"Let's see if moving them will help."The young noble says, taking Grugga and then Raqisat by the arms, gladly accepting help from Leelan and Cosette, bringing them a bit further into the House of Galss and Mirrors to see if that would help them to break loose of their current condition.
(Is there a telepathic eqivalent of a slap to possibly ruse Furvus?)
Dragging them further into the House of Glass and Mirrors doesn't seem to help in rousing either Gruggaor Raqisat. They don't appear to be in any distress or danger, exactly, but they remain distant and unaware of their surroundings. If forced down or into a seated position, they will rise climb up to get back on their feet... and then proceed to stand still, looking around passively but apparently not seeing you, Leelanor Cosette.
As Furvus is on the border ethereal, he is immune from any physical or magical attacks. Your psychic connection to him doesn't allow for a 'slap.'

Having no success with dragging his associates further inside, Aubrey decides to instead drag them outside the House of Glass and Mirrors again, hoping that will do the trick.
Once outside of the gloomy confines of the House of Glass and mirrors, Gruggaand Raqisat snap back into awareness.
It is jarring for the two of them. One moment, they are walking into the interior of the magical college, the next they are standing out in the sunlight again on the city streets.
[Everybody is conscious!]
Aubrey, for now, Furvus is still inside somewhere, ethereal and nonresponsive.

Awaking with a start Raqisat looks around and is shocked he is outside under the sun... "What the...? What happened?" he asks.
"And just why does my cheek hurt?" he asks suspiciously and with a bit of a glare after he is clued in.
Thinking on the issue for a bit Raqisat asks what next. "We could look for another entrance. Could even crawl through a window or such... Or we could do it one at a time. The first person goes with a rope tied around them, they freeze up and we drag them out. They don't freeze up then the next goes tied to the rope and they one past the statue could drag them that way past if they freeze..." he suggests. "But really, breaking a window or a different door may be easier. Though there could be more such traps."
Aubrey listens and nods to Raqisat, not quite ready to lay out a plan just yet, instead he tries to recall Furvus to it's pocket plane and then to reappear at his side to get a report on what information it might have gathered.
Out in the street, Furvus reappears beside Aubrey. It seems confused, akin to Gruggaand Raqisat.
It was heading deeper into the building to scout, per your instructions... and then it was being shunted back to its pocket plane and then out into the street.

Relieved his trusty but weird familiar was safe, Aubrey would then send Furvus to scout for other potential entry points into the House of Glass and Mirrors, and if he loses contact with the familiar he would recall it and start over.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"I'm having Furvus looking for other possible ways inside the House of Glass and Mirrors, I hope to hear from it soon." The young noble explains to Raqisat and the others. "So, Leelan can you tell us if we missed anything of significance while being out of it?" He asks the erduite gnome. "And are we all okay?" He adds, looking around at the others, including Grugga and Cosette, also casting a glance about to make sure there are no threats approaching.
Leelan begins explaining the situation to the best of his ability.
"It would appear that the entrance to this building is saturated with untamed illusory magic of some sort. It made you all oblivious to your surroundings. I fear what would have happened had we all fallen prey to it." He then begins pointing inside the House of Glass and Mirrors. "Somewhere inside one these rooms is another source of illusory magic. Whether it is related to the entrance defense mechanism, it cannot tell."
"Another point of concern is the statue laying there. As Mister Raqisat pointed out, it looks out of place. Well, to my observation, tis no mere statue, but a victim of petrification."
Cosette blinks back to reality from Leelan's shaking of her arms. She felt groggier than waking up from a midday nap so it'd take a moment for her to clear the cobwebs from her mind. Eventually coming to realize what happened, and witnessing it herself first hand through Raq and Grugga, Cos would assist in rousing awake the others. When Raqisat would exchange a look of suspicion, a hint of a smirk would play on her face. She'd wink. Cosette didn't slap his face.
Listening closely to Leelan, Cos snaps her finger at his last words. Ah she knew it! The 'statue' wasn't crafted by a human hand. She just couldn't quite put her finger on how she was made. Leelan was a gentleman and a scholar. If it wasn't for his wisdom and intelligence, she very well could become a permanent fixture to this place as well. Her expression softens in empathy for the petrified woman. Cosette's eyes would trace her features much more closely, and the broken pieces with concern. "I have questions." She states.
"Is it safe to approach her?" Cos asks Leelan. And should it be safe, she'd walk right up. "Can you tell know how long?" She wondered how long the woman's been like this. Whispering something beneath her breath as she softly snaps her fingers, Cosette summons her spectral appendage to give her a hand at trying to collect any broken and scattered pieces of the statue. Holding a piece in her hand, she looks to see if she can identify where the piece may fit like a puzzle. "Grugga, do you think you can mend her?" She asks their skilled crafter.
"How do you heal petrification?" Cosette poses the question to all. "And what causes it?"
The young noble listens attentively to Leelan and then to Cosette. "I don't know how to heal the petrification but I suspect it is beyond our abilities. We should consider bringing the statue to the Mons Basilicae later. If we will find any powerful enough restorative magic around here it will probably be up with the clergy on that hill."
Although he had been unmoving for a while, as soon as Grugga is dragged outside the college, he takes a sudden and awkward step, as though he were midstride, and stumbles to the floor. For a moment he looks blearily around as his pupils seems delayed in reacting to the change in light.
After a few moments, he realizes what happened. "Ohhh... I hate enchantment magic - or illusion or whatever that was."
Responding to Cosette's questions Grugga responds slowly through his dissipating brain fog. "Ummm... I don't know, I mean it depends on... well a lot of things, I think. If you bring it - her - to me, I'll try mending it. I mean her."
Grugga doesn't have the answers to Cosette's further questions about petrification.
Aubreysends Furvus to reconnoiter the entire exterior of the House of Glass and Mirrors. Remaining outside, Furvus doesn't have any issues and Aubrey receives a full report. There are two other entrances to the building. Another door, similar to the one you entered, stands at the other end of the long hallway. Then, on the larger domed structure attached to the building, there is a small door atop a narrow stone staircase, which enters the building at what would be the 2nd floor level.
Meanwhile, Cosetteand Gruggaassemble the various broken pieces of the statue and he begins to mend it. In addition to the larger pieces, there are some very small bits as well. [Investigation check to find all of it? One of you can make the roll with help from the other.]
It takes 10 minutes of careful work, but eventually Gruggareconstitutes a complete-looking statue, which now lies in an awkward pose on the street out in front of the magical college.

As he gets his report, Aubrey conveys to the team what his familiar has scouted. While doing this he would let Furvus probe the remaining two entrances to see if they are guarded or trapped, starting with the door at the opposite end of the long hall, and as before if he loses contact with the familiar he will recall it to his side via it's pocket plane.

After quite a bit of time assembling the "statue," Grugga looks with pride upon his creation. "I'm a regular Dr. Frankenstein!" He announces. Upon seeing the blank looks, he explains, "Oh, Dr. Frankenstein was one of my professors at the College of Applied Divinity - he always made his constructs look like people. Honestly, it was more than a bit offputting, I don't think even he liked it after they started moving."
Now, the statue of a woman stands in the middle of the empty street, too heavy to move far without help. "Hmm.... I think I should have thought this through more."
As Aubrey reports what he's discovered, Grugga twists his face in thought, but to no avail. "I'll be honest, I'm not sure how to get past this if Furvus discovers traps at the other entrances. Perhaps it's visual? I imagined myself wandering the halls when you pulled me out of there. We could try closing our eyes as we cross the threshold." He awaits Furvus' return before making more conjectures.
Aubrey, whenever Furvus enters the building through any entrance [or even by passing ethereally through the walls]you lose contact with it in just a few seconds and are forced to port him back to his pocket plane and rematerialize it out in the street with you.

"Unfortunately it would seem impossible for my familiar to enter the House of Glass and Mirrors without being enchanted by whatever magic is protecting the building. Walking in there with our eyes closed sounds a bit dangerous to me but I suppose we could try that, perhaps one at a time? I'm also open to other suggestions of course. Other people have entered before us so there should be a way to enter without being enchanted." The young noble says with a hint of resignation.
"I believe some handsome, rugged, wickedly smart individual suggested going in one by one with a rope tied to each already. If they are felled by enchantment they could then be dragged out via the rope," Raqisat chimes in with his best cocky attitude.
"Or we could just explore a different building."
