((I can give the advantage attack to one of the NPCs if you'd prefer? As a note, Stena is visible in the dim light, so would not otherwise get advantage from being unseen.))

Lia sees the fight begin, and squints a little at the ferocious blast from Galingal. When she’s regained a little composure, she casts vicious mockery saying, “Didn’t see that one coming did you?!…”.
((WIS save DC13 or take 4 (psychic damage) and have disadvantage on the next attack)).
Yeah, I didn't edit that at all... and it looks like it went back and changed Galingal's crit on the guiding bolt. Maybe us the game thread roller for the time being, since it seems particularly frisky?

Lia holds her ground, checking left and right that her friends are all okay… Once again she casts vicious mockery saying, “Take your fish supper and get out of here!…”.

Jimjar and Buppy can't see where it is, and hold for it to show itself rather than attack blindly.
There is a surge of water at the prow of the boat as it gets wrenched downward, water flowing up and grabbing hold of the hull as the KT nervously scrambles on board and cowers at Stena's feet.

"It just keep attacking boat if stay," Galingal says. "Should move."
He grabs one of the poles and pushes off from the back cavern wall to get the boat moving towards the main channel again. Keeping careful watch on the water as he does.

Stena could use an action to try make a Perception check to get a sense of where it is. Advantage and Disadvantage would cancel out, so it'd be a flat roll.
Galingal begins moving the boat, pushing off against the wall and the boat drifts slightly away, but the channel is a hundred feet or so away yet.
Everyone waits tensely, before the boat lurches again, the tiller thrashing.
Attack: 23 Damage: 12

“Lure out then we kill it,” Galingal adds, moving closer to the KT who climbed on board, not settled yet that throwing them back in isn’t the course they should take.
Neth nervously looks back and forth between the water and his companions on the boat, and dives into the water without a word. As he hits the water, his familiarity with it fills him with confidence. He knows he can put swim a lot of things. Hopefully that will help. He goes under the water, prepared to attack whatever he sees on the rudder.
As attuned to the cold depths as he is, I'll say that Neth's Perception roll in this case is not subjected to the disadvantage it normally would be, so give me a flat roll please?

Stena looks from where the elemental disappeared then down at the KT with mild disgust. She hisses at it undercommon,
"Stay put."
She readies and arrow for when the creature makes itself visible again.
