WIth that 19, you deduce that Cyrus is a mongrelfolk. There isn't much information about them, except they're hybrid humanoids known for their patchwork appearance and muddled lineage. Largely shunned by society and often enslaved by true horrors, the humble creatures survived the trials of their lives and circumstances of their origins through tolerance and teamwork.

I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Baudric looks around, "Reminds me of an old book I read once, where they made a cathedral out of the bones of saints. Somehow, I don't believe he had the same intentions here. So, how do we get the skull off the wall and outside?"
Ez turns to everyone. "Does anyone have any magic they could use to shrink the skull or put it in a magical space? Otherwise we might have to get it out the old fashioned way."

Estelle shakes her head. "That would be awfully convenient, but no. I'm also...um...not very strong." She puts her hands behind her back sheepishly. "I can be a lookout though."
She will cast See Invisibility.
For the duration, you see invisible creatures and objects as if they were visible, and you can see into the Ethereal Plane. Ethereal creatures and objects appear ghostly and translucent. Duration: 1 Hour.
Baudric eyes the skull uncertainly, "I've got some rope, I suppose we could drag it, or maybe rig some kind of harness depending on how heavy it is. Looks pretty heavy."
Flynt, Thorn, and Rose help as well. Ez nods as you successfully tie up the skull with rope. As you pull, you feel it drag with ease, as if it's letting you remove it from the castle.
As it comes down, you see Cyrus walk in, holding an open bottle of wine. "Taking the skull are you? I take it the master wants it cleaned or something?"

You manage to get the skull up the stairs and make your way back through the chapel. You get it back to the wagon and load it onto the wagon. Give me Perception checks.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bral decides to put as much strength as he can spare into pulling the skull. He is not the strongest in the world, any world, but he is above average. Although, he decides that perhaps, in the future adding strength training to daily routine might be a wise decision in the future.
After losing the skull onto the wagon, he stops and brushes his hands together feeling the burning of the rope. He then takes the opportunity to look around to see if Strahd or anyone, or anything, else has potted them.

OOC: Apologies, it's been a busy couple of days.

Bral shakes his head, "Yeah, I have no magical prowess. Although I can assist it moving it though."

"So," Brals says. "Should we get to tying the rope we have on hand around the skull?"

"Sounds like a plan." Amelia reaches into her pack and takes out a rolled-up length of rope.

Baudric shrugs, "I didn't ask him. I just know we need to move it somewhere else."
Cyrus shrugs and walks away. "If you ask me that thing needed to be cleaned ages ago. Move along you all." He goes back to the kitchen.

"Right," Bral says to the creature. "We had better get this moved as soon as possible. We wouldn't want to upset the master."

"Right, best of luck to you."
Do you just take it up the stairs back up to the chapel and get it out that way?

Unless our guide knows a better route, that'd be the way Baudric would go.
Seems like the most straight forward route.
