Stena looks suspicious when Jimjar provides her gold for the bets and then when he just pays it and goes to pay someone else her look turns to angry confusion. It mellows quickly as she sees the goblins are at least being not worthless.
She looks at the loose coins in her hand and then to Jimjar again. She narrows her eyes in thought and gives a small internal nod before adding the coins to her, now bludging, pouch.
She answers Petmailer,
"Nothing. Looking for a guide out of the underdark, maybe one there."
She waits to see if he has another suggestion she can reject offhandedly before saying,
Kolose seems almost dismissive of the gold, but will carry his fair share. He's still more enraptured by the creature, but would help investigate any of the items found for magic after a bit. The glass and necklace seem especially interesting.
Spiderbait, having found nothing in the remains beyond tattered fragile fabric and bones, joins Stena in procurement of provisions. Should she snap or scowl at him, she'd get an affable squinting grin, and he'd likely agree with part of whatever she said with "Totally..." in front of it.
Should she let him join in, his cooking ability carries over to competence at large animal butchery.
Both the necklace and glass seem to clearly be magical to Kolose, the script of the engraving seems to make use of draconic characters, but somewhat modified into a more flowing form. If he has to guess, and if Fargas' claim of the tomb being Netherese, it is likely in that tongue, and presumably the High form. Fascinating!

Kolose of course starts talking off the ear of whoever is closest to him about the fact he has found ancient Netherese script. And beside an "I'll use a spell to help translate it later", it becomes quickly evident that he has no idea what magic it is , beside that it is magic, so will likely quickly be tuned out.
Petmailer turns to Lia and says “Tell her… tell her I’m sorry. I wasn’t expecting light that bright. It startled me, hurt my eyes. Tell her… I meant no offense.” Petmailer talks with his hands making gestures as he says this, his intent is true.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Stena watches Spiderbait with suspicion, narrowed eyes and a scowl, initially but if he proved not to an idiot she'd not chase him off.
If he proves to be proficient at butchering the cow he'd even earn a small nod of approval. Even the smallest amount of competence in this group needs to be rewarded.
Spiderbait gives Stena a smile and raises a hand, thumb and pinky extended as he waggles some sort of goblin sign at her.
"Totally righteous."
There is a completely unnecessary throat clearing sound before a feminine voice answers Petmailer and Galingal. Lia seems a bit surprised, as if she didn't know that communication aloud was possible. The hilt glows faintly, a paring knife's worth of bright blade extending, somewhat timidly.
"Thy apology is graciously received, and I do hope thou wilt pardon mine own trespass of causing thine eyes distress? Verily, I have dwelt in this realm for an age, with the malevolent spirit of the sorceress stifling my radiance for many eternities. To be summoned hence was akin to the sunrise after the darkest of eves. I express my deepest gratitude for bestowing upon me such a cherished boon."
The blade flickers, and somehow it is immediately clear that she is addressing Galingal as she replies,
"Verily I do, the potion vessel is ensorcelled to yield forth myriad elixirs, and the amulet hath the power to call forth mighty flames when its beads are cast asunder. Both were among the belongings she was entombed with, mine own self included. I trust you have vanquished her advisors and adherents that reside above? Four in number, persisting beyond natural death?"
Petmailer replies, “Yes, we faced them. Vanquished them, I think, but it was all very confusing. Magic does not behave properly apparently in this place. Strange actions can occur, such as the production of many cows, which occurred when a spell was cast. Do not fear, we will take you out of this place and into the world, to see the world again. It would be nice to be able to wield you against foes, if you would not harm us with overly bright light…”

"Great magics this place once held... if mine memory holds. Perhaps it still permeates the very stone. "Ah, we slayed them, but there is some kind of crystal still within their mouths. Would this keep their remains bound here? We dared not touch it earlier," Kolose swiftly remarks. He seems potentially interested in either the necklace or bottle, mostly the bottle, but not to a point he would argue over taking any of it. If anything his interest stems mostly out of wanting to keep studying it.
"I believe so, though it is possible some of mine memories are dreams and some of my dreams memories..."
"Mayhaps. My recollections are a bit affected by time, but I had not thought they'd join her in death."
((She's speaking aloud to those who are down in the tomb, so Stena and Spiderbait can't hear from where they are up above.))
Spiderbait looks confused. Before responding with a rare string of conversation.
"Wrong? Not wrong. Is hand signal, means like 'everything good with me, bro'. Are alive, except for half-man, lots of gold, lots of silver, lots of meat. For now, 'everything good'. Later, maybe bummer, but for now?"
He grins, waggles his pinky and thumb, "Totally."
He picks up his dagger and gets back to slicing the tendons around a joint.

Petmailer shoulders his gear, adjusting the weight. He puts his bow over his shoulder and makes ready to leave. “Ready to go. After we get to safety, let’s rest.” He says to Lia, “If you ever need me to carry her, I’d be glad to do so.” He turns back to the rest of the group. Then he hears Kolose. “Do you think we should try to take the gems? Is that what is causing the wild magic?” Petmailer looks at them, thinking it through and unsure.

Stena listens to Spiderbait then sits quietly processing the explanation before looking back to the hole everyone else is down then back to Spiderbait.
"Aye. As good as it gets down here."
She acknowledges before returning to the butchery.

"How about what for a load of coins?", Jimjar asks, after counting out some gold to Lia.
((Petmailer can't read the engraving on the bottle either.))

He helps Stena if she needs any assistance with the meat.

Galingal looks at the necklace with the beads, the warmth of them making sense now. "Fireballs," he says quietly.
The bottle was even more interesting than originally thought. "Different potions?" he says.
He looks around and gathers what gear has become separated and starts for the exit.
"Let's find place to rest far from here before anything else shows up."
