Melchor gestures towards the sleeping monk, ‘Someone tie them up…’ he say peremptorily, as he moves closer to the injured monk, his dagger drawn and flickering green flames moving along the blade. ‘Believe what, exactly…?’ he asks the monk, eyes narrowed…
The monk looks at you stunned. "Hellenrae's vision if the future. Do you not know where you are? We, they, serve the Prophet, worship the power of the earth. I came to study under Hellenrae, learn her ways, to become stronger. Most do. She and Qarbo subtley steer all recruits to the power of the earth and the importance of furthering the Prophet's work. I care not for some crazy zealot I've never met. I came for power, and stayed out of fear."
Still shocked she adds "You truly wandered in here by accident?"
Ankita steps up to the monk that Melchor and Shrek are talking to, "We have been scouring the countryside for a missing delegation. Would you know anything about this?"
The monk nods. "Qarbo and a couple of higher up members brought them in. They were sent downstairs. I don't know what's down there but I can tell you that's where.....that came from." He points to the quite dead Minotaur.
Randall collects his spear. He will stand over the sleeping monk while someone ties them up, spear tip resting at their throat in case they wake up during the tie-up process and get any silly ideas about escape.
He listens to the interrogation of the other monk but doesn’t get involved yet.

With Randall keeping an eye on things, Shrek pulls his rope out of his backpack and ties up the sleeping monk, making sure to keep his arms and legs, deadly weapons as they are, fully tied up at least a dozen times.
Olaerys checks in on the knight that was dropped to see his condition and begins looking around the room further after the prisoner is very securely bound up.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Shrek stumbles as he helps to tie the monk up, clumsily barging into Randall in the process. Randall's weight shifts pressing his spear down. Luckily, it manages to slide to the right of the monks neck, drawing blood but not skewering him.
The knight appears ok, and thanks Ankita for her quick action. Sandre helps him up and gasps as Shrek slips into Randall. "Be careful! They must stand trial and face justice. Saul, I am entrusting you with these two. Take them to Summit Hall to be questioned more." Looking at Olaerys, he says "This sounds more dire than I had thought. If that delegation is below, we must find them, Minotaurs or no Minotaurs. How should we proceed?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Randall goes white as a ghost as Shrek stumbles into him and he nearly murders their prisoner.
He composes himself and decides to turn the accident to their advantage and play a little bad-cop. Before the knights lead the prisoners away, he levels his bloodied spear at them. "Wait. What else can we expect to find here, besides minotaurs and duergar? What other strange bedfellows were you monks keeping?"

The monk, sensing Sandre's desire to keep them alive, spits. "If you were going to kill me you'd have done it already. I don't know what's below. They don't let any but senior members down there. Qarbo keeps a pet though, and by the sounds I've heard from below, you don't want to meet it. Oh, and, maybe step lightly around the easternmost room. Even Qarbo avoids that area."
Ankita breathes a sigh of relief when Randall doesn't actually let his spear puncture the mans neck in front of these knights. She nods to them as they thank her and as they start talking about how to proceed, "We need to move quickly. They have had ample time with the delegation, I fear for the worst, but we need to hurry just in case there still is time for them. Shall we just head through the front door and find the stairs?"
Melchor nods in agreement wirh Ankita. 'I don't think we want to leave the delegation down their any longer than necessary...'he pauses 'Assuming it's not already too late. Then it becomes about understanding the why of things, and ensuring it's not repeated...'
He takes a moment to check his equipment, and to rest his leg.
Olaerys is breathing heavy and still holding his chest where the Minotaur hit him, nearly killing him. “Does anyone have any additional healing abilities? I have accessed all of Helm’s gifts that I can, but we do need to press forward with haste.” Olaerys quickly scans and searches the room for anything that would help, anything that could help to heal his wounds.

Once everyone is healed who needs it, and the group is ready to go, Shrek will lead them north, towards the supposed basement where all the fun things are held.

Shrek laughs a mocking-style laugh at the monk, and mutters under his breath “How little baby monk help me?!”

Can I get a dex check for Shrek?
Olaerys assists Shrek with tying up the monk, treating him roughly, taking out some of his frustration and pain.

<The DM has noted this attempt to ruin his fun>
Shrek’s DEX check: 14
(Shrek is still at one level of exhaustion, so that Help offsets his disadvantage to make it a neutral skill check)
(wait…that was supposed to be +2….so, a whopping 6!)
