Triäsa's song certainly has an effect on Ludolf, and as she finishes he just stands entranced with a stupid smile on his face for a moment before collecting himself again. "That was..very beautiful Triäsa." He says with a sincere voice.
"Well, thank you Ludolf," Triäsa says, giving the man a smile and brief nod in acknowledgement. She quickly returns her attention back to Mr. Smallstone though.
@Klin -- The Kenku seemingly ignores you as she heads down the long hallway with the child making her way back up to the middle floor. You can certainly follow her and see if she'll talk to you once she gets there, however, she seems pretty distracted now.
Triäsa you song seems to calm Ebder but just slightly. He still sings in his wild and erratic manner but a bit softer. He is also a bit more cooperative when you try to usher him into the next area though are basically dragging him through the door.
As you pass into the next corridor you find a short hallway, only 30 feet in length. You are standing at the west most end there are three doors to the north and three to the south with seventh door at the far end of the hallway. The middle door to the north is open all the rest are closed.
Ludolf and Pardot do not notice anything out of the ordinary.

Triäsa heads towards the last door on the left, the one the kenku woman indicated was Ebder's. She will continue humming her song, and even sings the chorus again, as she guides the man along.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ludolf continues to usher Ebder along to his quarters, but as Daventry joins them he decides have a look around in Ebders rooms as Triäsa and Daventry takes good care of Ebder. Investigation: 12
Pardot places a hand on his chest to cast guidance on himself, knowing that soon enough, he will feel the urge to sing that accursed song again. He then follows the others towards the room asking, "Are these all dormitories? So far down here..."
Crinkle goes all the way back to the large stone round table that rests far below the giant, heavy stone book sculpture before recognizing your presence. She sets Gailby down on the table and gently strokes her hair. "Now, now my dear everything will work out. You will see just be as calm as you can." The little girl seems to compose herself and the tears stop streaming down her face. You also notice Fembris is here at the table with Varnyr. Fembris seems to have recovered from her singing bout and is pacing back and forth. The kenku turns to you, "A secret passage? Down here? Been here most of my life, never heard such a tale. Where do you think it goes?" She asks you her tone is abrupt and perhaps a bit annoyed.
The rest of you take Ebder down the last door on the left. It swings freely inward to reveal a sparse, tidy bedroom. There is not much in here apart from a clay bowl containing the remnants of a particularly vinegary meal resting on a large trunk. Otherwise, the room is furnished with a bed, a small round table with a rickety chair, and a mirror hanging above a washbasin. A round, woven green rug with gray fringe covers the floor.
Ebder continues singing as you lie him in the bed. He seems to nod his head in thanks as you do so. He closes his eyes but his mouth continues to move. He sings and sings with no end.

"We should continue with the investigation, we can check on Ebder later." Ludolf says, leaving Ebders room, knocking on the door to the left, and if no one opens he will try to.
Triäsa nods, following Ludolf out. "Why not try the open door first?" she suggests.
(Not sure which door Ludolf picked. Left coming out of the room would the one at the east end of the hall. Open door is middle of the 3 on the north. So that would be right coming out of the room.)
Ebder lies still you can see him focusing on his breathing and trying to stop singing as you leave, he looks scared and tired particularly as Triäsa music stops . As you close the door to his room and head toward the middle, open door you push it slightly to find a room for a child. Toys are scattered on an unmade bed, and piles of clothes obscure all but a few bare patches of the floorboards. Above a writing desk in the corner dangles a dragon marionette made from brass and wood, with wings of canvas dyed red. A round firefly lamp hangs in the opposite corner. On the desk Ludolf notes piles of paper arranged in no particular order.
(If there is something in particular you would like to investigate let me know)

You are not sure what it is but Crinkle seems to be lying to you. She might know more than she is letting on.... Those kenku can be mischievous. In fact it seems like everyone in this area is acting very oddly. Perhaps you are growing paranoid... or perhaps something is really really wrong. "I've been here a long time if there were any secret pathways or doors I'd have found them by now."She states simply. Varyn and Fembris regard you rather quizzically.

You look through the little girls desk rummaging gently through her possessions. You don't see any sign of a music box and for living in a library there is a surprising lack of books. The papers however.... those are bit more interesting.
Drawings, clearly a child's drawings... but the topics... those are very very grown up The pictures are done in loud colored paint and in a style typical of a child, making them all the more unsettling. One of the images shows a man whose feet have been severed. Blood pours from his ankles and from the severed feet next to him. Another shows a boy underwater, grasping at his throat. The last one shows a dog with a severed hand in its mouth. A black cloud hovers over each scene.

"Cute."Ludolf mutters to himself as he studies the drawings, then turning to Triäsa. "I think we have to have a talk with that little girl, and I think you should be the one to do the talking rather than me." He says, holding forth the drawings for Triäsa to study. "Brace yourself, they are a bit...disturbing, as disturbing as that song that keeps getting on everyone's mind lately."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Triäsa comes over to look at the drawings. "Oh my, do you really think that little girl drew these?" She studies them each without touching them. "Interesting that they all have the black cloud. Perhaps it represents something?" She figures it's a long shot, but she tries to recall anything that might connect the scenes or the cloud. (Aside from the first matching what everyone's been singing.) (Arcana: 18)
"I'm not well versed in child psychology, or about children at all I for that matter." Ludolf admits. "But she should at least know who drew them them. It has to be connected to the curse somehow."
Triäsa laughs, "You aren't an expert on children, Ludolf? But you seem like you would know all about them!" She then nods, "I agree though that this may very well be linked to the curse. We should go talk to her."
