You all step over the debris and dirt near the entrance taking a few moments to clear a path through the broken and spilled vase to open the door. You can still hear the small dragons giggling behind you as you leave the abortorium. You walk down the hallway past the staircase and study room to the next closed door and gently open it. Inside this room contains a battered wooden mannequin and a weapon rack holding staffs and daggers, all lit by indigo-tinted light streaming through a window. The floor is stained and scorched. At the far end of the room, a broom hovers in the air, sweeping the floor by itself!
Looking around there no books in this exercise room and as you explore the broom continues it's work of perpetually cleaning the floors. A closer inspection of the weapons show the weapons in the rack are mundane but finely made. There are four daggers, four quarterstaffs, and twenty darts in a bandolier hanging from one of the pegs. One wall holds diagrams of attack and parry positions for wielders of staffs and daggers.

"Well, being here by your own free will investigating this fairly dangerous pocket plane would make you an adventurer Klin, and adventurers won´t last long hestitating about killing a humanoid, in fact, if you would hesitate you could put us all at risk, especially your social mentor." Ludolf says and nods at Daventry. "I don´t think you will be able to keep that innocense of yours for long Klin. We shall see." He mutters as they enter the next room.
Pardot, listening to the debate while walking behind the others walks forward a bit and quietly says, to no one in particular, but just loud enough to be heard, “What does a word matter? If ‘anyone who has killed anything is a killer’ then we all are. Just a bit ago that chair ceased to be alive because of us.” He pulls a stone from his pouch as it starts to glow, tossing it in the air. “Lives interact constantly. Ending a life so that another may continue is the natural balance of things.” He then continues walking ahead towards the next room, not wanting to further debate the nature or reasons of death.
"Hm, a training room it seems, and an extremely tidy one."Ludlolf says looking at the broom. Investigation looking for books but also if he could determine if any of the weapons are magical in any way: 17

Daventry gives Klin a soft punch on the shoulder. "T'was a joke, love, not a brewing existential crisis."
Looking over the weapons, Daventry slips the bandolier over her torso, and ties the scabbards of two daggers on her belt opposite her rapier. "Lost my favorite knife in Baldur's Gate... Always good to have a spare or two. Wish I could just snap my fingers and have a blade at hand."
She studies the martial charts, seeing if there is anything she can learn from the diagrams.
Klin -- Based on what you have seen in the rest of the house as well as the broom's behavior you surmise this is an animated broom while they can be aggressive most will ignore you so long as you don't interfere with it's task.
Ludolf -- No books in here. The weapons are all well cared for and in good condition but there is no magic associated with any of them. You get the impression these are instruments for practice.
Daventry -- The diagrams and the posters depict various defensive and offensive postures that take advantage of using a staff, blade and both simultaneously. The posters seem to be very old and were designed by a trio of brothers by the last name Ren. Each poster is attributed to a different brother Rendi, Renjie and Renmei. While you can't learn anything now maybe with dedicated time, practice and equipment you might be able to learn some of these techniques.

Triäsa looks about the room with interest. She glances at the weapons and the diagrams but doesn't really spend much time to examine anything.
As she prepares to head out of the room she gives Ludolf a quizzical look. "You chide Klin about being hesitant, but think a training space is a waste of a room?"
She leaves it at that as she passes on into the hallway, waiting for Daventry to be ready to move on.
"Hmm. Might give me something to study. Maybe there's a fightery sibling to Candlekeep somewhere in the wide world. 'Show me your moves, and I'll show you mine!'"
She rolls up the diagrams and places them in her bag.
To Ludolf, "Fightin' space is just as important, even for a scholar type. All the fancy spells in the world won't matter if you've a knife in your throat."
"Oh, I don´t think our esteemed companion Klin has shown hesitance, yet, but his thoughts on killing another humanoid could pose a problem in a fight. It was intended as advice, but I admit I have no experience as a teacher. About this room I merely meant it wouldn´t have any place in a pocket plane designed by me." Ludolf explains smiling to Triäsa.
You all leave the exercise room and head to the last door in the hallway. This door opens freely as if it had been opened and closed thousands of times.
Tall shelves filled with books line the walls of this room. Two more shelves run through the middle of the room with a ten-foot-wide aisle between them. Several stacks of books are piled high throughout the room. There are small reading desks with cozy scarlet chairs in the corners.
Daventry make a dex saving throw dc 15.
Ludolf you from across the room you see a book with a letter embossed on the side.

"Ah, finally, a room worthy of my attention. This must be the true treasure chamber of this manor." Ludolf exclaims as he peers into the room, first intent on discerning the letter embossed on the side of the book. But suddenly something happens to Daventry...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As you all enter the room and start searching one of the piles of books rises up from the ground suddenly in a swarm of pages and bindings. The animated objects knock one of the large bookshelves over and it comes crashing down on top of Daventry knocking her prone and trapping her beneath the heavy wooden shelves (DC13 athletics check on your turn to free yourself otherwise you are prone and restrained. Others can try to free you with a DC 15 athletics check).
An eerie red glow engulfs the swarm of books and if words could look angry this amalgamation of tiny constructs would be seething with fury.

OOC: Oh buddy, lol.
The rest of the group sees Daventry disappear in a flying mess of parchment and shelf, as she doesn't quite get out of the way in time. From underneath the pile, everyone hears her say something in a guttural, harsh language, which almost none of you understand.
Klin:
Oh man, do you understand what the beleaguered woman is saying in Dwarvish, and you probably wish you didn't. You didn't know that that particular anatomy part could be implied to be used in such a way, and you're not even sure how biologically feasible what she is suggesting about Tiamat and Beshaba could possibly be, even given divine physiology. And what was that about a horse?
Daventry grunts and tries to push up the shelf enough to slide out from under it.
