Eider looks concerened "If you need protection, all you need I'd to ask. I specialize in Preventative and Defensive magic. It is why i choose to study magic. ". Looking around Eider scans the crowd, taking in all the activity. Seeing Shmitty gambling an idea strikes him "Does this Lounge have a Bookmaker? I'm interested in betting on a few of the arenas up and coming contenders when they fight."
When Lawrence was out of sight, Liam fell to his knees and began breathing hard. He didn't know what happened.
Thoughts began flowing fast. Some were unrelated from what he wanted to think, but the sheer amount flooded through his mind. Before he knew it...He found himself wanting something. Something that might help him...if he only went back to the old ways. After all, it's just a few items. Who would miss them?
Liam couldn't remember what he was thinking before. Perhaps it didn't matter. He simply needed to go on. It was getting late. Maybe he'd be able to actually get something.
((Is it still sunset/Are the shops still open? I might try my hand at stealing.))

With things uncommonly quiet in The Glory, Adaire sits across from Daisy. "You in for some Chicanery?"
Daisy gives a smile, "It's been awhile. Lets make some trouble... You'll have to remind me of the rules." She takes some dice off the table 2 cubes and a pyramid, and sets down a gold coin.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Adaire:
"The objective is to roll higher than your opponent without exceeding 10, getting 'Caught'... Or less than 2 is 'Slow'."
Adair sits across from her and sets down a coin as well. She pulls her dice from her pocket and rolls a six-sided cube. (Mark: 3)
"First you roll to pick your 'Mark'. Then we get to the tricks." Adaire says, "You can up your bet to roll a pyramid (d4) to either 'Trip' or 'Pull' your opponent, either subtracting from their total or adding to it... Of course you can always 'Stand' and use no tricks..."
"Pull" Daisy says as her pyramid (d4) hits the table (Pull: 1)
She sets down a second coin.
Daisy continues, "Then we each decide if we'll play it 'Straight' and simply roll our second cube (d6) onto the total, or use an 'Accomplice'. That's when you up your bet again to re-roll the first cube. I remember."
"With 1 total I'll take the accomplice"
She picks up her first cube, leaving a third coin in its place.
(Yes, the sun has set, but the light hasn't yet faded. Shops seem to be open much later than you'd expect, as people are always out on their way to or from the Coliseum in this town.)
