Ankita stands tall, looks at both Olaerys and the fallen knight she healed before and her joints start glowing brighter as she uses her ability to heal them both using one spell, casting 2nd level cure wounds, she places her large blue hand on their shoulders, letting the healing transfer from her to their beings through a glow that seems to flow from the constellation of the chalice on her body.
(Yes, toward the basement, lying to the north, correct?)
Olaerys feels much stronger and thanks Ankita for her healing. “I’m ready to go. Let’s go find this Qarbo and make him answer for what he has done. Thank you for helping us Sandre.” Olaerys readies his shield and adjusts his battered armor, ready to proceed.

OOC: Yep, through those double doors at M8.
Shrek first listens through the double doors (Perception: 9) to see if he can hear anything. If nothing, he’ll shove both doors open like he owns the place and was meant to be there, hopefully surprising anything/anyone in the next room.
This long, narrow court is paved in red sandstone. To the north stands the main temple or shrine of the monastery, its copper-sheathed doors emblazoned with a very familiar triangular symbol. Doors also exit the court at its east and west ends, and several narrow windows pierce the south wall. Gargoyle statues guard the door, each facing the court with a ferocious leer
As they walk forward, Olaerys touches his chest and reaches out with his senses, looks for guidance from Helm. He reaches out with Divine Sense and looks at the gargoyles in front of them and beyond…

'Give me a moment...?' asks Melchor, before proceeding to take a few moments (okay, a minute!) to ritually cast Detect Magic in order to inspect both the gargoyles and the copper-clad door (and surrounding area!).
You detect nothing but as you step towards the door to get within 30 feet the gargoyle statues come to life, lifting off their pedestals, daring you to come closer
Ankita looks up at the gargoyles, unsure how they came to life but answers Olaerys, "I doubt it, I'm sure this is the way to the basement. C'mon, we got this."She holds her staff out, mumbles a few words casting shillelagh on it as it appears larger and more foreboding when she is done. She sounds confident and ready, but she waits till someone else moves forward.

Seeing the rest charge head first in, Ankita joins the frey and attacks the gargoyle that the knight appeared to injure. Swinging her quarterstaff, she tries to connect it along the side of the gargoyle..

Melchor takes a step back. ‘Perhaps those a little better equipped might wish to introduce themselves to our hosts…?’ he asks with a wry smile.
