turns its attentions toward Guilim. Unable to hold any more creatures inside of itself for now, instead it surges water at the halfling paladin and tries to slam him into the walls of the passageway.

With even more desperation, now leading to inspiration, Aubrey steps back into the corridor, calling upon the power of his talisman, unleashing another beam of golden eldritch crackling force towards the watery monster. Eldritch blast: 25 Force: 9 Necrotic: 2
If possible Aubrey also uses his telekinetic powers to push Grugga out of the water. (I think Grugga can fail willingly, not sure if it works though. Hang in there Rohuzar, if it works Aubrey will get him out next.)
Aubreyblasts the water monster once again, then has a Eureka! moment. He reaches out and telepathically shovesGrugga5 feet toward him. The desperate Gruggaallows this to happen, and he pops out of the space of the water. No longer within the surging elemental, he is able to breath and free to act.
Guilimslips past in retreat. Leaving only Rohuzartrapped inside the swirling water.

Grugga splashes out onto the cold floor, sputtering and coughing up a mouthful of water. Seeing his friend still trapped and in peril of certain death, Grugga throws the very last drams of his strength into a final overhead strike - he grabs his magical sword with both hands, closes his eyes, and puts his trust into Gel-Nagev that his creation can overcome this evil aberration.

I'll use inspiration if it misses.
If it isn't enough to kill the elemental, Grugga will turn back and yell, "Go! I'll hold it off!"
((If there's a next round, I'll certainly be planning on using shield, just fyi))

Leelan is relieved to see Grugga escaping the creature’s body. He will run up to Grugga hand lay a hand on his back.
"It’s not much, but hopefully it can help a little."
Leelan will cast protection from evil and good, blowing the powdered silver and iron that he bought before coming here in Grugga. With a few magical incantation, the powder begins shimmering and taking the form of a bubble around the orc to ward off harm.
Rohuzar remains the only one trapped by the elemental. He takes another 15 bludgeoning damage, reducing him to 0hp and rendering him unconscious. Death saves begin!
Feeling the Orc stop go limp and lifeless, the water elemental ejects his body onto the cold stone of the hall and moves ahead, rising and sloshing around the legs and ankles of Gruggaand Leelan, causing the ground there to be difficult terrain. It then rises around the both of them, attempting to engulf them both!
Whelm (Recharge 4–6). Each creature in the elemental's space must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If it is Large or smaller, it is also grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained and unable to breathe unless it can breathe water. If the saving throw is successful, the target is pushed out of the elemental's space.
The elemental can grapple one Large creature or up to two Medium or smaller creatures at one time. At the start of each of the elemental's turns, each target grappled by it takes 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. A creature within 5 feet of the elemental can pull a creature or object out of it by taking an action to make a DC 14 Strength check and succeeding.
Both Leelanand Gruggamust make a STR save DC 15 - Gruggacan make this at advantage as the spell cast by Leelaninterferes with the elemental's grip on him. On a fail, they take 18 bludgeoning damage, are restrained and grappled and unable to breathe.

Seeing the evil water elemental pursuing them through the corridor Aubrey uses the telekinetic powers of his talisman to push Leelan out of the water (one square to the east.) He then calls upon the power of his talisman, unleashing another beam of golden eldritch crackling force towards the watery monster. Eldritch blast: 6 Force: 12 Necrotic: 3 Unless that takes care of the watery monster Aubrey falls back, trying to avoid being engulfed himself. (Two squrares wets and three squres south.)
Aided by Leelan'sspell, Gruggarefuses to be restrained again by the monster and is pushed out of its space, 1 spot north, to stand beside the unconscious Rohuzar.
Leelan is swallowed up by the crushing water, but is just as quickly discharged by another psychic push from Aubrey.
Then Aubreyturns back to the water elemental and unleashes a blast of crackling golden energy. The power flashes and darts through the formless water, arcing and dancing like electricity... and then the water elemental disintegrates and splashes onto the floor, water draining away in all directions until only puddles and wet stone remain.
[Nice time for a 27 damage crit!]
Rohuzar is still dying and we will remain in initiative until he has been stabilized.
