By the not-bus-girl signal, everyone gave their best expression of "the rock on the cliff wall", and even succeeded for the most part. However, Hunsel's golden curls and polished armour, reflecting tiny lights of the creatures around, contrasted quite prominently against even the most colourful corals. Davis's move was not very inconspicuous either. He did not even truly enter "the darkness", however, "the darkness" definitely sensed his presence. At the moment, though, neither Davis, not Hansel noticed anything.
The mercenary (and everyone else) lost the girl completely, as she disappeared into the cloud, but when he looked back, he could see the wall and at least the young cleric. He had to stop, or he would risk losing them too.
Trudie, Yousko and Hansel, quietly hanging by the wall, could see Davis who floated just inside the cloud but not too far in. The not-so-bus-girl was nowhere to be seen.
And finally "the girl" could see everything and everyone. Some of which she would probably wish she would not. What is more, she realized that the enemies noticed someone. One of the bigger sahuagin pointed straight in her direction, another - towards the floating Davis. And then they charged all five of them, including the gigantic fish with the mouth wide open and full of teeth each half the girl's size.
No-bus-girl had but a few seconds to warn the others (revealing herself) and/or to get off the way of the enemies.

Roll Initiative. At the moment, not-bus-girl is the only one who knows about attacking sahuagin party (which is not here yet but will be very soon). But everyone is on high alert, no surprises.
Then she swims rapidly backwards, and yells to the allies as she emerges from the darkness, "Sahuagin and a big shark attacking!"
Then, using a bonus action, she slips back into the the edge of the darkness, getting close to the floor of the ocean, and attempts to hide. (she can hide even if lightly obscured, not sure if she can find anything to hide behind or obscure her a bit, if not, she doesn't hide, but instead moves further back up against the wall and north 10 feet of Yusuko. If she can hide: 39 )
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(She is not obscured lightly or otherwise and there is nowhere to hide. Don't think the moving target without "hide in a plain sight" can hide in these conditions, but correct me if I'm wrong. Also, Pass without Trace dropped (it's concentration) if Hunting Mark was used.)

Round 1
(Again, correct me if I'm wrong - I can be! - but Cunning Action takes the Bonus action, so does Hunting Mark. So, either/or - does she move in the same direction?)
Nameless - S4 - Trudie - Yusko- SH - S2 - Hansel - Davis - S3 - S1
For someone like the nameless girl to hit the charging giant fish was like shooting at the side of a barn - all three bolts landed hard, giving the animal a pause. Three thin streams of blood, pitch black in that darkness, run from the shark's wounds to form a cloud behind the fast-moving body. And now the girl exposed herself, and all sharks - with and without legs - were aware of her presence and abilities.
Not all rushed after her, though. The smaller sahuagin (a very loose description when applied to the sea devils) to the left chose a closer target. Davis could finally see the attackers, at least one of them. The dark-grey monster appeared in Davis view swimming towards him with the speed and determination of the devil's beloved sharks. And then sudden puls of light, warm and welcoming like a candle in the window of your home, cut the darkness around, blinding the old mercenary.
Davis: DC 11 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of your next turn. A creature charmed in this way is incapacitated as it stares at the light.
Trudie and Yusko!
Correction (!): The way I placed Davis initially, you do see the first sahuagin coming - on the very border of the visibility.
Trudie also can see that the water around Davis looks lighter suddenly as if he was floating against some weak source of light.
Squinting her eyes, should she spot the source of the magic casted on Davis, she’d whisper something in Druidic and crook a finger. A ghostly skeletal hand would reach out for the foe.
Yusko sees the light dimly through the dark and doesn't trust it. He slips through the water as agile as a fish and stops over by Davis and whips out his hands flinging two darts before back tracking a bit.
Moving 20 ft away from S4 straight left of it by Davis
First sahuagin blood was drawn! Although it did not stop the attackers. S4 blinked (Yusko now could see it clearly) shifting his eyes between two drylanders strangely comfortable in the deeps (he was pointedly ignoring Davis). While from the other side came the massive body of the huge shark, bleeding profoundly but still alive, mad with the pain and lost at the view of so many targets at once. The sahuagin, accompanying her, though, clearly made his choice. He did not attack yet, but the nameless girl was sure who he is going to strike.
Hansel and Davis!
(Davis is under Sanctuary, and can reach three opponents - the shark (severely wounded) and two sahuagin, one of which is wounded too)
With a frown at the shark, but seeing two of his companions are fighting it already, Davis turns and moves to the two sahuagin. He activates his Hill Rune, giving himself some protection from their attacks, and pulls up short, at the range of his glaive. He then slashes out at the two, first at the injured one, then at the second only if the first goes down...
Add 4 to the first attack that hits, from his patron. That hit will also move the related enemy 5 feet away from Davis. Davis will end his turn by adjusting 5 feet further away from the enemies, so he is 15 feet from any, and they will need to enter his reach on their turn if they wish to engage him in melee.
That was a very brave thing to do! Of course, Hansel could not miss - the shark was the size of a small house, but that "house" had several raws of enormous teeth and probably now settled on a target.
Davis, meanwhile, seemed to answer the call of the alluring light, but instead of freezing on spot admiring it, he swam toward the sahuagin and attacked! The warrior used the descending time well - his attacks were as precise and strong underwater, as they were on the beach above! Not one missed already wounded seadevil and another cloud of blood quickly dissolved in the water around.
Davis pushed his enemy away and swam back a bit. But as he did that, two more sahuagin joined the fight, appearing in everyone's view. Havier, better armed and ready to fight. One moved towards the nameless girl, another came straight to Davis, hovering over him.
(AoO for Davis, as S3 entered his reach)

Another series of shots - the girl was professional enough to say that at least one of them hit (it is hard to shoot while swimming and hard to tell if the fish is dead until it turns upside down) - and she could look back. The shark was still bleeding, and yet, still moving... if visibly slower.
The sahuagin, dangerously wounded by Davis and attacked by others, swam around the warrior, keeping away from his overreaching weapon and stopped right behind the shark to send another pulse of light:
