Pardot you look over the moss at first your are not sure what it is you get close to it squinting your eyes in the dim light trying to piece together the odd substance. Just as you are about to give up a brisk gust of air fills the cavity dislodging some of the moss and it fills your nose and mouth. It tastes bitter and has a weird smell that is very familiar. It reminds you of the strange moss that Thavol was collecting and smoking in his pipe but it is wrong. The moss has become cornuted in some manner and it has a strange unnatural taint about it. Whatever is going on here has perverted nature in some way as this moss is no longer of this world.
As you presumably head into the new area Pardot (riding the earlier perception roll) notes that the tracks and drag marks continue directly to the south where the path then branches again. There appears to be a multiple tracks in this area and you are not able to follow them further though you suspect you are getting closer to the creatures lair. There are a number of tunnels off the main corridor but there does not appear to be any tracks that Pardot can find in these.
The screams and creepy shadows that followed you have gone silent.
(For clarity, tunnels 7 and 8 appear to be traveled frequently while the others do not. You can certainly explore any of the passages)

"Remember, we are looking for their nest. Try one of the more frequently travelled tunnels."Ludolf says to Daventry as they proceed deeper into the mine. Stealth: 7 Perception: 13

As you wind your way through passage 8 you find the moss growing thicker and thicker. New scents greet you here: the musty funk of decaying fabric and old furs, and the smell of rot lingering in the stagnant air. Thick pillars of moss-covered stone support the twenty-foot-high ceiling, and six waist high stone slabs dot the cavern each covered in blood. While most of the blood is old and crusted, one of the slabs is coated inn fresh, bright red blood.
Moving silently about the chamber you see 5 of the creatures you have encounter congregating in the room. Silently they are picking through a variety of items nestled into a corner of the room. Four of the five creatures are identical a strange insect, crab hybrid but the fifth catches your eye immediately. It is wearing a thin leather armor stained in blood. Looking closer you see the blood covers a brightly colored, tie dyed armor. The unmistakable attire of your dwarven guide. (This is meenlock #3). One of the other creatures appears to be a bit injured with black blood running from fresh wounds (Meenlock #4)
As you enter approach the entrance a few kicking and rocks and debris making a regrettable amount of noise. The creatures raise their heads in unison and silently glare at you with malice.

Klin's dart sings through the air and sinks itself deep into the flesh of the beast. Black blood pours from the wound. Triäsa's bolt flies through the air but goes just wide of the creature clattering harmlessly against the southern wall.
Meenlock 3 dashes to the west and out of sight
Unafraid of Klin and his darts Meenlocks 2 and 5 rush at him swinging their claws wildly.

Ludolf smiles as they seem to have located the Meenlock nest, but is then dismayed at the sight of the transformed Thavol. "You will be avenged." He mutters grimly and turns his piercing gray eyes on Meenlock 5 (Thavol), swiftly cursing it and then blasting it with grey crackling force. Eldritch blast: 20 Force: 13 Necrotic: 2

As Pardot scoots near the wall towards C16, he’s able to get eyes on the Meenlocks while he moves. Raising a hand he points to the area surrounding 1, 2, & 5, blanketing the area in a purple star light ((dex 14)). He then raises his shield, and from it flies a star arrow towards whichever is closest and glowing. As he runs he says to the group, “Be wary of the pillars! There is something embedded in each, though I cannot tell exactly what.”
Attack: 23 Damage: 8 - aim at them in this order, but depending on which FF hit: 5 > 2 > 1 -> if they all dodge FF then #4 instead and use the first roll
Daventry maneuvers next to Klin. The runes on her blade shine brightly, still alit from her starlight. She holds the blade aloft high, then releases the hilt, the glowing weapon hanging in the air. Bright light summons forth in her upward-stretched hand, coalescing into three small pinpoints of light that streak into the injured Meenlock like shooting stars. She grips the blade again, ready for a counter attack, breathing deeply.
Move: One square to be to the right of Klin on the map
Action: Cast Magic Missile at Meenlock 4, 9 force damage
Bonus Action: Second Wind, heal for 5
(Edit 1: if Pardot killed Meenlock 4 with his arrow, go for 5 next)
(Edit 2: if being in the squished square due to the terrain would cause any disadvantage or whatever, move one further square south -- as long as the hole is plugged with Klin and I so our ranged folk can do their business, we're good)

Ludolf's bolts of eldritch energy blasts the beast causing it to shudder visibly distressed by the injury. A moment later Pardot's light descends on the group of three however they all nimbly dodge the spell's light. The arrow of light similar flies wide as it dissipates into the darkness.
Starlight from Daventry's weapon crashes into the Meenlock it's flesh burns and shearing from the brightness it writhes in pain.
As Daventry moves closer to the beast you can see them become deeply disturbed. As the bright light falls on them you see them almost wince in pain and become deeply uncomfortable by it's presence. While they are not big creatures they seem even smaller, weaker as the light shines down on them.
Meenlock 4 bleeding and appearing on the verge of falling over becomes pixelated and slips from this reality. It reappears directly behind Pardot, shielded from Daventry's light by the bend in the tunnel. It raises it's giant claw and swings it heavily at Pardot
@Pardot -- Attack 4 6Damage 4: 6
Similarly, Meenlock 1 dissolves into the air appearing behind Triäsa who it then lashes out at savagely. As it swings its claw it does not seem to have the strength of the others as it can not escape Daventry's light
Attack1:20Damage 1: 5
For each hit make a DC11 Con save or be paralyzed.
