Swigg leaves the undergound and heads back to the library. He introduces himself to the librarian and donates 200 gold to the general upkeep and welfare of the library. After that he asks her if she knows where to find some scrolls Persuasion16
Belle looks Swigg over suspiciously, but decides he's probably alright. She pops open a small chest where she keeps her scribing supplies to show you what scrolls she has available. (Roll for advantage for your donation, the number of scrolls she has and therefore the chance of finding what you want is affected by your roll.)

After Scarab recovers, he goes out to find Swigg. "Congratulations on your victory! You have proved your greatness, at least for today. Once again, it was magic that defeated me. It seems as though spells and arcane trickery are my doom every time. Perhaps I should learn some more myself!"

Looking over at the Blue Dragonborn, "Thank you, Sir.... uhh, I didn't catch your name." Looking around the bar for the person named Truth and raising his hand. "Madam Truth, I hear your the person to talk to for a match. Been looking to try my skills in a larger more rewarding arena. Those small town backroom fights don't pay much, and I'm used to living a certain lifestyle if you know what I mean." Glancing around "Also I'd like to drop 5 gold on Og, if that's possible."
SIR Truth is it? Your not off to a great start pal. Fin looks back to Truth. Looks like you're still busy. Make sure to find me about that drink when you can my LADY. Fin heads off to let Truth deal with the newcomer, throwing him a dry look as she walks by.
Mazara "awws" at Og and snaps his fingers. "At least you're considering such a challenge. And what is a life of battle without a proper one to test one's resolve to live!" He laughs and claps his hands together. "Granted, these arena matches are but mock battles. But this does not diminish them in the slightest given the consequences of failure in some -- as I have witness with this golden eye of mines -- can by just as jarring and as disheartening as a loss in Ysgard. You still experience every bit of pain of every blow. You still have to in cases see the life leave your adversaries eyes as you sink the blade in some weak point in their armor. Or feel it leave as some warrior stands over you gloating before moving on to compatriots that you failed."
Mazara crosses his arms and feigns a solemn nod. "Some may even call it a perverse version of the plane. But not me! Nonono!" He shoots up from his seat, clenching his fist tight against his chest. "To me it is many things. But above all, it is place to cleanse and hone the spirit for its inevitable journey across the realms and purge the land of darkness!" He proclaimed loud enough to be heard throughout the Glory: words that changed near the end to some otherworldly language that physically both invigorating and righteous, yet demanding. His eyes too began to glow as faint tendrils of light briefly made an appearance undulating behind him before disappearing back into nothing from Mazara calming down.
"... Eheh… I should, uhm… I should see about those scrolls now. Good luck to ya, Ogguimash the masher."On that note, Mazara is out the Glory.

(I'm confused. Or someone else is. Marston didn't catch Marvarax' name.)
Truth gives Marston some simple forms, asking for his personal information and waiving responsibility for any horrifying events which might occur throughout the course of his contests.
She also directs you to the Purple Wyrm if your looking to wager on the match. It would be unethical for Truth to set odds herself.
Nara returns to the Glory, after leaving town suddenly some number of days ago. She looks tired, beaten, but overall pleased with herself. She seats herself at a booth near the back of the glory and pops open a waterskin full of grog and takes a deep pull before pulling out a small knife and carving a couple of notches into the hilt of her greatsword.
The name mentioned was ‘Og’. Would they agree to such a match?
