Neth nods and says to Gilingal: 

“Plibble here thinks we can fix it no problem.”

Neth replies in undercommon.

In Undercommon:

 The KT gives Galingal an encouraging nod and grin.

Stena stands on the pier listening to the pair chitter before saying in undercommon, slowly,

 She makes eye contact with one of the KT's disturbing eyes and then Neth's before saying,

The KT gulps and steps half behind Neth.

((I figured that if Neth was close enough to speak with Galingal, who Stena is standing next to, she could hear the conversation?

How much of that do we have? Seems like we are going to need to speak with the dragonborn after all.))

Galingal watches Neth and Pibble as they talk back and forth but then he turns when Stena starts speaking and notices the tension in her shoulders and the change in her voice. The pair must have said something to upset her.

"Idiots. We need to negotiate with this man for the items we need to do the repairs Galingal."

She turns back to look at the dragonborn and says more quietly,

"Or something more drastic. We start with the negotiations. Ye and aye can determine if the next step needs to be taken but we aren't getting stranded here."

Eyeing the dragonborn and his home she resumes a normal volume.

"Probably best to get Lia for this."

Galingal nods at the suggestion. "People seem to like her."

He looks over at the coracle.

"It floats. Maybe they have something keep water out. Maybe some mushroom wood too," Galingal suggests.

Lia sees the advance party talking and looking back over towards the boat… or towards her?… They’re looking at her. Talking about her?… They’re talking about her. Subconsciously one hand goes to her lyre: her instrument, her weapon, her voice… What are they up to?… 

Galingal waves Lia over and explains what's going on.

"Neth and Pibble try repair boat, or sink. More likely sink, but need get supply from dragonborn who lives here," Galingal says. "You and Stena best to talk to them."

"Keep an eye on Ranador Jimjar."

Stena strongly suggests as she advances towards the dragonborn with Lia.

Jimjar nods.

As Stena and Lia advance up the glow-lit path, the door to the hut opens, and they can see the dragonborn's face and torso as he leans out of the interior of the hut.

"You wish to talk or trade? Or here for fortunes?", he calls out in Undercommon.

"Trade."

Stena turns to Lia and waves her forward.

"Trade for what?", he call's back in Undercommon.

((Does the Dragonborn only speak undercommon? If so maybe Lia can only ‘help’ Stena… perhaps by suggesting what to say and reminding her to smile))

Lia comes when beckoned. “I can try… What was it we need again?”. She makes sure to get a list of everything they need.

She approaches the Dragonborn with a smile, “Hello there…”, she tries, trying to gauge if he speaks common.

The dragonborn looks back and forth between Lia who is approaching, and Stena farther back. His right leg and arm are out of view behind the doorframe.

Lia stops around 15ft away from the Dragonborn. Not threatening. Nothing in her hands…

”We’re looking to trade”, she makes a small bow without looking away from the owner of the hut.

If they don’t reply, she’ll look back to Stena for assistance…
