(Don't know if that was meant to be sarcastic or not, persuasion. But if it was, he's not gonna pay for the guide or killing work ahead of time. That's just silly.)
Gell nods to the trio.
"Happy hunting to you all, and may you have better luck then I've been having. Find me at the Lounge when you're done."
”You can call me Fin. To be honest though Fetsu ain’t a proper owl. He’s actually a fey. Any of the fey folk love being flattered. But yeah he can really turn the tide in a fight. As to almost dying. Just means the enemy was gunning for you. Most likely thought you were a threat that needed to be felt with quick. I’m almost insulted that none of ‘em even took a shot at me.”

Alright, Crassus. Seems fair to me. Don't expect anything different from me either. My name is Deceit. I've already met little Fetsu here.
(she gives a wink in Fins direction, and you can't tell who it was for, Fetsu or Fin. She holds her hand out to shake with Crassus, and also tilts her head to the right so to leave her left shoulder open for Fetsu to land on)
just don't think its because I want the coin, i want to do it to test myself as well. And i look forward to a fight between us, or together again.
I mean hell, I've only had the one fight and won. My record is great right now.
She lets out a hearty laugh and politely motions for a few drinks.
hey Strong Bird! Where are you? I have a drink for you!
“I only accept payment in advance. If you don’t pay, no service. Come back next week if you are ready to pay for your things.” The top hat then smirks. “I’ve been here longer then you, imbecile.”
Fetsu perks at the mention of his name but remains on Crassus' shoulder. Fin chuckles and snaps her fingers, Fetsu suddenly vanishes. Another snap and the owl appears perched on Deceit. Fetsu looks at his new perch and immediately takes off again. Flying by Fin he screeches in her face before landing back on the barbarian. Fin rolls her eyes and gives a heavy sigh. "Sorry, flattery gets you everywhere with Fetsu. Typical man. Though to be fair it gets you a far way with most everyone else as well."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gorbal bows deeply to the man offering the money in exchange for information on the Wyvern. "We shall see you again soon. Shortly I hope." he grins, his massive tusks making it look more of a grimace. Following Jac into the city and its prosperous libraries.
While talking with Marmaduke Fin reconsiders her order. "Add a false life scroll to that order. If the new fella keeps being that rude to anyone who wants to see his work before handing over coin I don't think you have much to worry about."
(he could show what is being ordered after its made. If they don't pay you still have a scroll to sell. I got nothing if I hand over my coin with no real expectation of the work getting done.)
Crassus shakes Deceit's hand before replying to Fin. "I'll try to remember flattery whenever I deal with fey familiars. Although, I'm not one for spellcasting, so I don't see myself interacting with any of them outside of stuff like this."

(Well she hasn’t asked my character to yet. So we’ll see how that goes. She’s also never insulted my character for making a reasonable request. And it seems as if marmaduke is more established. I’ve seen her doing business already. “Top Hat” just started business and has absolutely no reputation yet. Well I suppose how he may have one as being a prick. But hey you do you. I’ll go about my way.)
(@Cogma & Bobo: Bobo has the right of it that she does ask for payment ahead. And as you say Cogma, she rides on her reputation for previous dealing as a bookie, straight-forwardness(no flashiness outside the poster), and generally good reputation from previously completed scroll crafting tasks. Which may or may not be hard to find out of an unlicensed scroll maker that does it relatively cheaply working out of whatever The Glory is considered(I assume Tavern?). And anyone in the know about scroll making know she ain't making much of a profit even when someone orders in advance, since most of the money put forth goes into the creation of the scrolls.)

Gell keeps from jumping and chuckles at the statement.
"Maybe not, brother. But finding a way to get the beast grounded can just as well be helpful."
He gets up to head out.
"Anyways, I should be off. See you later for the hunt."

Well I guess you don't get these fish!
she says with a smile and thaumaturgy a handful of fish and shoves them in her mouth fake chewing and lets out a small giggle
Strong Bird heard his name, and flies to Deceit. No Drinking. Have to practice. No lose again. He waves bye, and heads back to his bunk for training.
