(Sorry for the lack of updates, this weekend was the opening night for a show I'm in, so I was pretty busy.)
As they run back to their train, the party soon figures out that their route directly meets Isaac's, and the grafted mercenary soon rises into sight on a self-powered lift, bleeding but still alive. As he staggers forward, ivory claws rise over the edge of the wastebone cliff, and the great snout of the abnormally large sandmount begins to rise above it. Isaac points his mangled arm at the party as he sees them, but it does not whir to life. He curses and pulls out a long, wicked looking bowie knife. He glances at the party, then back at the sandmount, seemingly indecisive about who to stab first.
(if anyone wishes to take an action, they may)

Dusty trills a very soothing couple of chords on his guitar attempting to cast Sleep on issace, positioning the spell so it does not encompass the sandmount.
With the forewarning provided him, the dwarf will duck behind a building as the lift rises, muttering and cursing the limited routes to the railport. His priority is to not get hurt so that he can maintain concentration on his spell. While the sandmount's presence has deterred Isaac from departing in search of hard candies, the compulsion should at least still be warring with his otherwise murderous intent towards the party.

(The spell would be broken by now. The way I run suggestion, if the compelled course of action results in the affected creature directly running into harm's way, the spell is broken. If not, then the spell is way too powerful, in my opinion. Isaac's being compelled to head to Red's train resulted in his encountering the sandmount, and the spell was broken.)
The song washes over Isaac, but though his eyes blink closed for a second, he quickly snaps out of it.

((Okay. He'd have felt the spell break a while back, and have had a bit additional forewarning then? I'm not able to post more until I get home tonight most likely, but he'll have a different course of action in light of that. Might not use it now, but for magic missile, do you go by RAW rolling 1d4 that applies to all darts, or roll for each?))
(He would have felt it break just a minute or so before sending Cathy. And 1d4 per missile, not for all. Especially since you can split the missiles. Also, I believe RAW is roll for each, not 1d4 for all. 'A dart,' not 'the darts.' I may be mistaken, however.)

Last time, Hugeo tried to give the man a chance, and he nearly paid with his life. He runs forward, drawing the dagger he had left as he runs. At the heat of the moment, he forgot the dagger by the lightning-Orc boy. Oh well, at least to the daggers he wasn't sentimentally attached, he'll just have to pick up a new one at some point.
"It is sad that a Reckoner must shed another Reckoner's blood. The ghosts from the past remain even after the train and its people are gone." Hugeo then attempts to stab Isaac in a place where he hopes Human blood still flows. The neck, head maybe. There probably aren't that many options.
Action: Attack. Attack: 24 Damage: 7. In case the Sandmount is within 5' of Isaac, assuming they're hostile to each other, add 8 sneak attack damage.
One dart strikes Isaac's leg, the second his head, the third his chest. Each blows away chunks of skin, revealing shining metal plates nailed into the muscle below, blood flowing from beneath them, staining them. His eye is gone, blown away by Thardoran's magic, and his face is ruined there, twisted metal poking out at odd angles from his now misshapen face. He holds up his remaining hand in supplication, blood caking his trembling fingers, sliding down them in slow rivulets.
"Wa—wait—"
But his pleas are cut short when Hugeo's dagger sinks into him. The former Reckoner feels resistance, hears the scratch of metal... then something gives way, and the dagger plunges deeper into the flesh, up to the hilt. And then, it hits something, pierces it, and Isaac's hand falls. He gazes up at Hugeo, and for a moment the rogue can see the boy that once crawled from the Sands, so many years ago. Before metal, hatred, and abandonment made him into what he is now. Tears spill from Isaac's remaining eye, and his ruined mouth begins mouthing silent words.
"The Devil is coming, oh he is coming for me, oh save me, don't let him take my soul, oh the Reckoning is here, oh it is here, oh the Devil is here. Brasslung, oh Brasslung, oh don't let him take my soul."
With the last of his strength, he looks up at Hugeo, looks into his chrome eye.
"He is still alive. I know it. Oh I know it. Oh he is still alive. Oh. Oh. Oh."
And then, as he lets out his final breath, great jaws clamp around his head, teeth sink into his neck. Hot breath and white scales and red blood fill Hugeo's senses as the albino sandmount pulls, and twists, and Isaac's head tears away in a spray of blood. What remains where it was is a chunk of steel spine and a mess of ragged, torn flesh, and then the body slumps over. There is a wet breaking sound and the screeching of metal, and the sandmount swallows, grimacing. Then, it sets its gaze on Hugeo, and begins to growl...

As the sand mount turns it's attention to Hugeo, Dusty makes a mad dash for the bar that Red was in moments before the group headed to the mayor's place, "I'll get her to call it off, just hold on!" With that he will dash action as many turns as it takes to reach the bar and look for Red.
The dwarf will step out, raising his hands in a non-threatening manner, but hopefully pulling it's attention from the chaseable Dusty.
"Shhh, sshhhh, easy there... He's all yours, we're just trying to get to the other train... not yours, the other one... easy now... just like to get by..."
He'll slowly walk towards the railport, making calming sounds, not approaching directly, and not heading towards the train the creature seems to have been housed in.

"Not quite. I want to take him to the sands. This machinery will not be used by some random person who happens to find it later." Hugeo over Isaac's body, standing between it and the sandmount. "Beat it, go back to your mom." He tries to scare off the sandmount, hoping it will be as simple as that. But, in case it doesn't work, since Hugeo knows he's not very scary, he holds his dagger ready.
Intimidation: 6. If he still has an action, he will use it to Ready an attack against the sandmount, to trigger the moment the sandmount does anything hostile (beyond just growling). In case it triggers: Attack: 9 Damage: 7. If somehow Sneak Attack applies, add 6 damage.
As Thardoran coos and clucks, the beast looks to be calming down for a moment... until Hugeo yells in its face. It turns its attention back to him, and raises a great clawed hand.
Hugeo, make a strength saving throw.

The dwarf swings his staff, and three glowing darts arc out and slam into Isaac, the dwarf falling back to whatever cover is available.
13 force damage
Works for me, I'd come across this discussion of the RAW rolling..
