"I imagine we are staying here for the night, then heading back to the ghost in the morning." Robin says as she glances around at the others. "Anyone have another plan of action?"
Baudric nods quickly, "Yes, absolutely no desire to be out at night with a vampire looking for us. Gracious host, where would you recommend we take lodgings?"
After finishing with the bag, Bral heads back downstairs, "I don't feel comfortable waiting here in Vallaki. However, we might be safer here than out on the road. Still, I recommend we find somewhere quiet and hold up there. We'll take turns keeping a look out, just in case.
It'd be best if we kept away from any inns. That would be too obvious, and if Strahd or any of his followers comes looking for us, that's the first place that would be searched. Preferably, we would be somewhere at the edge of town. We'd find it easier to escape there."

Jander thinks about it for a moment. "You're welcome to stay the night here. We don't have many beds, but we have rooms. The Blue Water Inn is the only real place for lodging. If you're looking for a safe haven on either side of town, there's St. Andral's Church on the western side of town, or Arask Stockyard where I believe the good doctor has his wagon parked.
Van Richten nods, then adds," You could always hold up in Blinksy's Toys. I'm sure he's greatful for you saving him, and no one would want to attack a beloved toy maker. Not even Strahd."

Petra nods. "The pastor overseeing the church is a good man. He's likely holding his sermon, but I'm sure he'll let you stay the night there once everyone leaves."

Bral nods his head, "Yeah, I think the church could be an ideal place. Although, there was that one church back at the castle. I am not sure if hollowed ground would have any effect on Strahd. Though, perhaps, it would give Strahd pause for thought."

"Yes, but the Church of St. Andral is known for having the bones of the aforementioned saint in the church's basement," Van Richten adds. "With those bones there, Strahd can't access the church."

All of you leave for the church and arrive during the evening service. This slouching, centuries-old stone church has a bulging steeple in the back and walls lined with cracked, stained glass windows depicting pious saints. A fence of wrought iron encloses a garden of gravestones next to the church. A thin mist creeps among the graves. There are two men and four women, including one who's sitting near the front and weeping. At the front, Father Lucian is giving his sermon.
"We must not be afraid of the night as we are under the protection of St. Andral," Father Lucian adds.

Satisfied with what he has seen, Bral decides to punch the heavy bag a few time to avoid raising suspicion.

Bral you hit the heavy bag and it's similar to equipment you've worked with.

"The church sounds like our best bet." Robin says with a look to the others. "Holy ground and all of that, right?"
Petra nods. "The pastor overseeing the church is a good man. He's likely holding his sermon, but I'm sure he'll let you stay the night there once everyone leaves."

One last check, does anyone want to do anything or say anything to Jander, Petra, or Van Richten before you go to the church?
